What a great experience, I called them about some over the counter medicine for my cat mahogany for constipation. The person on the phone recommended some herbal remedies they sell there as they don't carry any medicine for that..When I got there it was easy to find as their merchandising is well thought out for customers to shop. As they had booth a powder and an oil version, the person at the counter told me that the dropper with the oil works the best as they used it on their kitty. (They said they were also very concerned about their kitty as it was also very scarry for them when their cat was experiencing tummy issues). It was reassuring that it was safe and easy to use, but they also reminded me that if my kitty rejects it, I can bring it back as Mud Bay has an awesome return policy. I'm very sorry I don't remember either petsons name, but obviously it's under awesome management. Thank you, booth! 😊

Everyone in the store is incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Couldn’t say more good things about this store. From first taking home my doodle puppy to supporting him through his digestive issues, MudBay has been there to help me understand what I need to support my dog’s needs. I'm so grateful for this staff! Every Mud Bay has been incredible service, but this location even exceeds this. My dog has had stomach issues in the past and their product quality is excellent.

Absolutely love this Mudbay and I wont shop anywhere else for my kittens. Every time I go in here I have an amazing experience. They have a massive selection of food and it is much better quality than typical pet food you can buy anywhere. It is also cost effective. Tonight I went in because I needed a different kind of food for my kittens as I bought the wrong kind on accident, and the gentleman who helped me was incredible. He exchanged all of the food for me. I also asked to make sure I was feeding my kittens properly and he re assured me that what I was doing was perfect. He also gave me a lot of really great recommendations and facts for my kitties. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name but he made me feel so much better about food knowledge for my babies. Absolutely love this place and will exclusively shop here for my pet needs because it is genuinely worth it!

Great place for pet stuff. My visit this day was to take my 3 year old dog on her birthday for a treat and a new chewie . The staff was so awesome and they gave us a cup of dog ice cream for her birthday! Super grateful!

Literally some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Male employee with long hair had the worst attitude the entire time I was checking out, and was rude when I asked where the nearest garbage for some puppy trash I had. Will not be returning because this is not the first time this has happened.

I asked a salesperson to help me find what I needed. She was incredibly helpful and pointed out all of my options. I have a very picky eater cat, the sales person was able to give me personal experience with her own picky eater dog. I was also told by both the sales person and the person who rang me up at the cash register that I was allowed some samples. I appreciate that they offered me a discount right up front. I respect the business that honors their promises with their customers.

I went in for some treats and a toy for my little senior dog. He lately wants to chew and naw on soft toys so there is stuffing all over. I talked to a lady and she was very nice and showed me different toys that he may like. I got one and he loves it.

So far every Mud Bay store I've gone to all have extremely helpful and kind employees. They always offer to help and answer any questions I have. Yes, things can be more on the pricey side but the pet food and treats are top notch, high quality.

The staff is so friendly! Always greeting me and the pup with a nice smile and offering samples! My pup is so picky, so it’s very nice to be able to let her smell different treats and I was even able to get some dog food samples as well! Very helpful!

One of my favorite locations if not my absolute favorite Mud Bay location and I’ve been to several as we have lived all around Lake Washington. They always have plenty in stock and customer service always welcomes you at the door. Parking has never been an issue for me, the advice from the pet pros is always helpful. My kids love coming with me and getting treat samples from the sales associates to feed and work with our own dog at home and to let the dog try something new that we may not have bought ourselves. Would highly recommend this location to new dog owners!

I should have written an review rather than just giving it five stars. Mud Bay is a wonderful place that cares about the well being of your pet. They carry great quality cat food (I can't speak to the dog side but I know dog owners love it there too) and will sample foods out for you to try with your pet. The return policy is easy and the people working there all seem to be genuinely invested in helping the customer. I wouldn't buy cat food or supplies anywhere else.

This store is the best! I've always loved the toy selection and amazing treats (especially for my picky pup with sensitive skin+stomach), but after visiting today it is our absolute favorite! Per usual, the staff were so friendly and cheerful! Also, everyone was masked and distanced! The store was so clean!! There were dirty/clean bins for the bulk treat scoops. The short time we were in the store we saw the surfaces being sanitized and staff using hand santizer. Love this place!

Austin at the Mill Creek MudBay saved my bacon today. My 6 yo Chihuahua Bucky loves his latex penguin. We are down to the last one. I went talked to Austin and said, "I'm on a mission of Mercy. Great place to buy my dog & cat food. My dogs allergies are gone. I've tried so many different things to stop their itching but after changing their already good food, they don't have allergies now. My cat is old & has issues due to being old. I also get his food here & no more throwing up ... the price is worth it & it's no more expensive than prescription food

They were not pushy at all, but very informative.They have treat and food samples, which is fantastic.
