Yesterday was my first time taking my pup to the groomers since I adopted him so I was extremely nervous but everyone of the staff were so kind and welcoming and my pup had an absolute blast. The gal that took care of him went above and beyond and helped me put on the new collar I bought for him and begged me to bring him back because she was in love with him. He looked and smelled great too of course. Will definitely be back.

Asiayana was great with my dog! She was very patient with him, considering it was his first time getting groomed. She really made me feel comfortable leaving him there with the grooming team and she did a wonderful job making him nice and clean.

We are always feel welcomed in this salon and really like the salon personnel. We stop at this store on our way home from Canada. For that reason it is very difficult for me to make an appointment as you never know how long it might take at the border. But the staff members always try to accomodate us as walk ins. My dog Rio enjoys this place very much and he looks awesome when I get him back. For me it's such a relief to find such a good grooming place with really good quality/ pricing. And it is very convenient also as I can do my shopping while Rio is getting services. The staff is definitely passionate about their furry guests and you can feel it. Love this place!

Dogs look great, groomers were very pleasant and I thank you for being open. Lastly perhaps you might consider dropping your prices a little. I have 3 dogs and to get them all done is very expensive. Maybe you could do a graduated pricing on multiple family dogs. Just a thought and a wish. Thank you and stay safe!.

The groomer got both of my dogs done despite working while understaffed. I have two Great Pyrenese & she told me that they had so much fur that it filled up her shop-vac. So naturally I’m glad they have less fur for the warmer months ahead.

We go there every month for our big Malamute Shepherd names Ottis. We see Daniel every time and she always makes us feel welcome and always expresses how much she loves our boy. Our experience here has always been nothing short of amazing and I believe it is because our groomer, Daniel, makes our puppy feel so special.

I have been going to them for years. The last 3 cuts have been decent, nothing spectacular. But this last one is now making me look for a new groomer. The cut wasnt good, i dont even think they bathed her.
