Edit 1 11 14 2023Got boot laces for my Georgia boots they are great. Thanks sorry that I had to return a set of laces since I bought 2 and didn't know 2 laces were included in one.Thanks got knife sharpener and headphones Dewalt work headphones that I haven't got to using yet but.i will.

Really like to shop here because there is so much neat stuff and good quality clothing. However, they could really use more cashiers so that the wait is not so long when checking out. I do realize this is a difficult balance because one minute there is no one in line and the next there are 5 or 6 people, but it seems we always to have to wait at least 5 minutes for a cashier.I stopped to shop here yesterday afternoon. As soon as the lone cashier saw there was a line beginning to form, she called for a backup cashier, so we didn't have to wait more than about 30 seconds to be waited on. Thanks!

First time at the Mt. Vernon location. Huge store, very clean and organized in all departments.Their apparel section is full with Carhartt and the like. Friendly service at checkout.Don’t miss taking a peak the baby chicks. 🐥.

I happened upon this store while I was working in town. I needed some organic chicken feed and stoped in and they had a few for me to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised. While I was in I hit the fishing section to buy some stuff for the season. I really enjoyed this store and the organic chicken feed I purchased was almost $10 a bag less then the chicken feed I normally purchase from Amazon

Great store, personnel are friendly and courteous and you can find a large variety of products to choose from. If you are a veteran, make sure you mention it to receive a discount. Right now they have a memorial weekend sale going on with 20% off on items. The store is also critter friendly.

The store always seems to have what it is I am looking for. The aisles are meat and orderly they have a good selection of hive's work close.... And reasonably priced at that. The checkout staff is always very courteous and the employees seem to know where everything is that you might be looking for. Highly recommend the store for your farm and work needs.

I used to like coming to this store, now not so much. They have become very rude. They will ignore you for propane and act as if they are better than you. My last visit there i showed up for propane before closing and sat there waiting after i pushed button for propane i was there about 15-20 before they closed. A guy came out looked at us then turned around and walked back in the store as if he didn't see us. Thank god for tractor supply they had no problems helping us and making sure we had propane to heat for the night. I won't go back to coastal. My money isn't good enough for them.

This coastal store has lots of items for a small farm items. Pet food, garden supplies and so much more for the home , garden place or tools for outside work ..for all seasons.. bags of pet food, fertilizer, grass seed. Whether you have chickens, ducks,horses,dogs or cats there is something here for them.But you might want to spend some time looking as they also have clothes and more...

If you wait for a sale they have the best prices. Any other day they are very comparable to all of the other feed stores. However they seem to have a hard time keeping things stocked. If you can't find the feed you need make sure you ask. They likely have it in the back and just haven't stocked the store front.They also have a membership where you can gain points and get vouchers towards your next purchase. This is a great way to save but it's your responsibility to put in your number and remind the cashier.

If I could do negative stars I would say -10 stars.... I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and humiliation by a company. This is supposedly a family store, I don't think too many people would agree if they knew how they treat people based on the way they look. I have spent a lot of money on their overpriced items a number of times. I have bought my pets food there, and bought several gifts throughout the past few years. Recently I was shopping with a friend who had won a jackpot at the casino and wanted to take me on a small shopping spree and unfortunately my choice was Costal. We had been chatting with the lady who we assumed was in charge of the fitting rooms and she acted like she was helping us pick out what jeans we should buy. It was a good amount of her time and ours wasted only to have the police called on us, not because we were doing anything wrong whatsoever. In fact I have never personally stolen anything from their establishment or any in this county. I pride myself on not being a thief. I know due to my appearance and I have tattoos I get judged often, but to have them pretend to help us, then call the police and have us trespassed simply because of the way we look. We had purchased an item in the back of the store for over three hundred dollars minutes before the cops said we had to leave and although it is definitely discrimination that they could legally do that. I know the police as well look at us like we are uneducated and not intelligent enough to know that legal matters in this incident can and will be pursued and they will have consequences assuming we are too simple or slow to know what rights we had violated by the staff at Costal. I hope they work on commission and lost our sale and I know they're going to lose many. With their crude snotty judgmental rude and uncalled for attitudes towards people who have tattoos or whatever they didn't like about our appearance, they are in for a ride awakening much deserved karma bus. I have been educated about the rights of a consumer and HIPPA better business ect. I also have an attorney who is interested in this case we are sure to come out on top with. I believe the looks on their faces when their noses aren't in the clouds but on equal planes will be justice to begin with. Then they are going to be less quick to judge and deceit good paying customers. I will be courteous and welcoming when they are the customer needing or wanting my service. I will never be simple minded or judgmental like them thank God. Bless. And don't support bigotry or crude staff who think they are above others and better than the average woman or man. No one is any better than anyone else. And pretending to be kind when u are far from it. That's shameful really. Bless their dark hearts.

Staff can be hard to find when needing help.On one occasion,, I have had the front counter and gun counter page someone for assistance with getting an item down from a Hugh shelf. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes for someone to arrive to help.On a second occasion, I brought a picture on my phone of a baracode for an item out of stock on the floor to the front counter. I asked the girl working the counter if she could look up the item to see if it was in stock in the back. She kindly obliged looking it up. She informed me that it showed 5 in freight but then quickly had a change in attitude and willingness to help. She informed me with attitude and clearly overwhelmed that they were short staffed and prepping for a weekend sale. Asked multiple times if I wanted the item now or another time. I said now would be great thanks. She attempted to radio someone to go look in freight to be met with they weren't available to help. She then informed this person she would have to leave sales to go look for it. She received permission and walked off frustrated. After about five minutes, she radio the other girl working the sales counter to ask her to tell me she wasn't seeing it and that I could either cone back or wait. I chose to wait. She then responded over the radio that she found it. When she approached me with the item, she was quick to ring me up. However, then as the transaction was processing, someone was walking out with an unpaid item. She then began radioing frantically for someone to get up front as she was sure the pants were being stolen and threw my receipt at me.This is not the first theft that I have witnessed front counter staff attempt to stop by approaching the person of interest.This store clearly needs more staff in general, retraining of current staff to remind them that kindness towards paying staff goes further then stopping a theft otherwise they will lose their paying customers to competitors, and needs to hire a loss prevention team that is appropriately trained and can monitor the front door and floor.I only continue to come here because of ease of the store layout and brands. The price I pay for other locations is the same so there is no reason I cannot choose to spend my money elsewhere.
