My experience at Twin Lakes Ave Target/ Pharmacy was phenomenal! Three women there were able to help me get my special eye medication when no other pharmacy could. They actually took the time and made it happen. Without; Kristin, Mary (leade) Sierra I would not have my eye medication. I have been in pain for months unable to get this medication because it is very new and requires a bit of extra time for the pharmacy to receive it. I am so grateful to these women and to CVS/TARGET for helping me. Even though the pharmacy is not very close to me, I will now get all my family’s medications here and will shop the Target store because of them. This is long over due, I apologize for not writing sooner as my eyes have just now begun to heal. They did in three days what several pharmacy’s could or would not do in over three weeks. Kudos to these three and to CVS/Target for their diligence and professionalism and compassion and kindness.

I did a phone refill and was told I could pick it up on Monday evening. I came Friday evening to pick it up and was told I could come get it the next day because they are two weeks behind filling prescriptions. I am traveling and need my prescription which is why I planned ahead. What if I was taking some type of chemotherapy or a heart medication? Would I just get it two weeks later because they are behind? They should be shut down. Completely unacceptable.

I called to talk to the pharmacy, I was on hold for 20 minutes around noon today, 12/30/2022, had to hang up due to the end of my lunch. I called back when I got off work and was on hold for 55 more minutes until I arrived home where I do not get signal to remain on hold. I have texted my Dr. And tsent the appropriate messages to CVS to refill my prescriptions. 10 days ago I did all the messages and still waiting to get my prescription. When I check online, it says I picked them up on 12/24/2022. But when I call it Says they are working on them. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them.CVS pharmacy needs to fix their $#!t!!

Love the pharmacy staff at Tulalip Arlington CVS Pharmacy. When I visit this pharmacy I feel like the pharmacy staff are more like caring friends. They do whatever possible to make my experience awesome. Honesty and doing there best to get us best prices and fulfill prescription needs. Thanks so much to all the staff

******UPDATE: The Pharmacist refused to transfer my husband’s prescriptions… some of which are life sustaining. All were cancelled. Very unprofessional. This new management is not customer friendly. Bring Steve back! *******Pharmacist “T” is horrible. She is rude and has yelled at me on different occasions. Prescription drugs are sometimes not available when routine refills are due. Her communication skills are lacking. She was too busy to answer my question a couple of weeks ago because she had “300 other customers.” Well, that number is 298 now, as I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely frustrated. After waiting for an hour on hold, they informed me that they couldn’t fill my prescription until the next day.Refills called in by my oncologist on Tuesday were still not ready to pick up on Thursday.Depending on receiving important prescriptions is upsetting when you can’t get through on the phone and they’re not ready in a timely manner.

Went in today after trying for about 2 hours to get ahold of them by phone, trying to pick up my child's prescription that was faxed in before 2pm today. Only to find out they were closed at least more than an hour early. Yesterday, I went in trying to do the same thing and there was only a pharmacy tech working there wasn't a pharmacist. Can not transfer the prescription to another CVS because they never scanned it in. I can understand being understaffed but this is bs.... Call 1(800) shop CVS is what I was told yesterday, today they tell me I have to call the Dr at 6pm on a Friday or wait until either the store or Dr office is open. No idea when this store will be open.

Every time I've needed to talk to a pharmacist about my prescriptions I've had to wait 30 plus minutes on hold just to get a half baked answer to any questions I may have.Transferring my prescriptions has never been so hard

This pharmacy is nothing but problems. Sadly it’s the only location that ever has my medication in stock and it’s a hassle every single time. If you need a same day refill good luck. Need to call the pharmacy to speak to someone ya the phone is disconnected. How are they still operating like this?

Extremely disappointed today, we went to this pharmacy at Marysville inside of Target only to find a very long line of people waiting. It was 2:15 pm and was still closed. They were supposed to re open after taking a lunch break at 2:00pm. We waited another 25 minutes then finally a Target worker came and told us they would not be re-opening because there was only one person working and she went home. I have to travel 40 miles to this CVS because it is the nearest one to me and I have special meds delivered here. 😩. I thought people were going back to work already, what’s going on?

