Really nice people. Wanted to make this my vape shop but.......They sold me a Device they recommended and never had pods for it. Sold me another device(no refund on other one) that had an issue so I went to take it back and they were willing to give me 'credit' under warranty. I said great just give me another one of these vapes. Out of stock. Nothing similar. So down the road I went and won't go back. Cash in the trash. Super nice though.

I started doing business with Galaxy prior to Covid. I've been doing business with them consistently since they re-opened. The atmosphere is unhurried and the staff are wonderful! They carry quality products and are more than happy to help you find what you need. Jake is kind, patient and, should you have questions, will explain what is needed in terms you can understand! For the novice, that is much appreciated. If you are experienced, Jake will help you find what you need without talking down to you. If you haven't been here, give it a try, you will be happy you did!!

Very Accommodating and was professional and helped me choose the right pen! They carry voopoo productsEdit: I have to change my star rating to one. I went in to buy something they were out of, that’s not the problem. The problem is I bought a phun ultra disposable vape and they charged me almost $28 for it. I can order the same exact one online for $12. He’s double charging for things and price gouging. I won’t be back.

The staff are friendly, competent and well versed in their products. Excellent and knowledgeable salesmen, top notch. The biggest issue that I have with them is reliability of stock. I go there for a flavor, come back to get more and it's gone with an uncertain refill time. I go there for additional coils and they're out of stock, as well, but I was given a free coil as compensation. Would recommend based on staff sales, knowledge and expertise.

There is very few places that are this amazing in what they do! Riley the employee who is always there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will help you find exactly what you need. The pricing is great. And they sell quality devices and e-liquid. I spent $50 on my ecig and have had it for 3 months and it still works amazing. They are open 10am-8pm which is awesome I'm able to go after work. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a e-cig or liquid. This is the only store I go to. Oh yeah the rewards program is awesome too. This is the only review I would give 6 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One staff member is friendly, the rest are ridiculously NOT. I have been in a few times and I"m to the point where if the fat guy with the beard is there, I will walk out... he's mean and snobby. Their stuff is SUPER overpriced... I know they need to make money but it is crazy how much they mark stuff up. I WANT to support local businesses, but it's cost prohibitive to shop there. Bummer, really.

Galaxy vape is out of this world!!!OK, so I went in and was very skeptical considering how pushy and money hungry most shops are now a days. The girl working here today was epic when it comes to customer service and friendliness. She found the right product and not only was it perfect for what I needed, it was sooooo much less in price than I expected. Thank you Gabby, so very much. And the puppy....need I say more? I'll be back for sure. Thank you for an excellent experience!!
