This review is specific to ACE Sushi inside Yoke's on Market.The Sushi Chef was kind and helpful, I was looking for an Alaskan roll when he asked if I needed help. And he jumped up to see if they had any prepared in fridge, since he didn't see any he stopped what he was doing and made me a roll to my liking. I loved it!

I shop here Wednesdays! I have a meeting in Mead every Weds. At 6:30 PM so I utilize this location and I have had the pleasure of meeting some supper cool employees. I go early so that I can have tea and chicken in the deli dine in, before my meeting! It's my most precious time here at yokes. Most of their locations are nice, but nobody is perfect.

Always clean and organized. Produce is usually top notch, and prices are competitive and sometimes better than the larger grocery chains, esp when sales are on. Employees are friendly and quick to help.

Twice purchased fruit that was old and spoiled inside. Had to throw away. Vegetables on display were sometimes old as well. Will continue to shop there for convenience sake but never for produce.

Yokes has some of the nicest staff! Everyone that works their is so kind and helpful. Food always tastes better here & I appreciate how the store is so organized and clean. They also have a cute coffee bar inside that serves Cravens coffee- delicious!! Definitely our favorite grocery store in Spokane. Thank you for making this community a better place.The only thing I would recommend is a self checkout lane for people with only a few items that need to run in real quick.

It was close to family and convenient. Produce was fresh. I like kosher items, alas, this is North Spokane/Mead-- not many of my kind right there on that corner, so we make do, they had a nice everyday selection of common groceries & fairly large natural foods selection-- A+ for kind staff. ☺️

I was a little upset that I couldn't find my pear gorgonzola salad in the produce area, but the store was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Nothing remarkable about this store. I shop there some because I live near by. Ive seen mold on shelves in the meat department, odors you should not smell in a grocery store. Nothing ever looks fresh in the deli. The last straw for me was when I went just to buy some fried chicken and the kid at the deli told me he can't sell me 8 pcs, I quot " it's not allowed" Done!

I love this grocery store because it’s convenience to the meat area. Many times I am driving out of town and have last minute grocery needs and yoke is always there ready to satisfy my needs.

Clean Store, Good selection. Great Produce. Unfortunately I am updating this review as Yokes decided to stop carrying Terry's Milk brand which was flat out the best tasting Milk in Spokane. Now, my decision to stop by has stopped. (They do carry Raw milk in the organic section but it's 12.00 a gallon) Also, Prices are high compared to Winco, Walmart but on par with smaller local stores. Yokes carries Hurford Meat and that makes a hugh difference in quality but once again $$. Has a ok Deli. Yokes is great for the quick pickup and go but NOT for the bi-weekly stock up. I used to visit at 3 times a week due to accessibility and just need something quickly, or I am out of. I consistently struggle with check out. Busy hours you will be waiting for 10+ minutes at times. Yokes needs an overhaul on pricing strategy and hire more checkers during busier hours..October -2023 update. No changes to check-out. Always waiting to check-out. Lines are long especially during afternoon to evening hours. Yokes needs to get on the ball and hire checkers or have a couple self check outs like most stores. Yokes, get back to carrying Terry's Milk Brand!! Others have noticed too.

It is convenient on my way home to Chattaroy or a 20 min drive from home as the closest grocery store but can be a bit expensive. Also wish it was a bigger store with kore selection, It is kind of small compared to other Yokes.
