We used the mobile grooming service earthwise offers and I can’t recommend them enough. Stephanie in particular was great with our two dogs, one who is large and can be very nervous in new situations. She did a fantastic job and was extra patient, they both looked great after and the convenience of them coming to you is priceless, thanks so much! We will continue to use you in the future

I’ve taken my schnauzer to these folks for grooming a couple of times and we’ve been satisfied with the results. I brought my pup in for grooming and was told that she was matted. The groomer barely touched my dog before she made this assessment. I let them know that I brushed my dog out the evening before and that she wasn’t matted. My dog has a mega coat so her coat is thick and does look messy if she hasn’t been brushed down with a slicker brush. When she is shaved down with a classic schnauzer cut it would only require her skirt, legs, and beard to be brushed out. They said it was going to take a lot of brushing, which made me think they were trying to up charge me. It was obvious that this tech did not want to groom my dog for whatever reason. She was very dismissive and I am completely disappointed.

There was a scheduling mix up and we didn’t end up getting the service we scheduled. The owner called us within minutes of leaving and offered not only to fulfill the service we had scheduled, but sent the mobile groomer to our house the same day. The mobile groomer was incredibly communicative and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our pet was cared for and sooooo clean. We even got a “report card” after the visit with helpful details. I’m very impressed with the customer service and dedication to making sure our pets are happy, clean and healthy.

We bring our 10 month old Maltese mix to Lisa here at EarthWise about every other month. She does wonderfully with first time shy dogs/puppies. When we pick her up she isn't super nervous and freaked out, she's happy and bouncy showing off her new cut. Ginger also comes home with an adorable bandana and smelling great! While it is a spendy, the prices here are the same as other groomers. Lisa is worth every penny for taking such good care of our girl.

Thank you Lisa! Earthwise was indirectly recommended by a service dog behaviorist. My nervous small breed senior and puppy with an attitude having their nails trimmed professionally is much easier on us both, and they enjoy their walks comfortably.

We were a bit hesitant taking our 6 month old golden doodle for his first haircut today as we were nervous how he would do. Bree mentioned that it may take 3-4 hours depending on how he does but hands down above and beyond our expectations! Only took about 2 hours and Bree did a great job and she nailed the haircut with the few photos and ideas that we had. Highly recommend her and the entire staff was great.

I’ve been twice. My own PHYSICIAN strongly suggested I try this store for my little dog who has never had solid stools (he’s 6 years old!). I have gone through quite a bit with 3 vets & TONS of food, worthless to us…. Even the expensive stuff! But after first visit here, I came home with the small bag of “FIRM UP”. And….He LOVES it and yet is the pickiest eater I’ve ever had. This stuff REALLY, really works! It’s changed my life! Oh THANK HEAVENS!So our next issue has been: his nearly endless BARKING, so we are trying some CBD which he also LOVES and this stuff has been almost miraculous! …. A QUIET, happy, yet alert, helping dog!THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!

We brought our lil man Chewbacca in for a long overdue groom and Lisa knocked it outta the park! If you've ever gone to petco or petsmart do your pup a huge favor and bring them here instead. They just got themselves life long patrons as now we will never go anywhere else. Leia our other pup is next and we are super excited! The staff other than grooming is excellent as well. I stopped by EarthWise Pet Supply & Grooming to buy treats for my newly adopted shelter dog and ended up giving him a much needed bath. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They also have a really nice selection of treats.

Unfortunately today was the experience that ended my patronage to EarthWise.It has nothing to do with the amazing staff working day to day to keep the wheels on the bus, so to say… but the poor management of business.I wish I was exaggerating but the one and only product I purchase every time I go in has moved location in the store literally 4 times in 3 months.The amount of product and lack of organization is overwhelming. And the amount of time I have spent each visit hunting among dog products Id never purchase to find where they’ve randomly placed the cat snack I’m looking for now away from all the other cat snacks next to some leashes and bowls…. I’m not sure if this is intentional to try and expose people to more product by making them wander aimlessly? But it isn’t working and that’s not how successful merchandising works either.And I’ve been in twice where the POS system is either down or the associate cannot trouble shoot it enough themself and have had to leave empty handed….I was choosing to buy my product at a small business rather than buy it from Amazon for literally half the price, so I guess there is a certain level of expectation for a retail experience that would make shopping easy, bring my me back, and idk.. actually allow me to make a purchase?What’s the competitive advantage? Where is the value? Because it isn’t worth it to my ego for the sake of virtue signaling and shopping small.I pride myself on my patience, and my ability to delay gratification and plan ahead so I can support small businesses, and this store has made me reevaluate whether or not it’s worth it.

I brought my two German Shepherds in to be groomed today. Both male. One is almost two and one is a couple of months away from one year. Neither had ever been professionally groomed before, and they're both pretty high energy pups.Lisa blew me away!! She happened to be walking into the spa as I was getting them out of the car and she offered to help me bring them in.We live on five acres so the boys are rarely leashed. She could tell. Hah! She didn't seem worried at all with how high energy and/or talkative they were. She wasted no time getting them both crated and we discussed their prior experiences (or lack thereof).Lisa had both boys finished and ready for pick up just over two hours later. When I arrived to pick them up, she brought one out to me at a time, knowing that both would have been a little much for me. They looked so handsome, fluffy, and well taken care of! She told me how well behaved they were, and although I have to assume she was just being super nice about it all, I wouldn't be able to tell otherwise, as their nails are short, they were happy as can be, and they smell AMAZING.I'll absolutely be back and I'll request Lisa every time.11/10 recommend.

Mya's never had a better groom, especially her backside which is now perfectly quaffed and has been hard to shape by groomers in the past. Really looking forward to seeing Katie again! Was a top-notch experience, from beginning to end - and loved finding her quality, organic food.

