I've brought my dog here for nearly 10 years, and today I was asked if she's ever had a seizure. I told her yeah in the past, and I've essentially been banned from bringing her back to be groomed ever again. Whether or not this a policy isn't the problem but the fact that I've never been asked this in ten years baffles me. My dog isnt prone to seizures, she had one when she less than a couple years old and one a few years ago. It's not something my vet is concerned about, yet Petco refuses? Never returning to this store again.

The staff at Petco was amazingly empathetic when it came to adopt a cat, not one but two! We wanted a pair to play with each other. OurFour other cats are skeptical about the boys.We adopted them with the help of communication and adoption papers done.Thank you for getting permission to let them go with us that day. They love the run of the house and will be their “fur-ever home “. Thanks to a great staff!

Shout out to Lauren the aquatics specialist! She was on her lunch break when my car died in the parking lot and this ANGEL took time from her break to help me jump start my car. She provided the cables and used her truck’s car battery! Not only do I constantly get great customer service here- but on top of that having some go above and beyond and I was able to make it to work on time!

Was able to come in and grab the items I needed for my cat quickly (and a few extra cute things I saw along the way as well) and even though there was a bit of line it moved pretty quick. Checkout service was quick and the employee who helped me was very friendly

Kind of a smaller petco compared to the other ones that I've visited previously. Everything seemed a little cluttered and not the cleanest. Small selection of lizards. The girl at the register who helped me get my crickets was pretty nice and helpful though. I'd recommend going to a larger petco if you're going to be looking to purchase any actual pets. Overall the store was ok, I'd go back again if I needed crickets and it was on my way.

I came to this store twice in a week and both times walked out without being helped in the aquatics section. Both times I was there, it seemed like the only person in the store was the cashier, whom both times had a long line. I hope this store can get some more help soon

I had a couple of amazing experiences at this petco in the last week, I had been planning on getting some White’s tree frogs and I went in a few times to look at the ones they sold and the frogs appeared to be very well taken care of everytime I went in, at different times of the day. The store also has almost everything I needed to ensure the frogs would be healthy and comfortable. I was helped by Mallory and they helped me get the frogs I wanted and gave good advice as well as was very kind and supportive. I will be coming to this petco for anything the little guys need.

The grooming salon, especially Jane, went above and beyond for the Halloween groom! You can tell Jane truly loves the dogs and loves what she does. She absolutely made my day when Winnie walked out as a bumble bee!

I called to order a bag of dog food and expressed that I have a hard time walking could they have it up front for me and the girl helping me went and got it while making sure it was what I wanted while on the phone with me and took it up front to the register, so very kind. 🏼

My husband and I are extremely happy with the grooming done by Josh W for our dog. She had some matting and was looking pretty rough and she came home a completely different dog, highly recommend Josh and we will definitely been going back to him for all of our grooming needs

Lead Working Dog,Ms. Greta Garbo covers 25 acres of lake,mud,forest, lots of trees with sap.Her Pyrenees/Anatolian thick coat was a mess, but Kris is a Master Dog Groomer getting that old messy coat of Greta, who was a bit embarrassed feeling close to naked, she got some cool sun block shirts, pampered staying in the house at night till her fur grew out a few inches. Through this winter, spring to Fall she will stay on regular grooming & coat at a 2-3 inches only with Kris.Thank you so much, Greta Garbo

Decent store with some good employees. The pet Giant needs to focus on the pets for success. Need to hire people with specialties in bird Department, fish department and so on. Please animals deserve better than run of the mill people that are questionable as pet owners themselves. Apparently profit is more important than happy customers and happy pets.

You know the store the manager the cashier the girl walking the aisles doing work we're all extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed for the new puppy. They even want another way to help me wave the puppy. They took their time even knowing their blue line of people they just took you in order and it was fabulous

Always very kind and quick service, and I love that they price match! I’m always saving $20+ by showing them the price in the petco app and they’re happy to help! We have 3 cats, and flea medication is not cheap, so that price matching helps immensely.

I shop here often and I like the selection and once the workers have realized that I'm not stealing, they are nice...I feel like I get profiled. I get it, there are a lot of shoplifters out there, but it's pretty ridiculous..

Decent Petco, while no big box store allows their employees to properly care for the fish in the store. This store does a great job at researching and asking for help from seasoned breeders. Watching the store turn from algae filled saltwater tanks and gups to well cared for stock has been nice.

Pretty good location. Easy to get to and ample parking. Other good stores around it. Staff was helpful. This is another parking lot to be aware of after dark. Might just be a Marysville thing but there seem to be a lot of zombies roaming around once the sun goes down.
