Best experience ever! Our teen daughter absolutely loved feeding the animals! Friendly, helpful staff 💜 and super informative. You can actually tell that they love these animals. Will definitely stop by here again if we're traveling through!

The staff here are fantastic! They really know and care about the animals. Without this facility, these animals might not be here. They are all rescues. Some were intended for zoos and for whatever reason, didn't make their destination and needed a home or animals rescued from owners who thought a wild animal would make a good pet. Others were used in photo-ops until they weren't deemed cute anymore. Lastly, there were those animals who needed a home because of interactions with humans necessitated them needing to be in captivity.By visiting this place, you help pay for their upkeep and help fund the newer, larger, hopefully, more natural space they are trying to create for these animals who deserve much more nature and room to rest. The cages are small, so in that regard I don't love the place but it beats them being euthanized. I'm thankful this place exists and hope they can fund and run the larger enclosures these animals deserve, which is why I visited this place in the first place. My kid brought some of their own money for a donation and I paid for two feedings. We fed the raccoon, which is adorable and I fed the bear, which was amazing.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE place to visit!!! I LOVE tigers, wolves, foxes, etc, so Cat Tales is a dream come true! I went on a beautiful cold February day, and all of the animals were active. The ladies there were all wonderful and informative and I learned quite a bit from them. The tigers are the main attraction, and oh my gosh they're so majestic! I did all three feeding experiences; Tigger, one of the bears, four foxes and the raccoon. It was so worth it! This is a must-see for anyone who loves animals. I just wish it were closer to CdA 😅.

What a treat! A great way to spend an afternoon with family. Visitors will get a much more intimate experience than if they visited a full-fledged zoo - and for a fraction of the price. Caretakers are full of information about not only the various species who live here, but have great stories to share about each individual animal. There is more to see here than only cats - bears, foxes, and a sassy raccoon also call Cat Tales home.Small children will have a great time here, but be prepared: the sanctuary is a no-running zone.

Went to this place while visiting family we truly thought this place was going to be a fun time unfortunately this was not the case. When we walked in we were hit with Instant disgust and sadness. The animals where all in small cages Pacing back and forth and making stress sounds. They had " wolf dogs " that are more dog than wolf locked up in solitary confinement these poor animals may have once lived as side show attractions but this some how feels worse. I hate to say it but Joe Exotic (the tiger king) at lest gave his tigers more room to run and knew they needed Companionship I'm sure most the staff do care about these animals and truly have good intentions but the owner should be ashamed of how this place is and the conditions the animals live in I would strongly recommend not going here and to donate your time and money to a real organization that is reputable and truly helps animals. This place may advertise as this but I believe this to be a scam

Absolutely fantastic place--I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. Not only do they have a great variety of big cats and other animals, but the rescue and conservation work they do is inspirational. It's so cool to see the animals get the respect they deserve, especially after so many of them grew up as pets or props. This is a must-visit for any animal-lover.

Had a fantastic time learning on our guided homeschool group tour! We enjoyed the beautiful creatures. From the tigers lounging in the sun to the foxes begging for treats.

What an awesome experience. The wildlife is amazing and up close. I was most impressed by how friendly the staff were though, the woman in the tiger hat gave us an informational tour and was super nice. You don’t get customer experience like that anymore and you can tell she loves her job. Will come again and refer family and friends.

I had the best time here today. It’s so clear everyone loves the cats (and others!) so much. I got to feed here white tiger. We had little chuff talks with the other tigers. I loved watching the foxes slide across the snow after food time. Very cool spot.

Hubby and I went here to feed the bears and tigers. We were not disappointed in the slightest. The employee who assisted us was full of knowledge and didn't mind repeating herself 100 times for everyone feeding. All the employees were nice and friendly. You are close to the animals but still safe. If we were ever back in spokane we would visit again.

Not bad, Zoo is small. Thought we'd be getting a tour. The cages are very small and you kinda feel sorry for the animals. The "gift shop" is set up outside in the green building and it's not run efficiently. Masks are required unless you're away from the animals.

I think the cat tales zoological Park is doing wonderful things for these animals, that could otherwise be just thrown away. The level of care and love that they have for these animals is wonderful. I would definitely recommend going and seeing and learning about these animals, and their rehabilitation center. You're able to do a guided tour, or a self-guided tour. There are stages set up where you can safely feed the animals, and a super cute gift shop to look around in. I will definitely be back with family.

Our group of 5 (adults and children) walked out in disgust after a few minutes. This was worse than an old zoo. This place had caged a racoon solely to exhibit it. They had bears and wildcats that had been trapped and brought in so people could stare and taunt them. These animals were not cared for, they had limited space, nothing but wire walls, no 'toys', no enrichments. I cry when I think of it.

This place made me cry it's awful. The animals are completely depressed and anyone with a heart can see and feel this. Not to mention if you have any animal knowledge you can tell they are stressed snd unhappy. I truly don't understand how people can enjoy this place unless they're very out of tune. I don't understand how it's allowed to even exist. I support zoos and these kind of places even though I don't like it because I understand they need to exist and they can be happy places but honestly these animals are miserable. They need a complete over-hall of spaces for the animals with beauty and shelter and calm quiet places for them to hide, like wild animals need to feel safe.

Very mixed feeling coming to this park. Never have I been physically so close to so many different type of tigers! While I understand a lot of them are rescues, the place just seems small to them.Looks like the lack of funding results in more confined spaces and cage instead of glasses. Hope there will be more improvement soon.