I have a large 85 pound Husky Malamute Akita Shepherd mix that is literally 70% fluff. I have been taking him to Lisa at Earthwise for just under a year now. From the first time I brought him there up until now, he always leaves lookingabsolutely gorgeous. She makes the effort to take her time with him as his size and being a Husky doesn't make it easy. I definitely recommend her and Earthwise in general.

Ashley does such a great job grooming my puppy River. He is so wiggly still, loves water and she is able to give him a wonderful cut and groom!!! Ashley listens to what I want for my Zuchon pup and asks questions to confirm our appointment. Great boutique store with a variety of quality pet products for my dog. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Thank you.

My dog Corona and I have had a wonderful experience with Asher, their mobile groomer. As a new mom it’s been really hard making time to trim Corona’s black claws appropriately and get her thick gsd/lab coat brushed and washed well regularly on top of managing a baby. Going to any groomer won’t work because she’s 90lbs and extremely reactive towards other dogs. Having this mobile grooming service has been an absolute life saver because Asher does such an amazing job deep cleaning Corona and making sure her claws are down to a comfortable length. Corona has been such a wonderful companion to me truly deserves the best and I believe that’s what she’s getting with EarthWise.

I cannot say enough good things about our first experience with Earthwise! 10/10 absolutely recommend! Katie and Lisa took excellent care and did a wonderful job for our three furbabies!! I don't know what they use but even our course haired dogs came back so SOFT! They smelled amazing and while they were excited to go home they were not overly stressed out. Wonderful experience and we will absolutely be regular customers here! The shop itself is also SO CUTE! We didn't really have time to go through all the products but will definitely be back to shop as well. Go! You won't be sorry!

I literally JUST got home from picking up my mini schnauzer from her grooming appointment. I am amazed at how great she looks, as I had let it go for far too long and she was unfortunately covered in dense mats. Even better yet, I notice a difference in her temperament after I picked her up. I was taking her to a great private groomer previously but moved, and even with them she would be slightly anxious after the appointment. She is currently acting like her normal, confident self!! I had no idea this could be her experience at a grooming facility.I really like their hourly pricing model. I think it benefits everyone and I am surprised other groomers haven’t followed suit. The fact that they don’t kennel dogs in the back while they’re there has made it a lot less stressful for me and my pup. The owner and the super talented groomer that helped us were so welcoming, personable, and quick to offer helpful suggestions on pet insurance (don’t get Banfield.. it sucks!! ☹️).All around win-win-WIN!!

I've been following on Facebook for a couple of months now and anticipating the opening of this pet store! It's almost like a cute boutique shop with all the best items for your furry friend! My yellow lab (Cooper) is super allergic to chicken so we have to be ultra careful on what we get him. This place is the jackpot for all treats and natural food and also some amazing toys! I was shocked at how affordable and how amazing of quality their chews were. I got 5 for $10! And my dog loved them! The staff in the store was so friendly and helpful. They have a very nice self bathing area - complete with a tub, blow dryer and everything else you need. The huge plus is that the door closes so you don't risk your dog running out! They also offer grooming services which I have not tried yet. But I will definitely be a frequent at this shop!! Cooper has also got his nails trimmed here, the groomer was fantastic!

Great little boutique pet shop! They have a self service bath station to wash your pup in up high. It's $20 for an hour slot. You can choose between 4 shampoos, oatmeal, medicated, coconut & deodorizer. There's a blow dryer, towels and you can close the room off from the store and do multiple dogs, or have your little one in there with you. They do suggest making an appointment just so you don't show up and someone has booked 2-1 hour slots! Looking forward to our next visit! 😀

Brought my dogs Oakley and Chewy in today and they smell and look absolutely amazing! Very friendly and understanding staff which is super relieving when your dogs aren't the friendliest. I'll definitely he returning with Oakley for more baths and desheds!

We visited the store in December and found it quite nice. We returned last Thursday and had our 2 Corgi's groomed. The dogs were treated very well and we were pleased with their grooming. Excellent job and price! Today we took the grand dog in for grooming with the same excellent care and results. Very nice store!

This was Winnies first time at the groomer & Melinda took great care of her. Her grooming turned out just like I had hoped & is super soft and she smells amazing! The super nice gentleman at the counter even gave her a great sized sample treat for the road. All in all, this was a great experience and we will be back!

I have been researching dog groomers for a while now. I came across this one and decided to chose it, due to the highly rated reviews. My dog has anxiety and going to a new place around new people triggers his anxiety. When I called to make an appointment, I explained how anxious my dog may be. She told me that they will use a muzzle on him during the grooming process, which I was thankful for.When I arrived to my 8am apt, the store looked closed. I figured the staff may have not arrived yet or something. So I walked my dog around the parking lot for about 5 minutes. I finally saw someone inside, she clearly saw me, but was on her phone, rather than greeting us and inviting us in.Once we were in the store, my dog became pretty anxious, which I figured would happen. The groomer didn’t even introduce herself to my pup or try and make him feel more at ease. She also said she cannot muzzle him until it is time for his haircut, because if it’s on while bathing him (in her words) “it’s pretty much water boarding dogs”. Very dramatic statement. I explained to her that he will not let her muzzle him, I would have to do it. She kept saying “nope, that is not what we can do” and continued to dismiss my concerns and anything else I had to say.When she took my pup in the back, literally 1-2 minutes later, she sent me a text saying that “ Sorry he won't even let me touch him. I'm just not able to safely bathe him with a muzzle on. I'll bring him back out.”She didn’t even give him a chance, she did not show any compassion for my pup and did not offer any type of apology.Even though this was a frustrating and disappointing situation, I still would not want my pup to be under care of anyone like that. I do not recommend this place. They are just there to get a paycheck, not give compassion for animals.
