They are the best! I will never go to another vet! Dr. Wood she did a great job with all my dogs. I have 4 dogs and she has help me thru everything with them. The staff is Friendly and great customer service. They are not very expensive like other veterinarian places. She just recently took care of my beau beau and his infection!

This place is wonderful. A lot of people saying they charge more. They may charge more but its because they care and are actually running tests and exams to determine best course of action for your babies. The staff, especially Krista is amazing. They truly care and go above and beyond. Dr. Wood thank you for giving up the rest of your Saturday to look at our dogter. Thank you for staying and performing a procedure she desperately needed, instead of making her suffer through the weekend. We were using a vet that was closer, but not anymore. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to take our baby to people who truly care and gave up their days to take care of her. Thank you. We know you all care and it is evident in each time you have seen our baby. Again I cannot say enough wonderful praise about this veterinary clinic and the staff. Truly amazing individuals and the best care, ever hands down. You helped this dog mom and dad have peace of mind this weekend. Everyone should bring their pets to you, they will not be sorry.

Thank you for the follow up call after our visit to PEC. She was treated well at PEC, but she was misdiagnosed. You promptly made room for her, reassessed and determined Jersey’s situation was much worse than the initial diagnosis. Thank you for providing us with all of our options and giving us time to make decisions. This has been a heart breaking time for our family, and your genuine concern and support has been comforting. I was extremely nervous about my puppy having cherry eye surgery, especially so close to losing my 18.5 year old Doxle. But he came out of surgery just fine and well taken care of. His eye is looking so much better and I am so thankful that Dr. Hoover was available to look at his eye after we had taken him home. Thank you so much!

Our family loves our Dog as a member of our family. We have been so happy with the care he has received at Mt. Spokane Veterinary Hospital. We always feel welcome to call with questions and get a fast response. The Doctors have always taken extra care to ensure the very best care for our dog. The staff loves him and when we leave him in their care we feel confident that he is in good hands and well cared for.

This office is horrible. We scheduled an appointment to get my dog a scope. Everything was taken care of. I get a call from the Dr saying it's impossible for him to have something stuck in his nose because he has snot coming from both sides. We felt unheard and disrespected. I called around and got my dog in to another vet. He had the scope done a day later. He had massive amounts of tall grass and pine cones in his nose. We also found out that he has severe rhinitis. The Dr gave him steroids. We were told that this vet made an error in scheduling along with many communication errors. We drove an hr out of our way. Someone could have called us before the appointment. Instead, we caused anxiety for my dog. Took him all day to relax. I do not recommend this vet at all.In response to your post in regards to my review. How do you know if I cursed at other clinics? Did you call every clinic and ask if they have heard of me? That's where you are caught in a very big lie. You were the 1st vet I called after the Vet Hospital told me to call around. After your Dr said there's no way that something csb be lodged in his nose, she said she didn't want to do the scope. My father and husband was present for this conversation. And when we picked him up you pulled us into a room. You were very disrespectful. My father called you out on that. So how about you stop telling false truths. I don't have any issues with my other vet. You are making your look like a stalker. Your Dr turned us down for a scope. You made my family feel unheard. Shame on you. Your lies will catch up to you.

I am so upset. I had an apt Monday for my frenchies and was told that since we didnt do progestrone testing in the begining that it can be hard to schedule the c section (which i understand that part) and she told me signs to look for like nesting, loss of appetite, contractions , and also to check temp. She told me once she goes into labor then we could start c section for sure. So I brought my frenchie in her temp had dropped, she wasn't eating for a day and a half, she was having contractions, and pushing in the car. They said she wasnt having contractions but also said she was fully dialted. (Confusing) Im not sure how she could be fully dialted without having contractions. They said we should do ultrasound and charged us $220 and sent us home bc since she was a few days early they didnt feel comfortable doing c Section. So we are on way home my daughter says she is pushing again but i assumed she isnt bc the drs said she wasnt ready. So on way home ( we live 25 min away ) she starting pushing more and tried to deliver but the puppy got stuck and died. I was so upset. They could have at least kept her a few hours and kept and eye on her. Especially since she was fully dialated. She was clearly in labor since she started having a baby 30 min after we left. I don’t recommend them for frenchie care. We took our other girl to Deer Park Vet and they were amazing and cheapier and have emergemcy after care as wellr.

They took my cat same day during an emergency. I was expecting to spend a lot for my cat's treatment due to the quick response, but was pleasantly surprised. They took great care of him and didn't rob me blind. I will drive the 30 minutes every time to see these awesome people.

My wife Literally brought my Frenchie into for a c-section because she was pushing and contracting, the dr said she wasn’t in active labor even know we believed she was they sent us home and within 30 minutes I lost a puppy because she pushed a baby and got stuck in the birth canal!! I’m so pissed they obviously don’t even know how tell how if a dog is in labor don’t take your dog here!! Literally my wife told them she’s in labor and they told us, no not yet!! Unbelievable!!! Wish I could put a zero star!!!

Mt Spokane Vet Hospital has been working with our horses for several years. Very professional and caring. My horses foundered and they were able to help us find a new farrier and turn around their hoof health. Highly recommend them.

They false advertise on there website for services they do not have. First you pay them for an appointment then they give you a referral. Paying them wouldn't be a problem if they actually provide the service they advertise.

I have never been so impressed by a veterinary hospital! First off, the overall atmosphere was serene, homey and friendly. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. Unlike other places, I never felt like a "number" but instead more like an old friend. The Dr. listened to my concerns, quickly evaluated the situation and was able to give me viable options for both the immediate and future care for my dog. All of this and more in my first visit to this incredible veterinary hospital. I very much look forward to working with Mt. Spokane Veterinary Hospital for the care of all my furry friends in the future! I highly recommend this establishment!

I have tried other vets around my area and they all suck. They have done harm to my animals which caused me to spend more money on their mistakes. When I called around looking for a new vet, as the one I had, I had to travel 1 hour to just get there, this clinic answered all my questions, even offered for me to come meet the staff and to look at the clinic. NO OTHER VET OFFICE OFFERED THAT TO ME! I went, met the staff, and let my animals meet them too. They are excited and happy to see everyone who works there. They take care of the animals like they are theirs too. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I would recommend everyone to call, and go see them. They are by far the best vet clinic I have ever been too.

My birds have received the best care possible at Mt. Spokane. I called so many places before I found them. Most vets don't take chickens. In fact one receptionist laughed at me when I asked. Hey, chickens are people too! Everyone at Mt. Spokane was very caring and compassionate. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me. I want to thank everyone on the staff for being so kind to me and Butterscotch.

I love this veterinary office. I have been using it for the last two years with two dogs and the service has been incredible. Appointments are always within a reasonable time frame and all possible emergency issues have been handled within hours. I have a husky who has had to have sudden surgery a week ago. I noticed today that his staples looked inflamed. From the time I called them it took less than 30 minutes for them to have us come in, take a look, (let me know I was being a little dramatic and everything was fine) and charged us nothing for the hassle of assuring a worried dog momma her puppy was fine. If it's within my power I have no intentions of using any other veterinary clinic while I live in this area.

What is not to LOVE about Mt.Spokane Veterinary Hospital.. we have trusted our amazing Italian Mastini and French Bulldogs w/ the staff at Mt. Spokane for many years now.. The only thing to surpass the quality of care this establishment provides for our beloved companions, is their diligent, caring team of Doctors, Techs, Assistants & Receptionists..We love you guys..!!
