Really overpriced- especially for self pet wash station. I came here because my regular spot was full for the day. They charge $40 (plus tax). Though the station was clean, there was nothing there but 2 towels they provided and an apron (which still didn’t save my shirt. ) Shampoo was VERY watered down. Didn’t have any conditioner other than spray “leave in” conditioner. Only one brand, with a couple different scents. That was it. No face wash, no eye cleaner, no ear cleaner, no nail trimmers or brushes. Basic car wash style dryer which the turbo is very loud. Not even treats! My regular spot has all of this (and more) for $15! Won’t be back… not worth the price. Only gave 2 stars because the people working were nice.

I cannot say enough good things about Julz!! They have a great selection of raw, high quality and limited ingredient options for pets. I’m a local pet sitter and able to meet the needs of even my highest maintenance dogs with their selection. Items can be pricer than you see lower quality pet food but I promise when you see how happy and healthy your pup is, it’s worth it!! My senior dog loves the Fromm brand of wet food and it really helps on days he has less appetite. Wonderful staff and a small business you want to support!

Love taking my two gentle giants here to use their wonderful dog bathing facilities. They also have a huge variety of dog and cat food, treats, toys, and other supplies. Great store!

Visited this store because my wife and I needed to find a new, higher quality food for our golden-doodle. Bethany was super friendly and extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions about ingredients and she knew her stuff, which made it easy to go with her recommendation. They also had a great selection of chewables for our pupper so we got some of those too. Some pricing was higher, but that comes with the increase in quality. We'll be back for sure!

We love this store for their excellent customer service and pet food supples. They also have a frequent buyer program that earns discounts on the food we buy.Our cats love Steve’s raw cat food and N&D kibble. One visit in October (guessing, it was years ago) they had a pet trick or treat set up outside and vendors handed out samples. It was fun! That cats appreciated it very much when we got home and surprised them with their new options.

I love this store and could shop forever for all my fur kids. This time we went in for shampoo specifically for our chow, they gave a great recommendation and he looks so fluffy again. We shop for all 10 of our animals there.

I will admit that I was a little stubborn about going to Julz, just because the location is a pain to get to. After I got over my initial stubbornness, I stopped shopping for pet supplies anywhere else. I have been shopping at Julz for 5 years, and of course, the staff has changed over the years, but the store hasn't changed all that much except for the addition of the raw food section (which is refreshing to see in pet stores these days). I have spoken with the store owner or store manager, and she is very nice and willing to provide information on any product or place a special order for anything you might need. I really love this store, and so does my pet! P.S. Pro tip: the pet wash stations close at 5 pm every day. Try to get there at least by 4/4:30 pm to allow time to wash and dry your pet.

I wanted to support a local store and I have spent several hundred dollars buying from this store. Today I tried to return a dog food my dog did not like. I was always told this would not be a problem. Well it was a problem. It seems that there is a 10 day rule. I did not even get it out until after that date. This was not an empty bag but a bag that was missing maybe a cup of food. So I will go back to supporting big business and never buy from them again. I hope they appreciate that they lost a customer for several years.

Huge selection of pet goods and a great washing tub. Our black lab is a PITA but everyone there was very helpful. Lots of different shampoos and conditioners for sensitive skin and special needs pets too, ours didn't need anything special but he left completely dry and more clean than ever. He wasn't too happy with the deep clean (bird dog in the woods all day) but their setup was perfect.

Just got done here. We have an Anatolian shepherd that is reluctant to try new things and is afraid of any unfamiliar sounds. Needless to say getting a dog that is 140 lbs to do anything he doesnt want is a challenge. Your staff helped offering suggestions and telling us how everything works for the bath itself. I would love to see different options on the restraints, such as something that would go around the torso but thats only necessary is your dog is afraid of literally anything.

Went in for my dog to get her nails trimmed. The groomer was very nice, professional and loving to my dog. She did a quick fabulous job!

I really wanted to love this place! They have a very cool dog wash in the back. The reason I came. Being a Saturday it was busy, no problem I don't mind waiting. But unfortunately, they don't have a restroom for their paying customers. I absolutely understand not having a public restroom but when a customer is at your establishment for a length of time, let them use the bathroom! I had to go across the street to the sporting goods store, extremely inconvenience. Because of this experience I will not be back and would not recommend. Hope they rethink this policy.

It was a great place to take your dog for the self dog wash station- but went in today and was told prices went up- first I’m thinking ok - that’s normal- but holy cow- $40 for self dog wash- but $20 if you spend enough money in the store! Which I usually do find other doggy treats - but Seriously- no thank you!

I love this store! For along time I use to think small pet stores were a scam bc of the price and how crazy the products were but it’s lack of knowledge on my part. Coming here I feel welcome, they always want to make sure that I’m getting the correct information and making an informed decision on my dog’s need. I come here often and have told family members with pets to come here. I love how they have items that they would feed their fur babies.

I absolutely love this place. I rarely shop anywhere else for pet supplies. Every member of the staff that I have dealt with is highly knowledgeable especially in regards to food and any dietary issues. They have a decent stock of general pet supplies, but they mainly specialize in pet food and some supplements. I love that they are experts in what they carry, and that they are focused on quality in both customer service and their products. Whenever people are looking for a supplement for their dog or potentially changing their diet and some way, I always send them to Julz to talk to the gals there. Stop in and see for yourself. You won't want to go back to a "regular" pet store again!

Julz is a great place to find high end dog and cat food, as well as quality brands of toys and gear. Our vet consistently recommends them as a place to find specialty items.Julz' expansion space is dedicated to fresh frozen pet foods, as well as gnarly treats that would surely appeal to the wolf in your pup: rabbit's feet (with fur!), dehydrated turkey feet and wings, and chicken and duck heads! The more typical ears, trachea and huge beef knuckle "Junkyard Bones" are found here, too.Is it your pup's special day? You'll find cases of "confections" (Doggie Donuts w/ sprinkles, etc) right at the front desk. Happy Birthday!Well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome.

Very nice store, they have some amazing food choices for your animals! My dog loves there marrow bones. I think they also do grooming here to some degree. The staff are friendly and intelligent about animal life in general. Would definitely recommend you get high quality pet food here

Ugh! Finally! a great knowledgeable boutique pet store that has a good selection of raw and dry high end dog food. We were lost before and are now saved. Was using a great high end brand of dog food that started selling to the big name stores and were at a loss on what food we should change to. The staff was able to discuss with us our needs and wants for the food we were looking for and we were able to find just what we needed in a new brand! They have a great selection of raw food that we now supplement into our dogs diet. The treat selection is of a grand nature! Crazy stuff like chicken feet and duck necks. Our girl loves the cod chips! The toy selection is good as well, most of the usual toys from the usual brands are included in a good selection of local and other boutique companies versions of cool toys. Good place and will tell as many of my pet friends about it.

I love this place! The staff if very knowledgeable about pet nutrition and really anything pet related. The manager Ashley is always so helpful, I love going in there and getting her opinion on dog food and she even recommended how we could get rid of fleas. She knows her stuff! The owner Julie is awesome too, very welcoming and friendly. Great local shop to support.

I am so happy they have raised tubs, it saves my back. Both my dogs love coming too this store and being greeted and loved on by all staff members.
