As a customer and former associate of Home Depot, the staff as a whole outside of management are usually very friendly, and the store is usually well stocked thanks to its skilled freight team. While the store might not have everything, it is usually consistent with being able to help costumers find what they need. The big downside to the store is its contracting services, which may have to come back to your house several times due to their own mistakes, however this is the services the store employs rather than the store itself.

Put in a reservation for a tool rental got an email saying it’s ready for pickup and I had until 3pm and minutes later I get an email about it being canceled and also was on hold for 20 plus mins and didn’t get anywhere with anyone. Why would you list you have tool for rent but than cancel my order and why is it people have to be on hold for more than 20 minutes. Very unhappy with the service here and will be taking my business somewhere else that will appreciate my money.

Lousy customer service especially in the customer service department. Employees will chit chat while customers stand and wait. Employees will answer the phone right in the middle of a transaction while customers stand and wait. The Pro desk isn't any better. I'm a pro so I asked a Pro desk employee who wasn't doing anything to ring me out and she directed me to the cashier who was very busy. While I stood and waited for the cashier the Pro Desk employee stood and waited for something to do.

It's a pretty decent Home Depot. A cut above other H.D.s. They actually seem to care about having knowledgeable, friendly staff working there. It's pretty rare to find one this good. Kudos for management

Home Depot is a great store, I always shop at. However, when it comes to custom orders, their pro desk doesn’t do a good job ordering the right order and then just blame it on the customer. I’ll keep shopping there, probably not the Tulalip location but will never do any custom orders with them again

I'm an older woman. I needed plumbing supplies. I went to the plumbing isle and there was a young girl, I thought oh no. Stella was amazing. She knew what everything was and where it was. Lesson learned, don't stereotype!!

Home Depot is in the business to make money, period. Its not your home hardware store where you can buy a nail, or a screw, but if they did offer such it would be at least $1.93 because thay was the lowest price i saw of anything at the “post covid home depot”. I also sought out expert advice & the store veteran was spot on. Because of him i have upgraded to 3 stars from 2, originally. Everything is so dang expensive there, i mean… “more expensive than Lowes” & less variety on knobs & handles which i shopped the day before so prices were fresh in my mind. I suggest going to Walmart for paint. Home Depot price for a PINT: $25 i about pooped, but bought anyways. Today atWaltons family business it was $6.96 & i felt real stupid. If you want to save money during these so-called “free market economy ripoff times” shop online for prices before you plop $25 for 2cups of paint. I have a hard time believing Walmart can sell a pint at $7 but home D or Lowes charges $25/pint. But when home prices these days being almost a million where i am from, i guess HD is cashing i. Because they sell to construction crews not mom & dad. $40 for a plastic coated 4-step ladder or $10 a step. Good grief home deport

Then I met Ross and Ian, associates at this Home Depot location. Every customer should experience their support service and every team leader should have them on their team. All in passionately assisting.

Your store was as mean and rotten as humanly possible to my wife , especially on Valentine’s Day. Your Employees (two) were very short rude and extremely unhelpful. Then you selection (when she finally found the heating registers she needed) was extremely limited and cheap a lot was plastic the remaining was really bad looking.I get some of the that, but your rude jerks on the fork lift had to yell at her on to occasions two separate isles as she received zero help finding anything! You were not even busy!I was stuck at home working with our contractors on a complicated project!

Terrible service. Not staff available to help you find things or to help with carrying heavy items. Went in to buy gravel for landscaping project and walked around for 20 minutes trying to find an associate who could help. When I did finally find someone they walked away to help another employee stack microwaves on shelf. Go to Lowe’s!

I can carry my own Romex to the register. I understand locking it up due to thievery, but don’t treat every customer like they’re a low life tweaker.

This goes for pretty much all Home Depots now. I seem to have more and more trouble finding basic home repair items. But, what kind of home improvement/hardware store doesn't stock basic plumbing supplies? The plumbing section is so disorganized, and they don't carry cleanout fittings and plugs for sewer/drainage pipe, and heaven forbid you need 3-inch sewer/drain pipe it will be impossible to find. Utter entropy, and the employees did try to help after I asked but were ultimately unsuccessful.

