They are a really great repair shop overall ( customer service is great friendly & helpful ,repairs are very good & they keep you informed along the way. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my car wasn't completely cleaned inside as it had been in the past.

Stay away from this place. My mom hit a deer with her 2018 accord v6. Beautiful car. These guys fixed it, but the paint peeled and bubbled horribly. They absolutely refused to do anything about it. They said something got on it to make that happen, but it was even bubbling in hidden areas not exposed to the outside. This was obviously some kind of contamination issue on their side and instead of making it right they tried to blame my mom.

This place is awesome. They kept me informed about my vehicle every week. Repair was completed way earlier than the promised date. Customer service was immaculate. This is the third time i used them and not once got disappointed. I recommend everyone to try this place out.

Absolutely hands down top customer service. Bambi’s mom decided to meet my car and we both lost that day. The whole front and both sides of my Mini Cooper was damaged. It took forever for parts to come in; not their fault, but they were super quick to put the car together once everything was there.As we picked up the car, my wife stated wow it looks new. I brought my car in to Caliber Collision in McKenna this morning 11/2/23 and received exceptional service as soon as I walked in the door. The girl at the front desk was lovely, super sweet, nice and attentive, helpful. I went in to have my back wiper arm and blade fixed being broken from a car wash. They went above and beyond. I was quoted over the phone that it could take about an hour to an hour and a half, Well It took one gentleman about 20 mins to fix, I also had an issue with my front wiper blade, I asked about it and they fixed it with no problem and at no extra cost. The online quote I got from then definitely seemed reasonable for the repair, and in the end it ended up costing me less then the quote i got which was great. After unexpected damage to my car, Caliber Collision took the reigns and made a very unpleasant situation easy and stress free! Angelica was amazing! She explained everything clearly, arranged for a rental car for us, and collaborated with our insurance so all we had to do was drop off our car and pick it up again. The repairs were completed earlier than estimated and perfectly executed!! My car looks like it did when it was new. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience!
