Peaceful, I wandered around for a couple of hours and no one bothered me. I went to the register to ask a question and they were very polite. Lots of goodies on sale. There is a big kitchen area being added.

Went in to do a holiday return. There was confusion surrounding my return, (even though my receipt was present) but two of my items did not have physical stickers due to them possibly being gifted. Aaron the store manager handled the situation in a timely and professional manner. He listened to my concern and was able to complete my return. Store managers like Aaron are the reason why I still shop at B&M stores.

I am a fan of Hobby Lobby, have been for years and frequently buy from them in person and online. My recent visit to the Mount Vernon, WA store was overall quite enjoyable, mainly from the available selection of items, but more on that later.There was ample parking including accessible spaces. We are still in midst of a pandemic and upon reaching the doors to enter, I noticed the entrance and exits clearly marked to help ensure social distancing as well as signs reminding everyone that masks are mandatory. At one point or another, I think we’ve all forgotten our new normal and needed the reminder of wearing a mask.Entering the vestibule, I was in awe of the design layout of merchandise. The displays were simple but just enough to draw your interest for more to come.The store is large, clean and overall stocked well. I was amazed at the vast amount of items. And the store includes an area dedicated to all things sewing and fabric related which was rather impressive even though I don’t sew.The items are arranged by style/type which is found in most Hobby Lobby stores, making shopping for specific items easier.Ample amount of cashier lanes and I had no waiting when I approached and was able to complete my purchase.With everything being spectacular, you may wonder why I didn’t give five stars. The answer is surprising to me ...I walked almost every inch of the store and some areas twice. I was in the store for around two hours. I saw many (I repeat ... MANY) employees while in the store; however, not one employee said hello, smiled or asked if they could assist me in any way. I actually approached an employee in the fabric area and was taken aback by how rude she was to me. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Not a great excuse to treat a customer poorly but an excuse nonetheless. But what about the other employees? Was everyone working having a bad day that they couldn’t at least acknowledge a customer. Not one hello?! Not one smile?! Disappointing. Very disappointing.So for this enormous lack of customer service, I deducted two stars. And even though I absolutely loved everything else about the store, great selection of products at reasonable prices, the lack of at least a smile from one employee is disheartening. Will it keep me from ever returning, no. I will definitely return sometime but I do hope for a better customer service experience. I will definitely review my future visit(s) to this location.

A very, very dangerous place if you want to keep to a budget, lol. This is the best place for crafters and home decorators. The prices are excellent and it's a great place to get ideas.

Find pretty creative art gift , lots of nice decorations parts . The store do give me good feeling of arts instead of a little bit boring Costco style . Good security camera system security the store .

Never disappointed when I go here, great selection of arts and crafts and home decor. The only downfall is the horrible bathroom. Plus there's always a sell. If there's no sale don't forget to use the 40% off regular priced item online coupon.

Lots of broken ornaments and expensive stuff. Everything seemed to be priced just above what I was willing to pay. All the Christmas stuff seemed thrashed and abused.

I went to find some coin tubes but found a wealth of decorating ideas. Lots of farm chic in many dimensions. Too bad I sold the farm... If only the coin tubes had been in stock. I did purchase a lovely shadow box to display a shell found many years ago.

This place just has everything.... for the most part. It's a decent chain if you can get past all of the Christian music playing over the speakers. Otherwise, fantastic place for majority of hobby, craft and decor.

So I went in there to look around for a bit and they're was alot of cool stuff for sure, but the problem is the environment, there was one gal an employee, I don't know what's going on in her home life but screaming, and cussing others out isn't okay. I saw you yell at a different customer. I caught you're name tag Macy or marcy?, not only this but the energy is sour sour. This isn't somewhere I wanna go back to.

Went inside to shop but my son needed to use the restroom. I walked around to find an employee to ask if there was a restroom. After I finally tracked one down she rudely told me no. I left the store. My mom and sister were still inside but once we met at the car they were surprised. They told me that they saw someone walk out of a restroom and it was by the far right entrance. Idk why the employee told me there wasn’t a restroom when there clearly was one. And she was rude about it. That was definitely not ok.

Went when they opened at 9am. Nobody in any departments came around after ringing the bell for service. They were all at the front having a meeting with one cashier open. Have your meetings before the store opens please!!

Their selection is phenomenal! They always have a great sale going on, I was able to stack up on cotton yarn in fabulous colors and jewelry beads as well.

One of the larger size Hobby Lobby I've visited. Great section of goods and quick service. I just wish it had hand totes to carry small things. Any tiny items fall straight through the carts provided.

Lots of stuff, NOT OPEN SUNDAY, is my biggest negative bc I work ALL week! Saterday is my errand day and Sunday is for personal so I rarely get in here 🙃 .Closed Monday and open Sunday would bring the company more profit 📈 , even open later in the day, but as I understand it is intentionally closed Sunday for observation day.
