Nice people, loaded quickly, However, loader either doesn't know how to load legal, or doesn't care. We were loaded past the trailer mark in the trailer, which made us heavy in the rear. Asked if we could scale the load. Conveniently, the scales weren't opperational. We were told the load should be legal, by the loader. No! We were 3500lbs over. Yep $300.00 dollar overweight ticket. Contacted company they said driver should have told them how to load the trailer....not a good sign. Won't ever load there again.

Scheduled for 12:30pm loading. Left their warehouse at 7pm. Was supposed to be loaded 40,000 lbs, was loaded 45,000lbs. Boss and workers don't seem to care. Was late for delivery and now have to wait until tomorrow morning to be unloaded. Very unprofessional work
