They are fantastic. They took such care with my large, elderly dog. They made sure he had plenty of water, potty breaks, rest breaks and love. He was in rough shape when I brought him in and they really did an amazing job getting him cleaned up and his nails trimmed and his ears cleaned. I highly highly recommend!

I took my 5 year old lab to be bathed, quick brushed, and nails trimmed. I dropped him off at 12 with James, and he had him ready for pickup by 130pm. James was EXTREMELY attentive to our Tucker. Our lab has a difficult time with people, and James took this into consideration and spent some time with him before jumping on bathing him. Dropping Tucker off, he was dirty and scared. In picking him up, he was the happiest I had ever seen when picking up from a groomer, along with he was cleaner and more trimmed up than the people who had groomed him in the past. Scheduling was very professional and his wife was able to get Tucker in around my schedule, and fast! She was so nice, very helpful and personable every time I called. This couple and their business cares about your fur babies and it shows. I 110%, highly recommend and will go see James and his wife from now on. Thank you both! Oh, and the cute bandana you see on his neck, was a gift from them as well!

We take our boys both Bernedoodles, Tug is 3 years old and the Bosun is 4 months old. They take such good care of our boys. We love that they take their time with them and make sure they are comfortable. They give them tons of treats and are great at working with us to get the boys in at the same time.

This business is fantastic. They spend the time required to make sure that every dog has a good experience and builds trust. That makes future visits even better. I'm going to keep coming from outside the area to use Paw-cific, they've made my dog Willow who used to be terrified of baths comfortable and that's really what I want for her. I can’t recommend Paw-cific North Pets enough! They have been absolutely amazing with our Goldendoodle Ellie. From the moment we arrive, they greet her with love and high-quality treats, making her feel welcomed and special.Ellie is a bit skittish when it comes to nail trimming and the hairdryer, but the groomers are incredibly understanding. They take their time, making sure Ellie feels comfortable throughout the process.The results speak for themselves. Ellie comes out looking adorable every time. My husband and I couldn't be happier with choosing PNP for our standard poodle puppy's first ever grooming. Bailey is not very cooperative with grooming, even though we work with her daily. She definitely gave them a run for their money, but they did a wonderful job with her. She was so beautiful after they were done. Even as difficult as she was, you could tell they had so much patience with her. She was happy and playful from the moment we picked her up.I hope they will let us bring her back, I wouldn't trust anyone else with our little ornery love bug.Thank you both for your patience and expertise!

Took my pup to his first doggie spa day EVER for a bath, deshed, and nail trim. I have always been able to groom Po at home, but recent shoulder problems make it difficult to get and keep my guy in the tub. I was nervous taking him to a groomer because he is deaf, and I am always unsure of how he will respond to new people and places, especially when I leave. But once we arrived, the owner spent as much time needed to allow Po to adjust and it didn't take long for him to warm up with lots of scratches and pets.The couple that own this business are sincerely dedicated to service and what is right for your furries. They are super flexible and do whatever they can to meet your scheduling needs. The estimated time for Po's spa session was on point. When I returned to pick Po up, I found the front door locked while he was jumping around and playing with another furry spa visitor. Impressed with the added care and attention to safety while Po was there and love that he wasn't just shoved into a kennel while waiting to be picked up. Thanks so much...Paw-cific North Pets has won us over. We will definitely be back!Oh, and sorry for the puddles of excitement. 😉

The team at Pawcific North Pets are the best groomers and people that you should ever contemplate taking your dog to. I am so happy how not only you guys did a fantastic job but from the minute my Labradoodle arrived she was made to feel comfortable - no cages, potty breaks, play time! It is like a proper spa day for what can be a nervous and anxious time. My dog came out of there with two new friends and a repeat appointment booked! We want to thank you guys, after searching high and low and being very underwhelmed with the grooming options in the area we have found the perfect place. I cannot recommend Pawcific highly enough on every level. Thank you so very much. We appreciate you and all of the care you put in to.making my Doodle feel special.

Their are not enough stars in the world for this rating. 5+!!! I cannot recommend this place enough for individuals and their fur babies. My dog had never visited a groomer and from the moment I entered, I was very impressed with the 1:1 and time and energy they took to get to know my animal. A once over medically, concerns on spots and areas. Asking questions. They are even assisting me with getting a skin issue straightened out with my dog. Gave amazing advice on what to ask for and working through treatments to make my dog happier and healthier. My dog lives her best life when she has her spa days. She plays with other puppies and helps as much as she can. Please if you are looking for a local groomer, give Paw-Cific a call.

Love the environment in this place, they take care of the doggies like their own and are always thinking about their comfortably. They do not kennel dry which is a bonus! Took our three dogs in this morning they were wonderful. First dog had his nails trimmed in out in no time. Second dog decided to have an attitude about grooming. With a lot of love and patience they got her done and she decided she loves them and looks great too. Third dog is a rescue that came from a very bad situation. The only place we have ever seen her lay down and be totally comfortable is at home until today. This husband and wife team are awesome. Our dogs have found new groomers they are happy and so are we.

