This is not T-Mobile! This is a scam office pretending to be T-Mobile! The person sold me a new IPhone and it came to about $400. Seemed mike a lot until my first monthly bill came and it doubled! No mention of this! I want the manager of this store to contact me as soon as possible! So many complaints in the reviews say the same thing! DO NOT GET SCAMMED AT THIS STORE!!!

As my experience, a Guy named DANBOY was not very nice. Actually it was not very nice at all.We, my family and I enter the store. He was helping other customer. Every time we visit a T-mobile store the representative (s), always welcome us, as the other customers as well. Even they are helping other customer, they take the time to welcome everybody, that's very nice of them. So, we enter the store and this guy, didn't say anything to us, not even a Hi!. He didn't even lookted at us. It was very awkward, I was just going to let go because he was busy but 15 min later a couple came in, as soon as they enter this DANBOY with a big smile just welcome them. He was very sweet and kind to them! I don't know what had happened because he was still helping the same customer! and he took time make them feel welcomed. I don't know what we did wrong! Probably he doesn't know what a customer service is, who knows! We are clients with T-Mobile for about 12 years. I hope this bad taste visit doesn't happen again. I would appreciate that! We deserve to be treated with kindness as well as all the other customers.

Don’t waste your time dealing with mobileone authorized dealer. Better customer service calling and dealing with whatever issue you’re having yourself. Or Costco is just across from the road with an authorized dealer inside. plus way more knowledgeable on how to do things. Much more friendly as well.

My phone is having major issues due to age so I stopped in to replace my phone 2 employees one was busy with 2 customers the other one ignored me as of I wasn't there so I walked out. I'll have to drive 30 miles to the next TMobile but not tonight. Highly disappointed with the rudeness of the employee

My phone broke and needed replacement. I had insurance on the phone but wasn't very thrilled to hear that there was still an $80 deductible to pay to get a replacement which they didn't have in stock so I would have to go online to take care of everything. I only have 4 months to go until I can get my free upgrade. The employees were quick to tell me to just go online to deal with the issue. Very personal less.

Earlier this week I had an unexpected and extremely unfortunate issue with my phone. It completely shut down. I went in and unfortunately, attempts to fix the phone were unsuccessful. The associate was able to get it on, but I was unable to use it for much more than calling/ text. I rely on several apps for my business which were not able to be downloaded. The associated processed an replacement, however I was told it would be up to 2 days to arrive! They were able to get my phone the next day. Another issue came up when we attempted to transfer all of my precious photos that were not backed up. The only way to get them over was to connect the phones manually and wait about 45 minutes to transfer all of the data. The three ladies working stayed well after closing to make sure that I was able to transfer everything. I cannot express how much I appreciate their assistance and patience. Trouble with your phone is never convenient, and it is usually impossible to get help in a timely manner. The staff at this store went above and beyond to get me up and running again fast, with my memories ❤

Went into the t-mobile here at smokey point and worked with Jake and Leon. These two guys provided exceptional service. My phone was having issues and they immediately took good care of me. Thanks guys!T-mobile should definitely give these guys a raise!

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS STORE! T-Mobile has been unsatisfactory in coverage & help. The employee's here are not friendly or helpful. They act entitled and make it seem like they are going out of their way to do the simplest of tasks. They make you feel less than. I put up with this treatment way too long. I've always gotten the worst service from the stores. Glad to be with a new carrier. Better coverage & better service.

I bought a set of Samsung Earbuds2 Pro from this location. Something went wrong with these earbuds, and, instead of taking a look at it, or even the suggestion of seeing what might be wrong, the only answer they gave me was, "Just send it in!" Awesome! Like I had never thought of that. I'm still paying these things off, and they could've simply swapped them and given me a new pair. I'll never buy anything from this store, or T-Mobile again. As soon as my contract expires, I'm switching carriers.

After having an awful experience at a nearby T-Mobile, I came here to try to buy a new phone. I had zero issues at this location. They were busy, but attentive and very kind. Alyssa helped me and I was very impressed with her speed and professionalism. Thank you Alyssa!

I came in on Cyber Monday. The place was jam packed and I had a laundry list of questions before switching over all of my personal and business services to T- Mobile. People were mostly patiently waiting though some were starting to get a little vocal about the wait time. Edgar was extremely patient not only with all the customers waiting, but also with his staff who all seemed inexperienced and unsure. I ended up spending almost 2 hours in the store switching all of my accounts and Edgar was upbeat and personable the entire time and managed everything wonderfully. T-Mobile, give this man a raise, or at least a bonus.

I have the Samsung Fold3, which I love as a phone. Unfortunately the inside screen cracked, which is a well documented warranty issue.This t-mobile location refuses to honor the warranty, and wants me to pay $216 for an insurance claim.I will never use this location again

This review is specifically for Leon, at our local Smokey Point location, he is absolutely FABULOUS!!! We got our daughter a new phone in July and I don’t know what she did to mess up the account but her phone wouldn’t work without Wi-Fi, over a 3 month period we talked to multiple T-Mobile reps and could not get the situation remedied. We went to the Smokey Point store and Leon had it fixed in less than 20 minutes and he did it with no attitude, no ego and was just overall pleasant to deal with. I could not be happier with the experience we had with Leon!! I hope his manager sees this review, because this young man deserves to be praised for his service and maybe even given a raise! Thank you, Leon, you don’t even know how much I appreciate you!!!

This store will say ANYTHING to get a sale!!!! They told me iwatch was free with purchase of i14 . They LIED I am being charged and T-Mobile said they had no right to tell me that and I have to pay 299.00 . I had a iwatch on my arm at the time didn’t need a new one. This store will lie for a sale!!!!!

