We found our most recent shopping experience to be amazing. Super helpful in selecting what we needed and provided helpful suggestions and instructions in how to set up the panels we purchased. They even loaded up a cart and helped us to bring them to the car and load up. Will definitely be back soon!

I always like searching this store for bargains! Today was extra special, as my mother and I were getting ready to check out an employee told us there were $20 gift cards hidden in the store. At the entrance there was a clue to where it could be found . Mom and I walked around for about another 5 to 10 minutes and we found it.It was such a good time!!! Looking forward to my next visit. I hope they keep doing this.

They offer everything from clearance to high ticket items such as furniture. I asked to use the bathroom and was told in a very unassured tone that it was "out of order". I get that quite frequently there have been issues,with vandalism,damage,and the homeless. However to ask anyone to spend hundreds of dollars on a piece of furniture and not allow a basic human need is unconscionable.I've shopped at Hansen's and Ashley's throughout the years and they were happy to allow me the use of the facilities while shopping.Also cashier folded up my purchases. I had to bag it up myself.Same person who told me that the bathroom "was out if order".

This is for the Marysville store. I give the Mount Vernon store 5 stars for excellent service. I was sent a text with a coupon for $5 off on my next visit. It did not have any qualifications, such as, with $10 purchase. When I tried to use it, it took the clerk and the manager about 5 minutes to let me use it. Please teach your employees to accept your coupons as written.

I like stopping by on a regular basis as inventory changes often. I've gotten several pieces of very reasonably priced clothing, and always find a few inexpensive groceries items. The clearancesection has some really good deals if you don't mind pull date items- box of 12 coffee pods $1.80 Annabelle has been my cashier a number of times and is always helpful and pleasant.

This place is absolutely wonderful for just about anything from furniture, tools (Rigid, Ryobi, Stanley, Black & Decker), to shaving cream. The prices are very reasonable. I had a great experience with the manager (Elia) the last time I was there, she was more than helpful with the purchase of my new couch. I would recommend this store to anyone. Great employees at this store! The employee who sold me a couch was Elia! She was very helpful and made everything so clear with her knowledge on the pieces of furniture i purchased! She also offered me to apply for financing and I did exactly that! She was very helpful with everything & Answered every question I had!

I love shopping Big Box Outlet! They receive scratch and dent and overstock from Costco … I stop here first when it comes to looking for things I need to keep my household running smoothly and within budget. With everything so darn expensive these days, check here first, sometimes you find exactly what you need and sometimes not but it makes a financial difference for sure. From cat food, to car wiper blades, to back 2 school, clothing, furniture, and food, you never know what you may find. Staff are helpful and friendly, store is well organized, and they offer points per transaction with a discount after collecting points. Can’t beat it!

I usually really enjoy this store! Unfortunately on this visit the bathroom, which I needed to use, was not clean. We came to find some costumes for our kids but one of the items for sale was so frightening that it wasn’t worth staying. I don’t think we’ll be back until the Halloween season is over.
