Sad state of a Petco. Staff were very friendly but seemed depressed and not supported well. Less than have the store was lit, very dark and depressing inside. Lots of dead or sick animals throughout the store, merchandise was ascew on shelves and floors. Overall a pretty sad state.

My dog has been going to Petco for a bath and grooming for the last two years. This time they claim they clipped his toenails and they didn’t not look clipped at all. Since I’ve been having them clipped for over two years now, I know what it looks like when they have been done properly. When I called back to see if they would be willing to take a second run at clipping them they blatantly refused, poor Customer Service especially for a two year Customer. Disappointed.

Had an amazing experience with Angela!! She is amazing at her job. My puppy Luna loved her and Looked forward toseeing her for classes. Angela did an amazing job with her! Hands down. If anyone is looking to get there puppy trained or even want to learn how to work with ur puppy Angela is your girl!

Everyone was so kind, helpful. We were there getting things for our new Mini Aussie. We live 4 hours from the store and met a friend with the puppy . We live in Tacoma, Wa. I've been in your Tacoma store, but the staff in Moses Lake are the best. They also work hard I noticed. Stocking, cleaning answered questions to customers with knowledge and big thank you at the register when checking out. Merry Christmas and thank you for coming in.

I recently visited Petco to purchase my usual items: cat and dog food. Unfortunately, I noticed that this particular store often has difficulty maintaining a fully stocked inventory, especially with pet vitamins and similar products. During this visit, I had a $5 reward to redeem, which I had pre-loaded onto my account via the app. However, at checkout, the cashier faced challenges applying the reward, and multiple attempts were unsuccessful.I requested assistance from a supervisor or manager, noting the growing line behind me and the fact that there was only one cashier available, a common issue at this location. The cashier informed me that the manager was occupied with an interview but did make an attempt to seek help. The proposed solution was for me to contact customer service, and I was provided with a contact number.As I was preparing to make the call, another employee approached and offered assistance, resolving the issue promptly and efficiently.This experience highlighted a few key points for me:1. Customer Choice: In smaller towns, consumers still have options like Amazon, where I can easily get all my required items by the next day. My preference for shopping locally is driven by a desire to support community businesses.2. Management Availability: It's crucial for management to be accessible to support frontline staff, especially during busy periods. Alternatively, employees should be empowered to handle such situations independently.3. Customer Experience: Shopping should be enjoyable and hassle-free. The inconvenience of calling customer service over a $5 issue detracts from this. Considering that it takes around $167 in purchases to earn this reward without a premium membership, the effort doesn't seem justified.Conclusively, I'm inclined to switch to Amazon for future purchases, as they seem more attuned to customer needs and satisfaction.

Taylor did an amazing job with jasper, she was caring and even let him play with an associate that jasper thought he recognized. Shanna also did an amazing job at educating me on the possibility of hematomas after his groom due to his matted fur! Both ladies were amazing :) will return and highly recommend

Nice employees horrible fish. Crashed my tanks 2 times with ick. They need to clean and discard everything and bleach and start all over. Very sad to lose a tank for sick fish.I cannot understand why you petco are continuing selling sick fish??? I had my 4th clean tank set up crashed by buying a fish that had ik AGAIN!!!! I even questioned the salesperson numerous times if they were sick again? Anyway my point is you guys should absolutely stop selling the fish that have repeated contamination. I am absolutely angry mostly at myself for continuing to buy fish in moses lake. So much time and money list

Star takes such amazing care of the animals there I have noticed since she has been the manager the animal's look much better cages are way cleaner and her customers service is amazing. She's very kind and has always helped me find everything I need

Inventory was pretty picked over in almost every area (I have multiple pets) when a sales associate approached me with a hello (not a how can I help you) I mentioned the low inventory and I was having a hard time finding what I needed she said, "yes we are low" and turn and walked off. When I have to work that hard to find what I needed with out help it was easier to leave and go else where. Sorry Petco, I've been a loyal customer for years!

I’m not sure if he’s the manager, but a gentleman helped me carry 2-40 pound bags and dog food to the front check out and then to my car. No carts are usually available. The employees always very nice even though they are very under staffed in Moses Lake.

The store is not that bad but today my bf was shopping in the store and while walking around a corner he cut his lower leg on a empty bottom shelf. It wasn't a small cut either it toke a chunk out of his leg and when he got home he was bleeding quite a bit. I get accidents happen but the whole shelf was empty they could have put something on the corners to stop something like that from happening. He should have told someone then and their that it happend so they could stop anyone else from getting hurt, but I hope the store can do better next time.

I have used petco since they opened only pet store in grant county and I have to say the last few months the quality of the care has gone up big time for the animals I have never seen them thriving so much star has personally helped me with fish and stuff and gives honest professional advice about the animals where before they would tell me o ya that will work n I find out it's worst for animals so happy they have a new animal person there 😀

They have CBD doggie treats. I can't be up for more than 5 minutes before my aging Red and White Short Hair Border Collie. Follows me around with a very large expectant smile on his face.

Grooming is poor. They act like your animal is an inconvenience. Maybe we got the wrong person but I wouldn’t recommend this Petco if you care about your pets.

I been taking my dog to Petco for grooming since last year and they always leave something unfinished or not well done but this time I have to say that my dog was a mess real mess she hadn't take a bath in three months which is unusual and didn't brush her hair in a month so you can imagine how bad she was. Her groomer at Petco did an amazing job as soon as she walked out with my dog I was amazed by the job she did. Here are a picture of her before (you can't really tell how dirty she was) and after.

Waited 20 minutes before even being acknowledged by staff. Wanted to purchase gold fish and an alage eating fish, being told that the gold fish (only 5 in the tank) was under observation. Then the other fish was offered and suddenly told "under observation" So 15 of the tanks were unavailable? Get better staff! Going to chewy and out of town for pet related services from now on.

Our family has three dogs and three cats, so we frequent this Petco location at least once a week for food, cat litter, toys, or grooming appointments. Let me tell you, I cannot speak highly enough of this Petco and the people who work there. While I have had all positive interactions, there's one employee who always goes above and beyond. Mariana is truly the most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with in a retail setting. No matter how busy she is, she's always willing to pause to answer questions, offer suggestions and solutions, or direct me to the right location. She's such a gem and deserves nothing but praise and recognition for the care she shows both human and animal customers that come through the store. I don't know how much they pay her, but I know it isn't enough because from what I've witnessed, she's truly an invaluable asset to Petco and her assistance is greatly appreciated.

We purchased a $400.00 dollar bird cage and bird toys. The manager and her 2 staff we're great. ESPECIALLY the manager. I was having trouble with the app. She completed the transaction on the register. N they we're so personal had great sense of humor. They truly seemed to love their job. Great customer service.
