Came in to get some simple things for work and shop around. We were followed around through the whole store by an old guy that asked every two minutes if we needed help even after we had politely declined multiple times. We are a family of 10 and as i started grab things i heard the workers discussing my husband way less than professionally acceptable. We are small business owners who just signed a hefty construction contract in town to help after the fire and had planned to get all our materials and tools locally however not after the terrible way these people treat customers.

**** Update alert*****They have lots of fans and swamp cooler parts.Lots of parking a wide variety or whatever you may need to fix whatever might be broken. The customer service here is very good if you have any questions they're more than willing to help answer anything that you're wondering. I've been here for several different items throughout the last five years and every experience has been a very good one.

Just moved to the area and needed some plumbing supplies so I went inn had a look around then when I could not find what I was looking for I proceeded to the cashier to see if I could get help and as I got there I greeted the young lady (she was on her phone)and asked how she was doing then all she did was look at me didn’t say a word then look back down to her phone and just ignored me, if that’s how we feel about business (and people in the community)then I’m gonna have to go and take my business somewhere else. It’s sad to see a small business like this has lost that personal touch, I don’t like shopping at big box stores but even they will have someone greet you. Also the prices are very high! I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Medical Lake True Value is a good small town hardware store. The owner are friendly and always ready to help. They will even ask you how your project went the next time you are in.

Horrible experience with a older gentlemen clerk. Very negative about what I was working on for my project. I guess if it isn't the way he would do it then it's no good. Prices are so high I wouldn't want to shop for anything anyway.

Wonderful staff. Loaded the heavy pellet bags into my car. You won't get that service at Home Depot.

A quaint small town supply store carrying various comstruction items including varieties of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical componenet. Also carries a small assortment of tools. It is, however a little rough around the edges.

Their light bulb selection is perfunctory. I mean lights bulbs...pretty common. The grocery store had a bigger selection and had what I needed. Swing and a miss....