PNP is a wonderful establishment with super dog savvy proprietors. They were great with my rough coat collie who had gone without a grooming for too long. They take their time with each animal and the salon was very calm compared to the chaos of most groomers. They kindly help me to understand where my at home grooming was lacking and showed me the appropriate tools to work with. We look forward to returning and highly recommend their services!

Our 4 month old standard poodle puppy had his first big boy haircut here Saturday. He looks amazing! James was very patient with our little guy, making sure he had a good first grooming experience. Raluca went above and beyond to squeeze us in to their very busy schedule. The shop is immaculate. Owners are caring and professional. We feel very fortunate to have found these wonderful people!

Went to drop the dogs off and she told me she gave my appointment away. She never called me and I always told her I would be closer to 8:30 because I am dropping my kid off at school and it's never been a problem. She actually wanted me to reschedule to a different day.response to below....Just the kind of reply validates the complaint about their attitude these two have at their store. I have been patient and understanding and tried to provide anything extra they needed for my dogs. My dogs anxiety have increase immensely at this store and we have used many in the long time of being dog owners.I have never had a problem like this and I will drive a half hour any day then deal with this store again. There are many issues, but I won't comment any further.

My dog needed her nails trimmed badly and we usually have them done at our vet. I couldn't get her in for 2 weeks so called Paw-cific North Pets and they were able to see her the next day! The quality grooming is essential & was Superb! But also the treatment & dogs reactions are important & My dog Bella was treated like a princess her entire grooming! This was the 1st time in 13yrs of her life that she wasn’t darting for the door after her grooming! She was so happy & at peace, I was so relieved to see her relaxed & shocked to see her so happy & at ease! The new ownership is AMAZING here & I am so grateful to have finally found a place Bella can be groomed & is not nervous to go to. The grooming on her was impeccable! She smells & looks so good! If you love your doggie as much as I do, this is the ONLY place you will entrust them in to care for & groom them! They truly love what they do & care for your pets as if they were their own 🧡

This hometown business has all the feels of making newcomers and their fur babies feel so welcomed! These people pour their hearts out to every pet that walks through their doors, while going above and beyond with comfort and understanding for each pet and their owner. The end results each time they are done with my baby, looks like a million dollars, but yet at the most reasonable price I've ever had! I'm so very thankful to have great people that are knowledgeable, efficient and all around caring for mine and my pets needs each and every time!

My Dog has a hard time with people and is very cautious of his surroundings. The people or owners of Paw-cific were very understanding. They gave my dog time to accept the facility and get used to them. They were very accommodating and considerate of my dog and her quirks. My dog was pretty relaxed (she's an anxious dog).They got me in pretty quickly. I needed her ears cleaned and a nail trim--- the groomer was kind enough to also shave some of her long hair which is all over her paws and also put lotion on the pads of her feet.

These folks really care about your dogs! They did a wonderful job grooming out 85 pound Pit Bull and our 110 pound Anatolian Shepherd. Other groomers wouldn't even consider grooming such dogs. I can't think of high enough praise for these people. They are our groomers for life.

I have 2 Bouvier Des Flanders, they are a large breed who's coat requires continuous cutting and grooming. I've had Bouviers for nearly 30 years so know how much goes into a proper grooming. Once I found Paw-cific, I can't say enough about the care and job they did. I will stay with them as long as they are in business. They are passionate, truly passionate about the animals they care for. Highest respect!

I left a voice mail asking to become a new client but I never heard anything back from them.2nd reply: the owner is a 5 year old throwing a tantrum and name calling . Instead of speaking to me and try to remedy the situation, the owner attacks me for speaking my truth. I hope ppl can see how much of a nasty terrible person you are. I would never make up a story or lie on a business because that's not my style. You yourself said you were closed for 1 month so am I supposed to wait that long for a call back? Nope, I went somewhere that actually wants my business and they know how to regulate their emotions and not attack potential customers. Thank you for showing what a nasty person you are. What exactly am I hating on? I can most definitely come to the business and we can hash it out because you have nothing I'm jealous of. Nothing at allReply; the owner is so unprofessional and abhorrentwith her reply to my review. The VM from the business stated to send a text to the business and they would reply which I never received. Also, owner states she called me back numerous times yet I received 0 voice mail or text. I didn't state anything that's "troll" like on this review prior to owners response but after seeing this I'm happy I drive to Doggie Designs in Chehalis that take great care of all 5 of our fur babies.Very welcoming and professional. Very happy that we didn't come to this aggressive establishmentand and I see why this place has negative reviews

They got my dogs in super quick for a nail trim and have me set up to come back a few times over the next few weeks to get their nails back to where they should be. Can't wait till their full grooming is done.