Do not use the T-Mobile Smokey Point. I got two T-Mobile Internet boxes for 2 different places (one of mine and one for my son) and we expressed our worries that the T-mobile internet might not work. The store representative told us that if we have open space and we can keep it as high as we can will work for sure ( if not as 5-G at least as 4-G LTE) and we should have no worries because we have 30 days to return it without charge. The equipment sucks and it did not work properly at all; all the time 2 lines maximum. We had them in the same location with the phones; the phone hotspot network was better than their T-mobile internet service. I took the boxes back to them in 3 weeks and the other store rep took them back but did not disconnect the service, even though I asked him about it twice. Now I'm charged for the "usage" because the free time to return the boxes is 14 days and not 30 days , as I was told. T-mobile is going to lose me as a customer, even though I have more than 10 years with them.

T-mobile has been garbage for over 12 years. Made the mistake to switch back from Verizon and I was quickly reminded about how poor their service is. I understand working at T-mobile is a high schoolers job. But at least try and have good customer service.On top of the lack of anything quality, they have no created a home internet system. Which... you guessed it! It's trash as well. No matter of the router sits on the front doorstep to the house, it still has 1 to 2 bars or signal. Constantly losing connection to all devices. I have had 2 quality phone calls out of 30. If you live anywhere near stanwood or Arlington just go to Verizon. What a disaster of a phone company this is.

I had to deal with an extremely difficult situation that took multiple hours and multiple over the phone representatives that caused me the worst customer service experience of my life, I’m still in shock on how unorganized and ignorant their phone representatives are. With that being said, Edgar (I believe that’s his name) is the store manager for this location and through a very busy rush his and his associate were dealing with, he helped me in every way he could with the phone rep, and stuck up for me on the phone with the rep in a stern, yet very professional way, because he didn’t appreciate how I was being treated. I was so angry at the store for hours dealing with the phone rep, but Edgar was really who got the job done in the end. Dealing with high volume and a short staff, dealing with these uneducated phone reps, all while keeping a kind, respectful demeanor. I don’t know how he does it. But whoever put him as store manager couldn’t have made a better choice, and he, as well as the associate he was working with are reason enough to go through t-mobile for your cellular/home internet needs. At the end of the day customer service is everything, and though I spent hours dealing with this extreme frustration with their phone representatives, I would still recommend T Mobile, if for their employees alone. Great job Edgar! I hope I got your name right!

I came in with two problems and they both solved them professionally and in an amazing timely manner! Absolutely love those two! 100000/10 will be recommending my friends to talk to those two at T-Mobile!!!

Came in today to get a new phone and add my husband to my plan. We left with two new phones and watches thanks to the great customer service. Gabe helped us and he was amazing. Very patient and knew all the answers to my questions. He made sure to take the time to get us completely set up and explained what he did as he did it. Everyone in this store has fantastic attitudes. The manager Hanson checked in with is every time he walked by. When we need new phones we will be back to this location. Best experience I have ever had getting a new phone.

After waiting over a half hour to talk to someone I was told that I could not be helped in person because a phone rep made a mistake. I was speaking to the store manager who apparently has no real power to help people. He offered to establish a new phone plan for me. That's great and super helpful. Then another employee tried to chime in and say it's fraud prevention... Right with the data breach that just happened I'm sure fraud prevention is top tier at this company. So my only option is to wait on hold with customer service for an hour (current wait time) because a supposed manager has no authority to fix an error made by tmobile. What a joke. I've been with tmobile since 2000. Maybe time to switch to a company that cares about customer service...

T-Mobile essentially stole our phones. We joined November of 2021 and were told a prepaid card would be sent to us with the amount for our phones once we sent them in. We never got it and are now in collection with AT&T. We’ve called 5 times over the last 11 months trying to resolve this and all they say is “sorry it’s your problem now.” So they got phones for essentially free and told us to pound sand and pay AT&T. They’re terrible.

NOT impressed. I've worked with this store 3 times now- when I set up my service, they were AWESOME. When I got my first bill about 2 weeks ago, it was $30 higher than we had agreed upon. Insurance and a "digit" was added to my plan even though we had a full conversation (in which the manager was involved and joking with me about actually) about how I was "brave" to not insure my phone. The manager was unapologetic and gave me an adjustment when I went back in about it, which I appreciate. When I called them today because it didn't appear for the credit to be on my bill, he was rude- I explained my situation and I told him I remembered seeing a charge with the $30 extra dollars but he insisted otherwise- when I re-checked my bank account, I apologized and told him he was right and I could have sworn I saw it clear the bank at the higher amount. I thanked him and apologized again and he said "you're welcome bye" and hung up on me. Not gonna lie- I have been VERY disappointed in the service from this store. I have since visited the Cascade Mall location in Burlington and will definitely go there for anything else in the future- especially if I'm going to buy anything. I don't want to give this store one more cent of my money in sales.

AVOID THIS STORE LOCATION!!TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT:My phone crashed and I purchased insurance on it so I took it in on 1/5/2022 approximately at 2pm. After a long wait, the manager didn't even look at my phone, he only inspected the screen and seen their was a very old scratch from working construction and even though i pay for insurance, he immediately handed me my phone back and said he can't do anything because it's cracked. Yes, it was a SCRATCH not a crack. I felt he just simply didn't want to do his job, he's only there for a paycheck. Bad attitude.. He made me want to switch carriers entirely. I took my business to the Marysville tmoble to see if they actually do their jobs and they do. They were extremely helpful. They even verified the scratch and said it's definitely NOT a crack but only a scratch. Avoid this location.
