Was traveling through town and decided to stop for dinner and a drink. I immediately felt so welcomed by the bartender, Audrey. She was incredibly friendly! I loved the older esthetic of the bar. Absolutely gorgeous and I’m glad they kept that piece of history.Would for sure stop again and recommend to anyone!

Being a dark haired, dark eyed, solo traveling female (from Portland no less, which makes you an instant punching bag of conservative, small town people in the USA these days) had me a little wary of going into this place, BUT everyone was super friendly! The bartender was really sweet, and I even sang a few karaoke songs and got to pet some sweet doggies. *Check out the 6x20 ft creepy huge spider’s nest a few doors down at the vacant general store (porch ceiling) if you want the heebie jeebies!

We visit here on Thursday evenings for a meat pull. Loads of fun and meat, yes meat. Buy tickets and see if your ticket is pulled, prize.....meat! It's a lot of fun with the locals. Full bar and good service.

This place is about as dive-y as dive bars come. But the bartenders are nice and friendly (and charmingly curmudgeon-like). Karaoke on Saturday nights is always a highlight of the week here in this little town. Typical bar food, fried, but also sometimes surprisingly good (nachos, chicken burger, and bacon pizza are good selections). They do close early if it's a slow night, so get there before 8:30.

Good bar food, good drinks, service with a smile =) charming and eclectic, original saloon decor meets eclectic rural bar, friendly locals. We had a mushroom Swiss burger and fries, chicken strips and tots (good sauces). Tasty beer on tap, including Irish Death and their own Brown Trout Amber from Pyramid; daily drink specials. We were just passing through, but it looks like a great local bar for an extended visit, too.

Dezi is the tops for customer service!! She gave me so much history of the area. I can't wait to see her again!!I am so glad Trevor hired her. Small towns are essential for repeat business and customer service!!

Fantastic food and a good beer selection. We stayed for lunch and enjoyed the quiet small-town pub atmosphere. Staff are excellent and made us out-of-town folks feel right at home.

It's basically a beer bar that sells shots. They do not know how to make cocktails. And I don't want to know what that kitchen looks like. Cuz it looks scary just getting near it. Bartender never ever cracked a smile and we were ignored for the most part.

There was only one review of Headquarters Tavern but it was glowing. To quote "Best pizza in my life". I was suspicious, but what the hell, it's the only tavern for ten miles or so and our bicycle trip ended up in Mineral.So let me say - the pizza was very good - way up there in quality and quantity. Our waitress (Jamie - I think) was both efficient and friendly. Beer was good, patrons were interesting, the decor was dogpatch - but you don't go to Mineral for the deor.I give it two thumbs up.

Been coming here for years. We camp all summer long across the street at the Lions den. Great food and great people. Pizza is the best.

Beer is too high price and what happened to lower price beer like Bud, Coors that working people can afford. You are not in Seattle this is Mineral Lake.
