I used to love Target but the Smokey Point one every single time has the longest lines I've ever seen, stalls out of toilet paper, no toilet seat covers and horrible customer service. As a result I've been going to Walmart instead. They might as well just shut this one down if they can't get it together so people don't have to wait in line 15 minutes or so at all hours of the day and night. There's been other times where the cash registers aren't working and they would have to bring in a manager and I have to spend another 15 minutes for them to check me out. Simply not worth the hassle.

This is a larger Target than the ones in Bellingham and Burlington. Parking is plentiful, and the store is really clean and well-stocked! They have almost no automotive supplies, though, so we had to go elsewhere to pick up squirts.

I usually go to the Lake Steven’s target but I decided to go to this one because it was closer. I needed some make up I’m out of that I always get from target, I’ve actually only seen this brand at target it’s called “well people” not only did they have none of this brand at this target, their make up isle looks like they haven’t stocked it in a year. I’ve never seen a target make up isle as empty as this one. I used my one day off to go here to get a couple products I need & left with nothing. Keep your products stocked. Won’t be visiting this target again.

Worst visit, worst customer service. Sat waiting at self checkout since there are no actual humans around to get a security tag off of a pair of leggings. I ended up walking out after my daughter attempted to get help and the gentleman ignored her.

Absolutely ridiculous! 1 check stand open, rest is self checkout. Line is 20 people deep.Only reason I went there is to get gift card for my 3 year old niece. They love Target in TX.I HATE TARGET FOR THIER LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Store is easy to navigate and things are generally in pretty good condition. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is due to a few areas that I noticed where display items were mildly damaged in the electronics department. But other than that this is a nice place to do some shopping.

Your self check outs don't have split tender options. It was so embarrassing when I couldn't get my items cuz I couldn't charge the last 6 bucks to my other card.Walmart has split tender self check out, I didn't see why you wouldn't

Try to avoid this location at all costs. It's disgusting. It's unkept, not stocked, poor customer service, and the list goes on. The fitting rooms literally smelled like human feces and in other areas of the store as well - The employee's response to several of the customers complaints was "yea I know. It's not my problem, I'm clocking out". And to top it all off there are a lot of creeps and tweakers wandering, inside and outside of the store. Worst experience.

This Smokey Point Target is so gross. Everything is scattered everywhere nothing is faced or straight edged. No employees spoke to me. Im a Target fan but will never come back to this location. I worked retail in high school even on black friday we never had a store look like this. Smh...

I went to get a backpack and let me just say they treat us like thifes they had the bags locked up and we had to walk though the whole store to get someone to unlock the bags and then she took the bag from us intill we checked out.

I love this Target. Better selection than Bellingham. We stop here all the time on our way down to the outlet mall or Bellevue or wherever we're going down south.

I love this Target, it's clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful , what I want is always in stock , it is just an all around pleasing experience to shop there! Thank you Target, you will always have a loyal customer in me ☺️

Seems a little silly to have a sign posted saying that the self-checkout is for 10 items or fewer YET you only have one check stand open. Currently looking at 30+ people in line. Open more check stands. This is ridiculous.

This store is always organized and has an excellent variety of products from clothes to groceries. The prices are a bit higher at Target but I enjoy going because the items are quality and unique. They have a great card selection and also kids clothing is adorable.

Love Targets conveince BUT this one has a major freight problem. The past 6+ months have been the worst. You can't shop many departments due to unwrapped pallets sitting on the sales floor. Have talked to management multiple times. Called customer service and and they don't seem to care. There are areas that are death traps if you accidentally bump in to a pallet. They also leave their cold perishable food out on the floor with no one working that pallets.

Do NOT go to this store if you want to price match anything. The store manager and her employees told me I should not be shopping at Target if we want to price match anything. The manager said this store is only for people who can pay the full price. I had a cart full of toys and I walked out with nothing after she said that. She should really be fired or written up for treating people like that. I am not spending another dollar at this store solely because of her.

Target doesn't get the idea behind handicap parking! Everything my wife has to fight her way through shopping carts left haphazardly on side walk in front of handicap spaces!

I Love to stroll through target, they have wide Iles, an I don't feel pressured to hurry, everything is not cunched together. An it makes me calmer, especially when I'm in a hurry. It slows me down. An they seem to have a bit of everything.

I’m so tired of the lack of customer service at Target and elsewhere. This time I purchased a bra and went through customer self-check because there were no checkout people. I got home to find a red security tag on the item that can’t be pulled off unless I make the trip back - gas…time. Lots of time. And, obviously it didn’t work. Why oh why don’t I bypass retail altogether and go to on-line shopping. Who has time to deal with this?

The customer service is great! It's nice to shop for make up and be able to see everything and not have to look through glass or be supervised. I spent over $50 in beauty and got a gift card, the cashier with long dark hair by self check out filled me in on Target circle and watching deal on the app, she was so sweet and friendly. I'm buying all my make up and beauty needs at Target from now on. Thank you for trusting your customers and for great customer service!!

I Love target but this morning I went there and in 3 different locations there were employees in Garden, near health and beauty and laundry area complaining about other employees management and how they're not getting treated right. It was kind of weird shopping next to them and they're getting into the descriptions of what people look like and saying How management was treating them unfairly and naming their managers. How their schedules are unfair, Quoting the argument between them and their managers. Talking bad about the environment and target. It didn't affect how much I like target but Maybe management can just talk to their employees about what they talk about out loud in front of other customers. I mean I was literally two feet from these workers and they just didn't care. The two people in garden that were talking they just kept pretending to have a lookout to make sure a certain manager wasn't going to walk by and see them. Then they would continue talking and then they saw the manager and they quickly split up. And said okay I'll talk to you later. LoL. Anyways if anyone from target reads this maybe they should have their employees save their gossip for lunch time or somewhere that's not in the middle of the store Putting people down and describing employees and management and how they do their job Uneffectively. I'm not gonna name names on here but I heard enough. Just a thought!!!Thanks

Yet again the WORST experience I have ever had at a target WASTED my time when I was trying to get a new target red card. They told me to try online because they were not able to find a valid application all of them were expired.... and after they finally found one. It had another issue. And I wasn't even offered any type of help just a sorry I need to get to the next thing. If I didn't need the items I was buying I would have looked else wear.... will definitely just shop on AMAZON from now on. Not coming back here to support you

The Smokey Point/ Twin Lakes Target location is one of the cleanest and most well stocked Targets in the general area. The employees are always happy to assist and have never disappointed.
