We love this vet. They work with my pets in a way that they can each handle and we've never had a bad experience with them. When visits can be done by a tech, they let me know (even day of) so I can avoid doctor's fees, and my older fur baby always walks in willingly, ready for the treats and the chance to show off her tricks. My other dude is a bit fresh, but I'm sure he'll like Medical Lake VH once he's had more regular checkups and less... Surgery.

These people made us feel more than welcome and their prices were completely overkill like most veterinarians they genuinely seem as tho they care for the animals and want to do the best job for you that they can and not take advantage of your situation! We have recently called about numerous things to schedule as well for our animals and were now going to be regulars at this facility! Hope you all have a good day

We have been coming to ML Vet Clinic many years, since their Lake Road location before the new building. Always consistently excellent care, from the front desk to assistant, nurses, to doctors. Our pets have had a range of care, from preventative, surgery, to cremation services. Lots of compassion and skill here. Thanks!

The staff and vets have always been very friendly, helpful, patient, kind, empathic, and understanding. They have helped our large and small animals for several years. I loved every visit we had. Everyone was always kind and caring. The last visit was obviously the hardest and they were incredible, making sure our dog was comfortable as well as us. They let us take all the time we needed. They really do love animals and I always felt we were getting their best.

Evidently they pick a choose which animals they want to help out of excruciating pain. I sent them a message asking them if they could put this guy down, I would even pay for it, they read the message an couldn’t be bothered to respond I’m sure because it was “only a turtle” I thought vets took an oath to help ALL animals. The fact they couldn’t even respond is what sickens me as if this guy wasn’t worth a response because “it’s only a turtle” I would never take my animal to such a heartless place. Luckily we found a vet with an actual heart that took this guy out of misery. You know leaving them along the road takes about four days for them to die an it’s a horrific death being eaten alive by flies. Would have taken them two seconds to end his pain after suffering 2 days. Sickens me.

I called and was able to get into an urgent care appointment within 30 minutes, it was a Friday afternoon and I didn’t want my boy in pain over the weekend. Sure there was a premium cost for the visit because it was urgent care but right on par with urgent care downtown, without the long wait and they were very transparent with the additional charge. We arrived and were greeted promptly and taken back. Our Ludwig was checked thoroughly, got X-rays and medications to help with his soft tissue injury. Dr. Young was excellent, provided options and took care of our boy! I’ve read people say it’s expensive, yes, pet ownership is expensive. You have to be prepared for more than food and wellness visits.I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Young was correct with her plan, Ludwig is not limping any longer.

Me and my wife had an emergency with our 7+ year old male Pitbull. We were kindly welcomed in, and our boy was taken back and examined to see why he was losing weight fast, won't eat and had bad diarrhea. We were told he had IBS and to watch is food...Well, turns out that is NOT the issue. He only got worst very quickly. We bring him in for a 2nd time and run even more test with the info we had going on with him. reading and googling we asked what if he has pancreatitis. Sure enough, he does. They gave us all the time that day to figure out our plan for the cost of the vet bill. sent us home with meds and prescription food. To say the least our boy THOR is doing amazing. good place. good people. vets are expensive. But your pet is more valuable.

Took my pup in because she was having seizures. They were so kind, got down on the floor with me to talk instead of talking above me, and cared so much for my pup however she needed it. I had no wait on a Saturday. So much better than spending hours at the ER. They were upfront about everything, including price, from the very start. They will be my regular very from now on.

We absolutely love MLVH! The docs and Techs are amazing with our whole animal squad! Our horses, dogs and cats are all treated here. Routine visits are a breeze to schedule and in the few emergency visits we have to make we were able to get in quickly and the bill didn't break the bank. We have been with MLVH for years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a fur baby.

I was pretty happy with my visit. The staff is very polite and cheerful. I left feeling as though everyone truly wanted to be sure your pet was taken care of. The facility is nice and everything is very clean. The reason they did not get 5 stars is because I felt their prices were high for the community they reside in. They were willing to discuss ways to keep my costs down but being a low income senior it makes me wonder if I can continue to afford the cost for owning a dog.

Beautiful facility. Kind staff. My dog feels very comfortable here. I really like that I can pay in the room after an appointment versus paying at the front desk because I have a dog-reactive dog. So being able to cut out the stress of waiting to pay with another dog in the lobby has been a God sent for me and my dog.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My dog has dog aggression and they allow us to pull up to the back and they help facilitate us to bring our dog in so that he doesn’t have contact with any other pets. Very courteous and professional staff!

We have had a great experience at Medical Lake Veterinary Hospital. Love the care that Dr. Wehr has given our three dogs. The administrative help is outstanding and the ladies working out front were always kind, patient, and ready to be of service. They remember every dog and what kind of food and medicine they are on. A brand new office that is clean and accessible. A great place to take your pets!

The best Veterinary ever !!Zeek our English mastiff is a difficult patient mildly put. They know exactly how to deal with him weather it's from the car ( he wouldn't go in building) to large rooms for care.They show love and compassion also knowledge and reason that is undeniably the best ever !!!