My recent experience at The Home Depot left me feeling a bit frustrated and underwhelmed. While the store boasts an extensive range of products for DIY projects, the expertise and knowledge of the employees were disappointingly lacking. One particular instance highlighted this issue clearly. I approached an employee with a specific question about a gas fitting, expecting to receive accurate guidance. However, their response took me by surprise – they directed me to the garden department. It was a perplexing moment, highlighting the gap between customer queries and employee understanding. While The Home Depot prides itself on being a hub for all things home improvement, the lack of knowledgeable staff can be a significant hindrance. For those seeking expert advice or guidance on complex projects, encountering employees who seem unaware of the products and their applications can be discouraging. While the store's wide variety of products is a strong point, it's essential to approach your visit with the awareness that you might need to rely on your own research or seek advice from other sources. While not all employees may lack knowledge, it's advisable to be prepared to navigate the aisles and products with a degree of self-sufficiency.In summary, The Home Depot offers an extensive selection of home improvement products, but the lack of informed and knowledgeable staff can be a drawback for those seeking expert guidance. Being prepared to do your own research or consult other sources is a wise approach when shopping at this store.

We are loyal customers of Home, Depot, Marysville, since we have friends in management. Recently, I placed a sizable lumber order at the pro desk. Conservatively speaking, there were a number of issues and setbacks with the level of service and quality of product. I called the store and spoke to a member of the management team, who was able to fully rectify my concerns. She was able to feel the phone call well and asked all the right information to provide the feedback to her team. Before that call, I was not going to return to the Marysville location, but after connecting, my faith has been restored, and I will continue to return as a repeat customer. To any customer experiencing challenges at this location, I encourage you to contact management, and give this location another try. Thank you staff

This is by far the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Cannot get up and down isles, if it’s locked in a cage good luck getting someone to help you! Spent 35 minutes waiting, asked for the manager, I know I pulled a Karen, but they never came. An associate came and said they would take $50.00 off my purchase, but I declined said I just wanted them to understand how much of a pain it is having zero service and asking multiple people for help and not receiving it! Avoid this place at all costs!!

Home Depot is a big ol' store with all the brands you don't want and lumber so twisted it'll make you dizzy. It doesn't matter which HD you go to, your plywood is gonna be wavy gravy and your fence posts will be splitting faster than my father did when I was born. This specific Home Depot seems to be nicer than some of the other locations I've gone to. I probably end up here 1-5 times a day no less than 4 days out of the week for work, so it's nice that my boys over in pro services are so helpful.

This place sucks, takes forever to get any sort of help and made me return the entire door assembly over 2 broken clips instead of just selling me extra clips, totally inconvenienced my day.

Self kiosk check was quick and easy. I liked separate scan device to check things in the cart when they are heavy. Color paint match to item i had was great. Always friendly service.

Try asking help from any of the employees, they will not help you locate what your looking for. Ask for someone to unlock a case to get a tool, you will wait for over an hr if you dont bug them to get someone! Overall just poor customer service. They would rather sit an talk to eachother than help a customer out.P.s. i been waiting for 35 minutes just to get a drill battery.. and i ask every employee that walks by and they just say they will get someone

On the early morning of October 4th, I had just purchased a small freezer at the self checkout. As I was leaving, I heard and noticed an elderly woman moving slowly, looking at the checkout counter confused. She then mentioned to the gentleman standing ready, that she did not know how to negotiate the self check out. The gentleman standing ready jumped into action and went thru the steps answering questions and explaining procedures. I would like to commend this gentleman. This is what it’s all about.

This is my local Home Depot. I do really like the staff here. The location is great and they have a wonderful selection. Do know that this is a very busy location and depending on the time that you are visiting parking may be limited and it may be difficult to navigate within the building due to high numbers of people.

Do NOT work here, and do NOT shop here! As a former employee of store 4726, I discourage everyone from coming to this store. The management is insensitive and cares little for their employee's medical and mental ailments. The training is ineffective, so new workers have no idea what to do, then management complains that work isn't getting done. Specifically, avoid Jeremy and Melissa AT ALL COSTS!!! They are not leaders, but managers in title only. The store is always a mess! Employees leave empty energy drink cans in the aisles and scatter like roaches when customers are present. For your shopping convenience, visit literally any other Home Depot.

I just love shopping here for most my DIY projects. I also think it’s awesome that they will cut your wood for u if u ask. I especially love their discounted wood piles they have when I just need a odds and ends. Prices seem pretty reasonable on their products too. And the staff has always been polite and willing to answer questions and offer assistance. But don’t take my word for it, go check it out for yourself. I think ur gonna like it.
