We tried Pet Evolution today and loved it! We have previously been to another self-wash nearby but they are a cage-free facility and dogs that are either waiting for grooming or are finished and waiting to be picked up are allowed to roam free in the tub area. This isn't a big deal for my boy but I always try to keep him from going nose to nose with strange dogs for safety's sake. So, I was very happy to see there Pet Evolution's self wash area is a separate room from both the retail and the full service grooming area. They have professional level variable speed high velocity dryers which are very much needed with my samoyeds! The tubs were nice, if a bit too large to be truly comfortable, and the water pressure could be a bit better. I also did feel a bit bad when I was drying my dog and another customer was put into the tub next to us, both because of the spray and because of the hair flying everywhere, but I didn't feel like they were so close that I felt cramped. The room is actually large enough to be fairly echo-y. So, bring ear protection for both yourself and your dog!

Great place, friendly and helpful owner and staff!Easy to use self wash station, and the groomer did a good job with tidying up my small dogs face and nail trims. I think her name was Holly.We didn’t have appointment scheduled, just walked in and they were able to accommodate us. For a whole grooming session appointment required, but for nail cuts and small trims they were able to take us in right away.I really like that, we’ll be returning again!

I love Pet Evolution! They always care that you can easily find what you need, and thier services are fantastic. We just had our energetic Siberian Husky there yesterday for thier Shampooch service, and she came home looking more beautiful than ever! They removed her undercoat better than we've ever had done, and they were actually able to clip her nails, which we've struggled with. A+ Pet Evolution!!!

11/10 would recommend!! Friendly staff, clean environment.Fellow mastiff/giant breed owners: go here for self wash!!! The tubs are huge- easily fit my 210 pound mastiff, he was able to stand easily without slipping, jump in easily, etc. I have been to many self wash businesses looking for the best fit, and this is by far the winner. I will definitely be returning.

So happy Pet Evolution opened in our neighborhood! They stock great products and the self-serve dog wash is well-designed with multiple stations, good quality tubs, hoses and dryers. If you have multiple dogs or need to wash more than once a month, they have a tiered membership program with great benefits. The staff are knowledgeable and eager to help. Riley especially is a gem! Love this place!

This is the first time I've used Pet Evolution and I will definitely be using them again in the future. I used the mobile nail van service for my two senior cats to get their nails trimmed. It'sbecome too difficult for me do this myself, so this was an excellent solution. The price for the two of them was extremely reasonable, especially considering that the mobile nail van comes directly to you. Great communication with both the company and the technician, Krystle. Krystle was great with my cats and has a friendly and outgoing personality. She did an excellent job!

We love this new pet store! We get our 2 medium/large doodles groomed here and Olivia has done a great time giving us the cut we want each time. We've gotten advice from their nutritionist when we were looking to pick out a new food and everytime we've come in for any reason the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus our membership which gives us a discount on those purchases and free self washes, like for when our dog decides to dig in the mud puddles at Willis Tucker (see photo 😀). I'd definitely recommend trying this place out!

I brought my ten year old fluffy corgi in for a groom, and found someone who’s in tune with a corgis needs. Eth (Ethan) is the groomer I wish I would have found years ago. My corgi looks great, if you’re looking for someone give Eth a call.

Took my 5 month old Toy Poodle here for his first ever grooming. They were very gentle with him and told me that they would take a few hours just to make sure the environment is calm and relaxing for my baby. Apparently he fell asleep while they were doing his makeover :)I will definitely be bringing him and my other Toy Poodle back here.

As a neighboring business owner at The Farm I was extremely excited to see a pet store coming in near us! We finally were able to come in and visit for my dogs (litter mates) birthday this last week, since I love spoiling them more than usual on this day. We tried the self wash, and they surprisingly LOVED it! Usually I throw them in the shower with me, but this was actually a lot easier! They have the waterproof leashes, the shampoo, the high velocity air dryer and towels, making it even more convenient!Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. I will absolutely be back and love that they have high quality products, toys, treats and care for my fur babies!

Our 130-pound 16 mo Bullmastiff “puppy” Ruger is not a fan of baths. Finn was extra patient with him and Ruger had a great experience. We gave his sister a bath in the tub beside him but Ruger got extra special grooming after that. He looked great for his show and his win photos. We will be back!

The facility is very clean and professional.They give you shampoo, conditioner, a silicone scrub brush, and they allowed me to borrow dog ear muffs for drying. They have plenty of towels. The gal that was working even made me a special soap for deshedding my husky, which was above and beyond kind. The staff were all kind.I unfortunately won’t be back due to the construction of the tub being two bulky. I really had to strain my back the whole time and that left me exhausted by the end of the wash.There are no dividers on the tubs either which means that if anyone was standing next to me, they’re getting splashed big time.I go to another place nearby that has the professional standard dog washing tubs that are metal, have dividers, and are smaller in length and width. They’re less bulky and that allows me to stand up straight while washing my dog. Feels a lot better on my back.Again, the staff was great, the tubs just don’t work for me.

