We called in to check if a certain toy was in stock and I mentioned to Jasmine that I was looking for some lower protein treats. I was planning to buy some full sized bags of anything she recommended. Instead she fixed up sample bags for my dog, carefully labeled, and double checked ingredients with me. So far beyond what I was hoping for. Outstanding customer service!My dog is reactive to other dogs at times so we always wait outside until there are no dogs in the store to quickly run in and make our purchase. Tonight, there were no other dogs around so we were able to linger and enjoy some time in the store getting lots of attention and making friends.We pass numerous other pet stores on our way to Paddywack and this is why!

Such an inviting and cozy shop. My 2 Goldie pups love every toy and treat here - yes I bought everything to see what fun things they'd like, turns out "ALL" was an option.Staff is always so friendly. And they give amazing recommendations. I'm here at least once a week, sometimes to replenish treats, sometimes to see what's new. A MUST Shop for those of us who spoil our furbabies!

From their product knowledge, to cheery staff, great product selection, I never ever have to worry whether or not my pets are getting the best food and treats they can. If you need any additional reason to support them, their philanthropic work is commendable and surely a benefit to their community. Definitely worth a drive! Shane and her staff are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Paddywack. We’ve been shopping with them since we moved here in 2010. They continue to carry high quality food and treats for our four legged family members. My daughter is a big girl and they sell the (PLUS SIZE) poop bags!! Have bought some at the other place and it was not very fun.... Happy and friendly staff can tell that they love animals and not there just for a paycheck.. good selection of healthy treats and toys

I love this store! The people are always friendly. They carry the most interesting toys for dogs and cats. And I love that I can buy clothes that say dog mom on them. They also sell clothes for animals to which is fun for my dog.

This is the best dog store in the area! They have a great selection of top quality food and treats ranging from raw, dehydrated, freeze-dried, standard kibble, etc. It’s a beautiful store that is well organized and a pleasure to visit. It can be hard for me to get to since I don’t drive, but they have recently added delivery service! I got my first delivery today and it was effortless and quick. Please support small businesses like this - I can’t rave enough about how amazing this place is!

I of course bought a bunch of stuff cuz there was stuff in there I'd never heard of: ahem SCHMANCY 😎. told them about my cat Jiji who does not like ANY kitty treats yep you read that right, I have tried everything. So picked something up they said other customers swore by and if Jiji doesn't like it then money back guarantee. Love that...cuz Queen Jiji didn't.In short, if your in the area, wanna see some schmancy, boutiquey pet supplies and like to spoil the animals in your life stop on in. Today I came in with my puppy Dandelion and had a great experience. Everyone was incredibly welcoming to us when we came in, but we ended up talking to and checking out with Shane. Although there were 2-3 other incredible associates there I didn’t catch the names of!Shane helped us find a new harness and leash set, as well as got a few new treats for my little guy. We also spoke about good treats and food not only for my Dandelion but as well as for my two cats Camber and Acorn at home!I will defiantly be back on pay day as there are toys, collars, treats, and food I’d love to try.For my first visit to paddywack they showed how educated, passionate, and loving they are to my pets. They are my preferred over big box stores as everything they have is unique, high quality, and fairly priced. I’m OBSESSED.Thank you Shane and Paddywack team! Can’t wait to come back soon.

This is The Best store for pet supplies & food. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have all of the best food that is nutritious and healthy for your dog or cat. They have wonderful toys and any other items that you could want for your pet.. The owners and staff are pet owners also, and they really care about their customers, their pets, and the products that they sell. They would never sell anything that they wouldn’t feed to their own pets, and each item that they sell is thoroughly checked out before it goes on their shelves.

My goto place to spoil my dogs time to time. Their staff is so friendly and helpful and they have a nice variety of goodies from food to treats to toys and more. I always grab barkery bacon and cheese cupcakes from their frozen section and peanut butter cup treats from their counter. Price is on the higher range for some things but keep an eye out for their deals!

My favorite pet store! The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They always seem to be in a great mood... which tells me the business has great owners. There's also a free pet pantry for community members in need. You can get pretty much anything you need here... even stickers!
