I wish I could say my visit was eventful but “no”. We use to shop at Del’s feed and farm supply by the railroad tracks in the middle of town, that was before Tractor Supply bought them and raised prices. We have tried to buy from them over the years and went there this last weekend for horse feed, but they had limited choices and their prices were higher then what we saw at Coastal (other end of town) or at the Co-Op (by the fairgrounds). They do carry a variety of things, but I decided if I was going to buy from an over priced chain store, I would buy my lawn tools at the Home Depot by my house. I will continue to go back into the store and see if anything has changed, if so I will update my review and give them a new rating. I give them three stars because when we were in there, an employee asked us if we needed help and or if he could point us in the right direction.

My family and I came to Tractor Supply to celebrate my dad's 47 birthday and instead of feeling happy with our purchase we felt humiliated, treated like we are not worth anything. My dad was walking my brother who is specials needs child who just wanted to get his candy and miss Shannon took the candy away and threw it, if she is concerned we can't pay for the candy we can pay for it. Then we came back and after choosing a heater miss snapped at brother and told him "don't touch me" she then tells us "I don't like anyone to touch me because I will yell at them" miss Shannon anybody will touch but it doesn't mean they're going to hurt you especially my sibling who is a child with needs who doesn't deserve to be treated in any way differently or less my family didn't make small payment for your product or your job and we expect to be treated with respect if respect is something you can't give please don't work a job you don't like. Manager I can't expect for you to do the right thing because we understand everybody needs a job to pay for their house and other needs we only expect that you do train your staff be respectful especially miss Shannon here

Really glad that this place is near. Now that we are on property and own chickens, it has been a great convenience to us to have the supply store so near. Near.The only criticism I have of the place is that they never have enough cashiers so that you're always standing in line for a good while, it seems.

What an amazing experience! I got there a few minutes before the store opened, waited for the clock to turn and the doors to open right on time. I was greeted with smiles and “can I help you find something?” by SEVERAL employees about one minute into them being open. I was able to find what I needed thanks to the very friendly employeees!

Had the pleasure of delivering here yesterday. Got there the night before but they couldn't take us (understandable). Manager showed us where to park to sleep and was very prompt on his 530am appointment to us. He was done in 1.5hr and we were on our way.

A very well organized store in the staff is super helpful. I came in with a very odd project and lots of crazy questions and a lady and a guy both helped me. Even though they didn't carry what I want they showed me several Alternatives that I could used to complete my project. They were very knowledgeable and creative I like that. Also I had to get a couple parts for a trailer and I wasn't sure if they were going to fit so they let me take them outside to my vehicle to make sure that they would fit and then I brought them back in to pay for them. It's nice to see that they can trust their customers

Forklift driver dropped a load of straw on my truck the day before our wedding (hence the straw) even after alerting him thst the load was unstable twice, though perhaps he didn't hear me. Never received a call from the manager which I would have expected. Their insurance did atleast cover the damage.

Best place ever for farm supplies.. Monroe, WA... went to get pre-mix gas & bar oil for chainsaw project ( 5 gallons ea) Found also more sheep for garden too!

I'm actually pretty impressed on how nice everyone is here. They're courteous and they take time to make sure that you found everything you need or make sure that you are well taken care of. Have a good selection of items that I'm always in need of. They make sure that it's at a fair price.

I deliver here now and then. Staff is always polite and helpful. Lot is a little tight for big rig, but doable. Well stocked store. And usually parking available for us overnight on the back row.

I love love love this store back in 2018 I came there every week to get peanuts for all the squirrels and birds. They have the best deals for peanuts for wildlife they beat everybody if they have them in stock. After a year absence I returned two weeks ago and then two days ago. Everyone that works there is amazing and friendly. much to my delight the other day they had baby chicks I posted the pictures.

We went to this store for the first time since it's closer to home but we normally go to the one in Mt. Vernon. We went to this one on a mission to get baby chicks. The moment we got close to the chicks we were greeted by someone and offered help but we told her we were going to go shop first then be back for the chicks and she understood. After finding what we needed we went back to the chicks and were greeted by the same lady as earlier, she was patient with us while we let our kids choose which baby chick they wanted and through the whole process was never rude or disrespectful to us so we will definitely go back someday. Plus our baby chicks are doing great but unfortunately I can't say it's all because of the care they received at tractor supply. Our babies had plugged butts but luckily my bf knows about chickens and he has been helping them feel better and making sure they are able to poop normally.

Great store I had never been to. Saw that the best floors for a home gym are horse stall mats and this is the place for those. Great price! Also very much enjoyed their clothing section. I guess my style has a little bit of country in it. Have some inexpensive but useful stocking stuffer type items too. If your a farmer, I’m sure you’re already on to the usefulness of this store. Hope they do well in this high-tech era!!

There's a woman that works there ( shame on me for not getting her name), but she's is so nice and helpful!!! She's been the cashier when I've gone in there around 9 am. Just wanted to give her a shout out for excellent customer service! I'll get her name next time. 😉

Wouldn't price match the manufacturer msrp pricing on the manufacturer website. Wasn't a sale/event or with discount, just what the item sales for from the manufacturer to the consumer.I want to support TS but they won't sale an item at msrp?I'll just order the hitch from the manufacturer and wait a couple days.

The staff at this TSC have always been super friendly and happily help when I need it. I love that they price match and I can make a one stop shop instead of hitting three or four different stores and they have good selections in most all things. I buy chicken feed and dog food here on a regular basis as well as a lot of other random day to day things. We even bought our wood stove from them and have been super happy with everything we’ve gotten.

Nice store but lately a very unfriendly staff. We get our cat food here, love the 4health brand, ingredients, and pricing. Unfortunately, they never seem to be well stocked. When I called and requested a raincheck, a manager said she was busy and asked if I could call back tomorrow. Really? It was during daytime hours. Others have told me by phone that they can't check stock from where they are standing. I'm always kind and polite, I have 20+ years of customer service experience so I can understand being busy. People here clearly don't want to help customers though or are beyond irritated that they can't stock items or correct their off inventory counts. Frustrating to say the least, whatever the case. Tonight I came in before closing, I got caught at work late, went straight to the items I wanted to purchase and to the register to pay. I was glared at so badly, I'm not coming back. God forbid they had to work 4 minutes past closing, I was apologetic but the 2 ladies attitudes were incredibly rude and 1 was a manager. Very ugly behavior and very unprofessional. Not a store I'd recommend anymore at all.

I was looking over my bank statement today and realized I had been charged $40 extra dollar for my dog food! I called the location I went to and was told there is no way to look my order because I’m not apart of their membership. I am very disappointed in the customer service and this so called policy. Safe to say I’ll stop driving across town and go to a different location.

Returns are no hassle, thanks. Staff is great and helpful.Very disappointed with low stocking of shelves. One or two say of rake tines don't work when you need four and there's only two with hay down and rain on the way. Much better selection on bolts nuts and other fasteners at McDaniels do it in Monroe
