Kind of pricey, but the staff were friendly and Rocky (my dog) looks great and smells nice too! His colors are brighter and his nails are nicely trimmed! I think he can also hear better from the ear cleaning too! 😄

Not only are they ridiculously expensive, but the entire place was filthy. (Floors, walls, tables, windows, walkway, entrance, inside and out). Which is odd considering the place REEKS of antiseptic, a smell that made my poor old blind dog scared to death. In turn, I muzzled her so there wouldn't be any issues for groomer to trim her nails. $6 for a nail trim, fine. But because of the muzzle, the charge was double. DOUBLE for NOTHING extra! They were able to get my little dogs in to trim their nails. I wouldn't by any being suggested that they were friendly. I definitely will not return.

I have to say how disappointed we were with Pampered Pet Boutique. Last Thursday 5/18/23 We took our miniature labradoodle for a full service grooming. We always get compliments from other groomers on how easy it is to work with our dog. My wife got a call saying that she had an accident & her eye got hurt. My wife rushed down to pick her up, & her eye was bleeding and bruised around it. Heather was the groomer that worked on our dog & did not apologize or anything. She just told my wife that it has never happened before & gave her the total amount due. Which we paid & then had to rush our dog to the Vet for a nice hefty bill there also. It has been almost a week now & no one from Pampered Pet Boutique has even reached out to see if she is doing alright. They are absolutely the most careless groomers that we have ever been to & would never recommend anyone to go for their services. Thankfully there was no permanent damage to our dogs eye, but required medication & follow up. Our vet clinic also happened to mention that they have seen other dogs that were hurt at Pamperd Pet Boutique.

I can't remember the name of the gal who groomed my dog by my goodness. When I saw him when she was done I almost didn't recognize him! She did such an amazing job! He is very nippy and impatient, so I wasn't expecting greatness. But oh boy did she deliver! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to go here! Pricing is also decent I feel for the service I received. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dog!

I always took my puppy here to get his nails trimmed, but the lady made him bleed and didn't say a word. I will never take him there again.

The groomers didn't seem to like their jobs, not friendly.It was my little dogs first time at a groomer and I pick him up he was shaking. It been 2 days and he is still traumatized. I am worried about him.Found nicks inon my puppy.. They most have been cruel for he still trembles and hides in his kennel. He not my happy little dog now.

the ladies were not very friendly. I TOLD THEM WHAT MY DOG HAS ISSUES WITH THEN THEY CHARHE ME $65.00 MY DOG had no matted fur. she was picky about her face and front feet being touched. however she is very sweet.so I dint like what they charge or how rude they were.

I don't recommend coming here. Made a grooming appointment, came in for said appointment they had no idea what my dog was scheduled for, they had to ask us what we wanted. One employee was nice but the other rolled her eyes a ridiculous amount. She was just super rude. They didn't do what we asked either...They also didn't require any vaccine info for the groom. Which is technically illegal.

This is without a doubt, 1 of the best establishment s I've ever been lucky enough to be an active customer with. Great and Amazing service. They take wonderful care of my dogs 🐕Not an easy feat to accomplish finding a trust worthy, patient, affordable, skilled pet groomer in any town much less Moses Lake.Will continue to do all my business for our dogs right here.

The ladies did an excellent job on my Husky/German Shepherd mix. She has a mountain of fur that she sheds year around and they do such a great job on getting her all brushed out. Also did a really good job on her nails, not too long and filed smooth. Also, their prices are excellent!! Very highly recommended!!

PPB handled my old man dog wonderfully. He is a bit of a handful as he is very old, but he is very happy (as usual) after his groom and the finishing touches with the spa package chosen for Old Man Cub are a win all the way around.The price was great as well, the only knock on PPB was the wait for service, but that really isn't a knock as much as it is an endorsement and an indication of how popular they are with this community. Book early!Thank you!

Dropped my dog off here for 5 days for boarding during the 4th of July. I was told he wouldn't be interacting with other dogs but when I brought him home he had contracted Kennel Cough. I was not informed that he had been sneezing or coughing or had a running nose. Not recommended.

I was thoroughly impressed with this business on all four points above. 5 star plus.Kayla did a lot to impress, she did a fantastic job.I was long overdue in finding a groomer (we’ve been here a year). I had one bad experience with Petco...so I was gun shy.But Kayla took my poor Scruffy (Yorkie/Maltese) and fixed him up so pretty.First I hadn’t had a tangle brush since we got here so you can imagine the knots and I’ve been the one to cut him for 5 years so he was not happy, being left there. Doesn’t like any kind of grooming, and that’s with me.I teared up as I packed Scruffy into the vehicle.Thank you Kayla!!!!!!👍💗👍💗👍💗

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shadow is timid in new places and they seemed to have taken good care of her, she was happy when I picked her up and she was looking beautiful! I love the little scarf they put on her. Definitely will take her again.

I've been here three times now with my two dogs. The girls who work here are super nice and never have had too much trouble with my littlest boy, who is nervous around strangers AND with getting groomed. The only reason I can't give them more stars is that I always tell them to do a standard Sheltie cut, (or just don't give them a trim at all...I could do it at home) and they always still cut their hair soooo short, they look like a whole different breed. Then it takes a year or more to grow out their guard hair layer. (Shelties are double-coated dogs) I'm thinking about looking for a different groomer, because I'd love to get them groomed more often, but can't stand to see them with such odd haircuts. I definitely still recommend them for standard grooming, but not if you have a specific breed cut you're going for.

I do not recommend going here! They treat your pets bad!! I even saw when I went in there. The people in there are really rude. They don’t even listen to what you want done. Also my dog was NOT MATTED, and they still decided to cut it however they want! My dog got lots of rashes from going there. So do not come here!

We took our dog Bob Marley in to be groomed and he looks so great and smells so great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a really good price. Thank you so much highly recommend their services

I love this place! They always do a great job making my miniature labradoodle look just they way I like. He's getting pretty old, and his breath was smelling like dead fish - they fixed that too! Thanks Heather and team!

Not a great experience. Not super friendly, we usually take our dogs to bark Avenue, they’re amazing. Our dog also got kennel cough from going here. — just didn’t seem like they were patient with our pet.

I have really liked the people at pampered pet. They always welcome my dogs and I know my babies are taken care of there and never scared to go in. I like the extra touch of the ties. Makes my boy so handsome.

Decent prices and they do an excellent job. Plus, the employees are awesome. Love the no-appointment-needed walk-in nail cutting.
