The work was done in a timely, professional matter and they did a beyond amazing job. All of our neighbors are asking about our fence and we are amazed with the work. This company is AMAZING! After having multiple companies not return phone calls for quotes, and not showing up when they said they would we found Rock Solid Fence. We called and left a voicemail to set up a quote, and the call was returned within an hour. Branden came out and gave me a quote the next day, and gave me a quote on site. After we decided to move forward with the job they were very quick to get us scheduled. Dakota came out to install our fence and had it done in two days! The fence looks great, and we are very please with the quality of work. We are so happy we found Rock Solid Fence! Our old fence fell down in a bad windstorm. Rock Solid Fence was the only company to get back to us immediately for a quote. Branden even came out the same day to prepare the quote to replace our fence. Everyone was so professional during the job, and our new fence looks amazing! We constantly get compliments on how good it looks. A few months after they replaced our fence, they even came out to fix a few boards that were warping pretty badly. Branden replaced the cedar fence on the front and sides of our house and repaired, replaced, and relocated part of a chain link fence in the back. He helped us choose a design on the cedar fence that we liked and worked with us to fine-tune some of the details at installation time. We are very pleased with the look and function of the new fence. Communication and schedule were also spot-on.

I recently purchased a home and the fence went down in a storm. I cannot say enough good about this company ~ they immediately came out and gave a bid that was far less than what I expected and allowed me to not only replace the downed section, but they also installed new chain link fencing for me to fully enclose my yard - front and rear. Brandon is wonderful to work with and his crews are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. The work is quality and they are honest and hard working. I received the written estimate in less than 24 hours; the job was scheduled only a couple weeks out, and the installation took a couple days. Melissa at Rock Solid was fantastic to work with - her responses were always professional and prompt. Branden arrived early for our estimate appointment and accommodated our requests for estimates for a few different options. They were able to get us on the schedule in less than 2 weeks once we confirmed with them, even though it was shortly after a huge windstorm that left a lot of people getting fences repaired/rebuilt. They had our old fence torn down and hauled away and the entire new fence (almost 250 feet) built in two days! The crew was very professional and polite, and did an excellent job on the fence. They asked questions to make sure the gates were the right sizes and in the right places before they got started. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience. If you want a company who’s standard is above and beyond customer service, is honest, quotes fairly for high quality materials and excellent workmanship, Rock Solid is the only place to go. Our fence is gorgeous two years later. Brandon and team are kind, fun to work with, thoughtful, and excellent at what they do. When in the neighborhood to quote another house recently, Brandon protected my two year old extra wide gate from wind damage of his own initiative; just because he saw it blowing in the wind. Today, his team came out to install a fix for that gate, so that the next wind storm can be damage and worry free...no charge. It’s those little thoughtful things that make Rock Solid Fence so incredible. I’d go back to them as a first and only choice any chance I got.

We couldn’t be happier with our new chain link fence. Branden and his team were all so friendly and professional. They did the works so quickly and were able to even get it done ahead of schedule. We also wanted privacy slats for a section of the fence and the original ones did not give the effect we were looking for so Melissa in the office was able to work with us to special order some slats and they are exactly what we wanted. We also had a family member run into one of our poles leaving it fairly bent so when Branden was out to bring us our new slats he was able to get it back up darn near good as new. I tried a different fence company in the past and was really displeased with the professionalism and sloppiness of the work site (allaboutfence). However, Branden at Rock Solid Fence knows how to run a business and its my pleasure to leave this unsolicited review so others can find this gem of a company.My husband and I were in the market for a new wood fence to replace some very old dilapidated chainlink. I got quotes from several fencing companies in the area and ultimately chose Rock Solid Fence because they were the most communicative, flexible in working around our other projects, fairly priced, and to be honest, seeing this hardworking family man tote his kids to our house just so he could fit a free estimate into our schedule was astounding. He had no guarantees of work but went out of his way to make it happen. Not only that, but my neighbor also needed a quote for a project, walked over, and he did a quote for her too right on the spot.Once I did select them, the work ethic never faltered. He and his wife stayed communicative about scheduling, worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy with the work, and even when there as a hiccup in the form of a broken peegee hydrangea (which was disappointing but understandable seeing how invisible they are this time of year) they immediately made things right by replacing it. Did they have to do that? No, but not all businesses are this dedicated and passionate about customer satisfaction. A large section of my fence blew over during a high wind evevning a few weeks ago. I sent Rock Solid fence a Facebook message and pictures. They responded within a couple of hours, came out the next day, gave me a quote significantly less than any other company, and were out within 4 days to fix the fence.
