George W. was very professional and funny which I appreciate! He and his partner talked with us about the process for replacing our hot water tank that had just gone out 2 days ago. Gave us a quote we signed and they got right to work. All said and done it was installed start to finish within just a couple of hours. We were told by a home inspector that it was time to change our water tank, so my husband called Dapper, and they sent a very professional young man out named Mitch L. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his quick evaluation of our system and quickly recognized that we were going to need a narrow tank, given the location of the existing tank. He addressed this right away, had one delivered while he disconnected the old one. He provided me an estimate of repairs prior to starting the work, no unwanted surprises at the end. Clean and considerate, Mitch did such a great job for us I would recommend him to everyone! Dapper provides a text introduction, with photo, so you know who’s coming to your door, and it really adds to feeling more comfortable, instead of feeling a total stranger is in your home. My second call to Dapper this year. Both experiences were very good! Ive been in construction and construction management for 43 years and I know when people know what they are doing. Today Mitch L replaced our hot water tank and had to jump through some hoops to do it. The sign of a Tradesman is running into these inevitable challenges, creating solutions and getting the job done. Mitch L did that without losing time or missing a beat. Great job Mitch! Mitch was nice and was able to explain the problem with leaking barb filler in the main water line pipe, I just wish it wasn't as complicated a job as originally thought, but Mitch only had to dig a little but of asphalt up and they repaired it and made it look nice after the job was done and wife was satisfied with the work done so that's always good.

From my first contact with Dapper, the person was friendly and efficient in scheduling a heating technician to troubleshoot our heating system. I had a water heater and whole home water filter installed by Dapper. They were quick to come out and give an estimate, and they were quick to schedule the job once I accepted the bid. Communication was top notch, except for some issues regarding supply of parts outside of their control... snow will delay shipments. The install was smooth and fast for a bit of a complex system. I recommend Dapper and will use their service in the future.

I had Kyle S come out for electrical issues, he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed all the issues. He also noticed a gas smell from my main gas line, letting me know. I called the gas company whom found a bad seal and fixed it. Well worth the money, will recommend this company to others and look forward to future work with them.

My experience with Dapper was very positive, from the customer representative to Mitch who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and did good work! I think the cost was high, but as it is near impossible to find going rates, I cannot be sure. And as plumbing problems rarely present the time and opportunity to shop around, you're pretty much at the mercy of whoever responds first. Still, if you don't have a plumber in the family, and you want the job done well, Dapper is a good find!

I just love Dapper! Today was the second time I have had them come out (first time was a bathroom fan install) and today I called at 8am and asked someone to come out for an estimate on a freeze free outdoor faucet as I absolutely NEED one for my business and last week's freeze was a major stressor. DJ was here within 2 hours and not only gave me my estimate but installed it so no more freezing. Yay! Had Dapper Plumbing convert bathtub plumbing into a 2-head shower, and move the drain. Mitch the plumber did some problem solving and finished the project in a few hours. My experience with Dapper was excellent. Kyle came to my home to replace the electrical panel and his expertise was evident. It was not a straightforward job as there had been some work done previously and some “loose ends” were left. Been using these guys for a while now and they are the best! The whole process, from setting the appoinment to paying the invoice, everyone is easy to work with and very communicative. My last repair warrants another 5 stars! Front desk was quick and efficient getting me scheduled. George and team came out and did thorough troubleshooting to find the issue. Able to get me up and running in no time, even at peak demand. George and Kyle really know their stuff and prices are reasonable for the times. My pipes froze and burst in my garage. I had to shut off water to the whole house. I was calling a ton of different plumbing companies and Dapper was the only one to offer day of services! I would’ve had to wait 2-3 days with no water if I went with any of the other guys. Mitch came and did a great job fixing everything and giving great tips to stop it from happening again! The price was exactly the estimate even though he had to do some extra work by cutting into my wall deeper. I would definitely recommend Mitch and Dapper to anyone !

Greg and Alex did an excellent job installing a mini split system for my parent’s ADU, they also swapped out the fireplace blower motor same day! Before Greg and Alex arrived for install, Ben and Kyle updated all of our electrical wiring to the hot tub, heat pump disconnect and new sub panel. Awesome company! I learned that my in laws were without heat for over 10 days and were being ran around by another company that just kept putting them off. Both have serious medical issues and was not ok for me.I contacted Dapper that afternoon around 2pm and they had a technician at the house about 2 hours later. The furnace was repaired and the heat was on by 6pm.Highly recommend them for anybody in need. The professionalism they showed from the minute they answered the phone until the job was complete was fantastic.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! We discovered flooding in our downstairs bathroom in the middle of the night and had no idea where the water was coming from. We shut off the water and called Dapper Plumbing first thing in the morning. Corey got his crew out that same day and figured out the problem right away. We are so thankful for NOAH DRAKE! Finding the broken pipe was not easy but not only did Noah find it but he stayed into the night until he made sure it was repaired and we had running water again. He and Corey were so gracious and patient to help us understand the next steps in getting our home repaired and even recommended an excellent restoration team. We called Dapper because they are in our community, we see their trucks, and know they support our local schools...We will ONLY use them in the future, because they are superior in knowledge, skill, and custom service! Had plumbing and electrical walk-throughs today...very impressed with Dapper's service. George assessed our plumbing situation...I expect a quote shortly. And Ben took care of several electrical issues that needed immediate attention. He also generated a comprehensive estimate for the main scope of work while on site. Very knowledgeable...and he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Several critical issues were addressed, so it was a good day.
