Open 24 hours which is GREAT in my book cuz I live coffee ALL day long. I got a hot coffee my first time and the server was cheerful and it was about 3am. The coffee was hot n yummy!! This time a cold coffee at 09:45pm and it's a Frappe and Caramel one too. My husband got a hot mocha OH and we each got 24oz size which is the biggest they have. Drive thru was clean and from what I could see so was the inside. The 2 ladies cleaned as they went and worked well as a team not just each for their own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO HERE AND ENJOY A HOT OR COLD COFFEE CUZ IM PRETTY SURE U WILL ENJOY ETHER ONE!!!!

(For reference, first see the Lilia Vazquez 3 star review that inspired us to immediately leave thanksgiving dinner and drive to BigFoot to find out for ourselves).My GF and I ordered a raspberry redbull Italian soda, and honestly, we were not disappointed. It was easy to get ourselves to finish it. After taking the picture we took so many more drinks and ended up not giving it to anyone. We never ordered this at a different coffee stand but we like the way that BigFoot makes them. We drank these for well over an hour because 10 minutes seems obnoxiously fast. The ones we get from a different coffee stand we drink in zero minutes because we actually don’t even go there.

Everyone of the workers are so sweet and kind and service a smile. From the time you pull in and see your server..to the time you bill hits your hand....which was a big surprise way WAY WAY MORE AFFORDABLE THE ALL THE OTHER MOCHA STANDS...WAY TO GO BIG FOOT JAVA .... YOU ARE KEEPING PEOPLE ABLE TO DRINK THEIR FAVORITE DRINK...FOR A REASONABLE PRICE...AND ME AND OUR FARM ALL FOUND A NEW HOME....OUR LAST STAND STARTED TO GO DOWN HILL TO AND STOPPED MY FAVORITE FLAVOR Kahlua cream with my favorite drink at least stop carrying the Kahlua syrup. Raised prices and less shots...we were dum founded and happy to happy to have new home thank you .....Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and was great experience

My bf and I ordered a raspberry redbull italian soda, and honestly, I was very disappointed. I couldn't even get myself to finish it. After taking the picture, I only took one more drink and ended up giving it to my bf. I order the same thing at a different coffee stand, and I love the way they make them and finish my drink in less than 10min while the one I got here can't even finish in 30min.

The first time I went here I went for the coffee, the coffee was delicious but the real treat is how wonderful the Barista's are. I forget her name but she was very kind and helpful with my complicated coffee.I appreciate the effort and the positivity, I keep returning for the wonderful service, even though it takes forever in the drive thru line. (Worth it though!)

A friend and I went to this location at 12:00am a barista named Tiffany was working. And this women was hands down one of the sweetest people I have ever met. GREAT customer service and made the most delicious drinks! Thank you Tiffany!

The friendly staff were kind enough to initiate morning conversation while preparing my drink. I ordered the Legendary Latte and was not dissatisfied in the least! This latte contains some combination of cinnamon, caramel, and whip cream to provide a unique, delectable espresso drink. The access to and from this coffee house is quick and convenient, allowing you to drive through, get your coffee, and continue on your way. I definitely recommend this place.

Take 4ever to get through the lines and get your drink and kinda pricey but soooo worth it! Barristas are friendly and efficient and drink menu is large. If you're a white coffee addict like me this is the place to go for blended white coffee drink. Update! So half the really good baristas quit so getting your drink right is about 70/30 depends on who's working and whilst they smile nice friendly is barely qualified for it. (Teenybopers )

Got a really bad attitude from one of the workers there, example: person in front of me got smiles and helpful cheery full blown convo with the barista, i pull up and get a very dull squidward like personality and then she turns very spongebobby when she sees the people behind me, she proceeds to fullfill my order but very squidwardish, i can tell she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice with vs the ones she doesnt know, if there is one thing ive learned from working in retail and helping people out is no matter who they are you treat everyone the same and dont single out others just cause you see your best friends, other than that good drinks and food, idk if management ever reads this but please go over your policy with your employees, no one should be treated this way its just not right

Went and got drinks this evening with my boyfriend, gave them a nice tip. And they didn't give my boyfriend his debit card back.. When we realized we immediately went back. A different lady came up to the window, handed him his card and before we could even say anything she says "have a nice day, see you later" and slammed the window.. No apology and was pretty rude about it. They definitely won't be seeing us later.. The drinks weren't very good either.

The coffee here is good and the service is fast. But i have 2 complaints about this place. First of all, it's hard to pull out of this place if you are trying to go south (toward Burlington or toward I-5) without crossing several lanes of traffic in a busy intersection.Secondly, they don't have coffee straws. Whenever i have asked for straws, here, they give me normal drink straws, which don't fit in the coffee lid.

This is my favorite coffee place. The drinks are always good and they have an amazing selection of coffee drinks and non coffee drinks. The baristas are always friendly and do a good job. I love there frozen drinks and it doesn't hurt that they do giant versions of everything. I have made this my designated coffee shop and will hardly ever go anywhere else.

The coffee is tasting worse and worse. My mocha today was almost completely milk and ice. The baristas are rude and have taken my change as a tip without asking before. They also have asked for tips. After I posted a bad review of this business, I've gotten worse service.

Top notch. Always friendly and excellent service. Consistency is the key and everyone there doesn't amazing job. All the girls are great Baristas and if they don't know what your drink is they ask you and make it the way you way you want it. Ilove these girls they're like our own kids.:)

The lady was amazing. But as some banks do not have chips I am a customer without a chip so she had to ask me for a different payment I didn't have the whole payment in cash and she was so sweet to say that she would cover the rest!!! Her bosses rule because they would loose money but who cares about the employee who would have to pay the difference and she looses a customer!!

They seemed to be a little slower than usual getting drinks out. Either the vehicle in front of me had a large or complicated order. Or it was a social meeting. Either way approx 15 minutes to get to the window. Looked like there was 3 gals in there working but no one came out of building to do a update for why it was taking so long, nor did anyone come out to start my order. However the drink was good and didn't take long to make, once my order was taken.
