Great staff here. The pet trainer Mariah is absolutely incredible. I would not hesitate to pay the small fee again and again for her help in training my dog. The store welcomes us/others in anytime to use the space to work on training techniques. Love it! I like supporting local jobs as well

I am livid. What did they do to my dog… I simply asked for a teddy bear cut and this is how I picked her up.. I’ve never had an experience like this. My poor dog. We have a family photo shoot coming up and they completely made my dog look horrendous. They didn’t even consult me about shaving her entire face. Also left her ears scraggly and uneven. What’s up with her brows?! She looks like an old bald man. I just don’t recognize my dog! Their excuse is that she was so matted.. I’m sorry but she actually wasn’t and I always brush her! VALED EXCUSE for a quick mess up. Two other people who took their dogs in at this location had the same exact experience! Stay away and the person that cut my dog was TYLER. The team isn’t helpful at all and blame you for the situation. Never going back. Please learn from my experience. They won’t refund you or work with you.

Had my 2 dogs service and been charged for the service that wasn't been authorized. Terrible service @ grooming. Not all of them... My dog smells like they didn't give them a bath. My dogs wrinkles are all crusty and didn't even clean the ears. I got home and i have to clean it. And they tried to include the $27 tip?

I couldn't believe how rude the manager in fish department was to a family that came in to get one fish. Manager was rude. Over a gold fish she tells the lady and her grandson I'm the Manager and I don't have to sell you anything. The lady said the fish isn't going over night I just want that one gold fish Manager said you can go somewhere else.

Always a friendly and clean place to visit. I love that they price match their online prices so I always get slamming deals on items for my Guinea pigs and cats. They also have great phone service, my repeat order for my Guinea pig food got lost in the mail and they sent me some replacement kibble swiftly. Highly recommend.

Called they said they had dog harnesses that would fit a German shepherd. Drove there, And there wasn't a single large harness that was even close to his size.. had to get an xl and that was still to big. Almost all the harnesses seemed like they were for super small dogs with no large options. Very frustrating.

I gave only 3 stars based on having to find everything myself including assistance with the parakeets. My son picked out 2 and so far they both are very energetic and active! Found food and a few toys (went elsewhere for more). We had a great cage already. The girl that we were handed off to captured the 2 little guys he picked out,and off we went. They are quite young and in great health.Update: A year later. Our little guys are Girls and they have grown a bit and are healthy and happy.We are so happy with them,and are excited for the next year!!

They always are super friendly here and very helpful! The groomers are really awesome and take care of my dog everytime ! The employees take time to find you anything you need and are go way out of their way to do so. They always have so much in stock and prices are decent

The women who work the fish dont want to do their job, go in the back room and hide instead of helping other customers, and then after standing their for 10 mins, they wanted to not sell me the fish for my pond. This place is garbage, and i would NOT bring your animals here, they werent even able to give my dog a hair cut 😂

I will never be going back to PetSmart for grooming here again. Tori was the groomer and she was so rude and pushy. She then left this note in the paper she handed me. I left feeling like a bad pet owner for having a super curly poodle hair with mild matting. She then proceeded to tell me after the visit that “I went way to long with our having him professionally groomed and it needs to be done sooner next time”. If you want your pet’s groomed and but don’t want a judge mental, snobby groomer, I would not recommend Tori.

I will never be shopping for feeders here again. The amount of dead feeders in the store is disgusting. And the fact that my feeders I did purchase died so fast. I have a feeders habitat to keep them. They normally can survive for months. But not from here.

Best place to groom your dog, my Pomeranian loves it and gets excited everytime we come in on scheduled appointments. Also they don't charge you an arm and a leg like many other places do. Customer service is 5 star also.

Mariah was recommended to me as a trainer, and she has been doing wonderful. I highly recommend getting your dog trained here by Mariah. The entire staff is always so friendly and always seems so happy to help. There is almost always a sale on something in the store, so if you go in, expect to buy something because I always find a deal.