I called them to see if I could pick up a prescription using a coupon because i had received a text saying it was ready but I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. The person on the phone first was helpful but the second person to answer after I was put on hold acted like I was stupid because my dad had picked up my prescription paying for it with a coupon a few days ago and I was not aware that he did because he hadn't given it to me yet and I had received a text saying it was ready this morning! I got hung up on. Very unprofessional. I have been using this pharmacy for a while and it was very unprofessional to be hung up on for a misunderstanding.

If you have ANY other pharmacy near you that you can go to, you will be saving yourself ALOT of trouble. We've been going here for about 4 years now and they used to be great but have steadily gotten worse over the past six months or so and getting a prescription from them on time now is worse then pulling teeth. The problems I've had recently range anywhere from suddenly not being able to find me in their system because my birthdate had somehow been changed, having to pay for a very expensive but necessary Rx out of pocket because they stated my insurance had been canceled even though my insurance had no record of cancellation, to receiving the automated call that my Rx was ready for pickup and upon arrival being told they never received a refill request (with attitude I might add) or receiving the call that it was ready and upon arrival being told it wasn't available because it was one day too early. Today I received a call that my Rx was ready only to arrive and find a closed pharmacy and handwritten sign that stated that there was an emergency and they would be closing at 3pm....it was 2:43pm when I arrived. The staff is rude almost every time I have to pickup and it's become problem after problem each month. Bad customer service I can handle, but when you're dealing with people's health and well being these issues are just flat out unacceptable.

No privacy? HIPAA violations?. Every single time I pick up medications, the cashier announces the name of the medications I am picking up. I finally mentioned it today and was told that they are TRAINED to do that. I know that they must be, because it happens every time I go there, including the pharmacist. I have a right to privacy. And a lot of medications are meant for specific medical issues. How is this possibly legal?

Cannot get answers on when prescriptions will be ready, tried calling and was on hold for 25 min. There app hardly works and I have several prescriptions filled wrong. Somehow they cannot count. It takes days to get anything filled and there is no way to get answer's. Horrible place, don't use them unless it's your only option

I have been using them for a year now and everyone is amazing. They have great customer skills along with being actuate on their counts. They will also recommend something that is over the counter versus prescription if it works as good as or better than the prescription drug!!!

Moved to the area two months ago and this pharmacy has been a nightmare to get meds from. 3 week wait for a daily medication only to be told they never put it in their system. Even after asking multiple times to call our pervious pharmacy and transfer the prescription. Why did you transfer two out of three medications? Incompetence at its finest.

Made an appointment for covid shot. Drove 50 miles. “Pharmacy closed due to staff shortages”. No heads up. No warning. What a effing joke this is. Made me waste an afternoon. Avoid at all costs.

I have never filled a prescription at Target and now I know why... Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. I had to go get the Store Manger to even get them to try and do their job. I will never recommend them or go back. I have never been treated with such rudeness by someone in the customer service field. I'll add that it had nothing to do with medicine but a breast pump prescription and this was my second trip there for it and STILL left without it and was told to come back for a 3rd time!

This pharmacy used to be great, and Steve the pharmacist was friendly and helpful. He's not there anymore and the customer service has gone way downhill. I'll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I wouldn't usually write a bad review for a pharmacy. But the absolute worst customer service I've ever received... if you say you're willing to wait the ridiculous amount of time for your prescriptions they almost get angry and rude about it. Sorry people need their meds...

Worst experience, walked a mile and 1/2 because the web site said they emptied sharps containers and they don't. Will never shop at cvs or target again!!!!!!!!!

Unlike the two comments below, I have always loved getting my prescriptions filled here. The staff is always nice to me. They are very helpful and quick with my prescriptions.

Went to fill a two prescriptions for a surgery percedure the next day and was told they could not fill it that day because they were "too busy". Apparently they need to hire some more workers or better ones.

Literally impossible to get someone to pick up the phone when you try to call and the entire staff goes on lunch at the same time and they close. The lunch time is a very odd time.
