I went in to find foods to entice my sick cat to eat/hydrate and one of the employees was super helpful, showing care and concern and helping me find some great products to support my cat in his recovery. He asked me to update him on my cat- I’m happy and very relieved to report my cat has recovered and has eaten some good goats milk and a LOT of good pouch food! I’ll be back for more!

I had a very friendly employee guide me in the direction I needed to go. I was looking for pain relief to make my dog comfortable because she started limping and I couldn't figure out the source of her pain. After explaining a few other new symptoms she's been battling lately, he told me not she needed goat milk to help all her symptoms. After 2 days with the goat milk her limping has stopped, her drastic shedding has stopped and no more itching. She is so much happier and more comfortable. I would recommend this location to any pet owner. I am so happy I just happened to be driving by and chose this store to stop at.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly! The products are all top notch so I don’t have to sift through endless products to fine the best. They also have toys I’ve not seen anyone else for my cat! Super fun to come here and also look forward to a free sample for my pets.

Great store! Was here a couple weeks ago and the clerk was very helpful. I just got a kitty and she helped me quickly find everything I needed!

The clerk who helped me was very warm, friendly, and professional. She knew exactly where to direct me to the item I wanted. I also donated cat food as suggested by the donation display at the register. Way to go , Pet Pros!

Friendly, well-stocked local pet store carrying a range of food, toys, beds, litter, and other items. My favorite products are Sustainably Yours cat litter, Rawz cat food, and Koha limited ingredient cat food. They offer sales and special events for customers. Staff are very helpful. You can earn free products when you buy a certain number of select items, such as Sustainably Yours cat litter. Highly recommended!

I go here frequently and find there selections to be quality. But the best part of my visits is one staff member particularly, Angel. She is just a pleasure and a lovely person. Super knowledgeable and always wanting to help. I really appreciate the extra care she takes and the kindness she shows when I come to the store. She's great!

Great place!! I stopped in today, and a very nice staff person who knew about dogs and was familiar with their inventory helped me out.I'm dogsitting for a month, and this little pupper is a rescue. He's old, and mostly blind, and missing most of his teeth. However, he is still in love with life. He enjoys a long walk at least once a day, but he didn't have any toys that interested him.They helped me pick out an excellent secondary food for him, which he's totally pleased with. Then they helped me choose a couple of chewy treats for him to enjoy.Here he is, totally blissed out on a freeze dried turkey neck. He didn't even want a long walk this afternoon because he was too excited to get back to his turkey neck. Lol!!!I'm mostly a cat owner, so I really appreciated the help.

I’ve always had enjoyable experiences here, the workers are always pleasant and quick to ask if I need help, they’re very knowledgeable and always glad to see you. The only thing I wish was different is if they had a larger wet food selection for dogs but I also know they’re a small business and work very hard so overall it’s a favorite shop of mine!

Always a pleasant staff, I don't think anyone can say a negative word about them. My boy Jaxsen loves seeing Angel, and he's afraid of everything and everyone, so thats how I know this is a great place. Everyone just makes it a place you can come too...good people. Small place but it has everything you need

Soooo glad we discovered this gem of a pet store!!! Lots of variety for quality pet food, and in a very convenient location!! Appreciate their recycling program, as well. Martini's favorite pet store. We visit monthly for food. Not too many big dogs to be watchful of, so kitty Martini can roam around checking ever box out. People are friendly and helpful. Prices are great. Love local businesses and support any time I can.

Pet Pros and the Good Neighbor Vet shot clinic were fantastic! I was even able to get one of my kitties a new "chew" toy. As she's a chewer, often we refer to her as a secondary shredder. We asked for a referral for the toy, were totally sceptical to it's actually being used, however she totally loves it. Thank you Pet Pros staff for the referral! ♡ P.s . if your going to be going to the shot clinic, go early. As it's first come first serve calculated by the amount of clients they're able to get done in the time block they're scheduled for at the location.