Trish was amazing! Our pup is such a wiggle worm if we’d even attempt to clean her ears or trim her nails. Trish is a dog whisperer and did such an incredible job on our little Luna. We already have another appointment booked for her! Luna is very pleased!

Today I had a “meet and greet” with the cat groomer. I really enjoyed her. I think she’sPurr fect!! 🐾 Both the groomer and the GM were very helpful. My human is new to being a cat Owner. Apparently, I need some sort of a haircut, but my human doesn’t want me to look like A lion or to have dreadlocks. The groomer took extra good care with me to make sure I was comfortable and I am getting a makeover on Monday.🐈 thank you again!!Stuart Cat

Overall they are great! I would still super recommend but my one complaint or feedback is, I got feedback from the groomer that my pup was super good …. However, when I got my pup back, he had just his face trimmed up and maybe his hygienic area. He came back to me the same but my whole point bringing him in is that he had knots and needed a little refresh. I got him back with a bath, little trim around the face and I’m still cutting some knots out but he is still uncomfortable with how hot he runs and I paid over $100+ without seeing my pup first …. I’m going to bring him back because my pup didn’t get the care he needed and my pup is still uncomfortable with how hot he runs. More out of pocket expenses and makes me wonder if the groomer actually adapts to the doggy in front of them.

This was my first time using a self service dog wash, but my fur kid needed a bath between grooming. Thankfully the team here was more than kind and patient, when my next level Tasmanian devil knocked over a display of treats. I assume we will be banned for life 😂 but I really enjoyed the facility and the kindness of the employees. Naughty Nero says he is sorry for his poor manners today. 🐾

Our first time taking our new dog there gor a self wash. What a great experience. The tubs are amazing. The blow dryers are quiet. The people that work there are so helpful and friendly. We bought a self wash package that was super reasonable and they supply everything! They carry a great assortment of high quality food and toys also. It is our new place to go for our pets!

A great experience. The large chain pet grooming places don’t allow scheduling appointments for just a nail trim - they want walk ins only. But they never have availability when you do walk in! After multiple attempts we decided to try something different. Same day service, a van came to my house and two nice people trimmed my dogs’ nails. Where has this been my whole life?

Pet Evolution mobile Nail services are Fantastic! Taking these guy’s in to get their nails trimmed can be such a hassle! Our Aussie is a 9 yr old rescue & has major stranger danger & our 6 mos old Bernese Mountain Pup has anxiety & nervousness whenever we try to trim her nails at home. Allie & Olivia were so great! They were able to successfully trim both of their nails without much resistance & gave us tips on what we could do to help in between the next nail trim to get them more comfortable. Looking forward to their VIP membership!

My husband attempted to groom or black poodle Teddy and Teddy ended up looking like he had mange. We scheduled a grooming appointment for the next day. We loved how beautiful Teddy looked so we booked a grooming for our white poodle Bear. Both look amazing. The staff were friendly and gentle with our dogs. This will be our pet store and groomers from now on. We love Pet Evolution ❤️

This place was wonderful! We always have a hard time washing our St. Bernard at home. The tubs are a great size and accessible. All inclusive elements really made this our new favorite. Once he is used to it I’m sure it will be a breeze.Staff was very helpful and patient with all the happenings with our 3year old pup.

Very happy with our old girl’s full groom! Pet Evolution is only 6 minutes from our home which makes it so convenient. Price is competitive for a full groom. Groomer kept in contact with us, as it was our first visit, to make sure we were on the same page about some of the trimming. Our girl is so much happier and we are happy to have found a local place and groomers we can trust to take care of her. Oh and booking was a breeze compared to past experiences. We can’t wait to try to use the self-wash for our other dog!

Eth groomed our very fluffy Pembroke corgi. Our pup looks great! Eth is always kind, courteous, patient with our boy, and gives great feedback regarding our brushing at home. So appreciate their work! and their commitment to dogs. Check-in was easy and quick, as was checking out. Added bonus: the store has a great area of lawn with bushes and small trees right out their front door. So good for a potty stop before the ride home.

My standard poodle and golden doodle were groomed with the Mill Creek Pet Evolution for the first time today! Both get very stressed out with grooming, but they were much calmer and relaxed after their grooming experience than I have ever seen them. I attribute that to the attentive and 1:1 nature of the grooming process experience!!Not to mention, they look amazing. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back.
