It was a fantastic experience at this QFC location. There is plenty of parking and in a great location. There are so many options in the store. From the fresh bakery to the deli counter. There is also a great alcohol selection. There is very large kosher selection as well. The kosher selection includes baked goods, deli, and fresh sushi. There is plenty of shelf stable kosher food too. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are plenty of checkout counters, so the lines were not long.

Well it's on Mercer Island, shall I say more?? Nice store, plenty of parking and my only negative is some of the aisles inside are too narrow for multiple carts as they have center displays. I have always found what I am looking for and prices are better than in Seattle, as they dont have the sugar tax like Seattle does.

I have been going to this QFC in Mercer Island for the last 30 years. The service is not really great. The cashiers that have been there a long time are the one not really pleasant. The young boy about 24 year old is very pleasant and Linda too. There is a lady name Melaka is very ruin and yelling when I asked to get lottery. She told me she is no longer allowed to help lottery. I can only buy in machine. I don’t want the machine since I have my own # that I have been buying it. If QFC doesn’t want to serve the lottery, then you should not have the machine there. I will no longer want to shop at QFC any more. I don’t spend money at the store with that kind of service.

Usually love QFC. Was at check out and found 2 veteran staff and a checker having what I thought was a good time. In the process of checking out it went from feeling fun to feeling more like harassment of the bagger. I hope they were just having a good time but I am concerned it was bullying in the work place.

This QFC store is a joke. You can’t have whole food market prices with such low quality products. Just moved here from Kirkland and I couldn’t believe they are selling the same products as Fred Mayer and Safeway but double the price. Since they are the only main grocery store here, they are ripping off customers.

Higher prices than Fred Meyer or other off-island QFCs. Would be fine if the store wasn’t so dated! Seems like the store was built in 1990 and never remodeled. Time for a refresh, Kroger Co!

The store always has what I'm looking for, and has easy access.I also just wanted to say, there was a little PA announcement made by a gentleman around 1:30pm today (11/1) and my friends and I loved the enthusiasm and happy message he had marketing the food. If it's not a regular thing already, we would love to hear them more often!

This store has excellent fresh food and groceries available 24 hours a day. The staff are excellent and friendly. This is by far one of best QFCs i have ever been to.

Went in on a Monday morning and was greeted by Robert from Produce. What a GREAT man, out going and so positive. I then met Jake, another GREAT man who displayed a outstanding personality.As I left the store I noticed that Robert and Jake were behind me and I started talking with them again. I asked them where they were going, across the street Gary to get a bagel. Well, that's where I am going and since you guys are SO GREAT, I am going to buy you breakfast!Please make sure to reward/acknowledge these two wonderful men!Because of them, I will now make your QFC my store of choice.

I like this store its convenient and open late but their security trailer placement was placed frustratingly close to a parking spot and I backed up into it trying park my car. Its hard to see the outriggers because they are so low to the ground and it punched a hole in my bumper

Love that they are open pretty much all the time! Nice, slightly pared down (curated!) selection of groceries and more. Using loyalty card helps to take advantage of sale prices you won't want to miss. Also check out weekly sales ads for new items or again, more sales.This location is easily accessible and has plenty of parking, too.

You'll find some of the most bigoted, ignorant employees that have interacted with customers here (in my opinion). Go to any other QFC but this one. I've never been to any store where the employees follow the customers like weirdos even after being reported to corporate.(The wine guy, the Filipino lady, Russian lady +the produce guys are cool.)

I live nearby, and go here frequently because it’s convenient. There’s been a handful of times in the last few months when staff have said odd, unsettling, or even rude things to me that have caused me to think, “I’m never coming back here.” But its convenience ultimately always offsets my negative experiences.Today, that balance shifted. I will not be going back.I wen through self checkout, as I often do, as I prefer to not have to speak to any of the employees due to prior not-so-positive experiences. I set my basket on the ground and began ringing up my groceries. I was so focused on getting out of there that I didn’t notice that an employee came over and was talking to me. It turns out that he was midway through giving me a rather stern scolding that I had broken a store policy by setting my basket on the ground instead of the almost-too-small table next to the self-check kiosk. I was shocked by his level of outrage over something that seems very inconsequential. I apologized for not following this supposed rule I apparently should have known, and he glared and told me not to let it happen again and now I know for next time.Joke’s on him. There won’t be a next time. Guess I’ll be shopping at Met Market from now on. I don’t need my grocery store clerk lecturing me over nonsense rules they’ve just made up.

They're great here. Everyone is very friendly, and theres a big sample server of broken cookies in the mornings in the bakery! Lots of kosher food in the bargain section. Someone please come buy, its taking up space for the other bargain things they want to get rid of.Also, their head cake baker is a very nice lady. She gave me a discount. Been coming here all my life. Would recommend. 10/10

This is the BEST QFC around! Friendly, helpful personnel who seem to really care about having you as a customer. Great selection of fresh seafood, excellent sushi bar, very good wine selection with knowledgeable manager.

Received a $50 parking ticket from Diamond parking after being a patron multiple times on 7/3 while running back and forth to prep for a first bday party (drinks, desserts, ice, etc). I have several issues with this; 1) you should NOT NOT NOT ticket patrons, period 2) if you are going to have ticketing policies, they should've posted clearly so that people can see them, so people understand and can shop elsewhere if you will tow patrons. 3). Policies should remain consistent. My sister told me to park here. They have had multiple people including siblings and parents help them out before and that they spend "thousands of dollars" at QFC ... Not only will we not park there, but no one will shop here anymore either. What a bunch of shady clowns

A great supermarket with lots of options, including awesome Starbucks cafe inside, and great Top Pot donuts. It’s open 24/7 and you can’t beat that. Good sales on various Tirana with your QFC card.

I come here alot and oh boy I love their chicken noodle soup! I think you should tried it especially on a cold day. I used to work out side so having this soup warm me up and makes me happy

One of two QFC's on Mercer Island and is a very high quality store. I come here often with my brother to buy snacks and what not. Everything is easy to find and the friendly staff are always welcoming.

Have been shopping here for 20+ yrs. The help are always friendly and helpful. They just reset the store and it is taking awhile to learn where items are now stocked. The important thing for me is the friendly, courteous helpful employees.

Unfortunately, many of the prices are exorbitantly high...(known in our home as “predatory pricing). I realize we are “technically” on an island but, really!?! No one has to wait for a ferry or buy a float plane to get home OR deliver groceries! 🙄Most of the staff is helpful and friendly with the exception of a very few of the older women, who can get a bit snotty sometimes. They can take the Seattle Freeze to a whole other level. 🤨Lastly, the store manager would do well to get a better system (or person) for keeping track of product dates and keeping them in a consistent order on the shelves so FIFO works the way it’s supposed to. Best of all, I won’t keep picking up expired items, which drives me absolutely buggy!!! (Sorry, one of my personal pet peeves)All in all, it’s okay. But they would have to make some serious changes to continue if another large supermarket came to Mercer Island

I find all I need here with fresh produce and always pleasant service. They have a good selection of cheese though I like the quality of the cheese from WFM better. I also like the small town feeling about this place and MI downtown.

Always busy with albertsons gone (yes even with new seasons) but all employees seem to be helpful and courteous. The manager on the other hand not so much. Try and go early morning or late night, avoid game days.
