Had an issue with an Amazon order where the XL muzzle I purchased was sent out as a Medium. Requested replacement, received another Med with an erroneous XL label placed OVER the correct Med label. Attempted to call the store to alert them of the issue/request expedited (and correct) replacement and whoever was on the phones at ~220pm Western 12-27-19 decided it was a good idea to pick up and then immediately hang up four separate times when calling from two different phones. Well, I'm alerting you now. It's been two weeks - you've wasted my time and patience and now I have to go with a muzzle I do NOT trust or risk a dangerous situation when introducing a new dog.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered Clinicare RF for my elderly cat with advanced kidney disease. I was supposed to receive it in 7 days. When I called to check the status a week later I learned it had been back ordered. If you don't have it in stock, SAY SO. My cat's life literally depends on it. There was no offer to speed up my delivery. I had to pay $30 to have it overnighted to me from another vendor.

Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff with good selections for pet items and jewelry. Pricing is very reasonable. Bonus is that the vet has her clinic also at the same location, just in a different building across from the parking lot. Love this place! ♥️
