I’ve been taking my dogs to Bows and Biscuits for years. Absolutely love that the groomers care and show their passion for grooming. They are great with senior dogs as well. One of my pups had arthritis. They do a fantastic job. My dogs always smell so fresh and feel extremely soft.

Our small pup Luna loves going here for her regular Grooming/Haircut! We have never had any issues and the pricing is great. The people that work here are awesome with the dogs too! I also like that they confirm all shots are renewed regularly.

The online scheduling is a mess. Tried to call and confirm but went straight to voice mail multiple times. So i just drove there. Parking is unique. It is so loud there that the worker wear headphones. Couldnt find my appointment even when i showed the screen shot i took. When i asked about scheduling, i was told they were booked through dec.Did get my pups nails clip right away.I have to say that my dog wanted to leave the whole time we were there. She is normally not like that.So i cant really say what they are like. I will need to find somewhere else to take my doggie

This is a great groomer. We have a lab mix & she is very well taken care of. She normally sees Britney who is kind & thorough. I do suggest you book in advance. They book out quite far.

I had to change my review. After going there many years l stopped going because they raised thier prices without giving any notice. They only accept cash.When I went to pick up my 2 dogs I was told the cost had increased $15 per dog! I looked around to look for some kind of notice posted on the door or a sign to indicate the new fees. The staff member pointed to a piece of paper on the counter in regular font. I asked why they didn't at least let me know when I dropped them off and I didn't really get a response.I don't be grudge them for raising thier prices (although the amount was a drastic increase), I felt it was handled poorly.I now take my kids to Crystal Pup and so far, so good!***UPDATE***Owner Amanda stated I was told when I picked up my dogs that next time I would be charged the increased fee. WRONG.I was told there and then of the increase. When I asked why no prior notice, or something posted on the door to let client's know when dropping off thier kids, was only THEN they would waive the price increase but NEXT time the increased amount would be due. Had I not said anything I would have been charged the increase amount.The business uses a text reminder of the appointments. You could have included a blip about increased prices in the text.Again, it could have been handled better Amanda.Although it was kind to mention Muki & Bella by name to show how you care, Muki passed in May. I brought a rescue dog in named Max for the last 2 visits with Bella.You couldn't even get the names correct. SMH

I love taking my dog here who acts as if you are going to saw his paw off when trying to clip his nails. I have only had the nail clipping and teeth brushing done, never a full groom so I cannot comment on that. However, what I can comment on is the fact that the ladies here do such a great job with my uncooperative dog. His nails are well done and his breath smells much better! Far cheaper than petsmart and far quicker! Always appreciate the walk in availability (from 12-3).

I have been taking my dogs to Bows and Biscuits for years now. My Samoyed suffers from anxiety, but the staff take extra care to give him plenty of breaks so that being groomed isn't a negative experience. Both my Sammy and my Yorkie come home looking beautiful every time. The staff are always friendly.

Me and my family had recently been looking for a good groomer, as the upkeep of our two labradoodles had become a bit too much. I reached out to Bows and Biscuits and got a call the next morning, offering to set up an appointment that very day.My dogs came in shaggy and a slightly botched shave and came out looking soft, fluffy and round. They smelt amazing and looked even better. My dogs really loved the groomers and I felt like they were in good hands. The groomers were in top of it all and communicated fantastically with me.I'll be returning to Biscuits and Bows and would definitely recommend them for an easy to set up, but beautiful cut for their dogs.

They always do the best job grooming my furbabies! The one and only downfall is that they only accept cash or check and I never have either- but it's worth a trip to the atm for how great of a job they do! All the groomers treat my pups like their own. I seriously love this place- and it's a local business, support local!!!

We brought our 1 year old Bichon in today. We went over the kind of cut, length of hair, head cut even down to the ears. Nothing was left to chance. When I left my little fur baby I felt that she was in good and capable hands. She absolutely looked exactly how the groomer explained she would. I noticed when I picked up my little one was she was running around the shop being social looking happy as a clam. My baby was playing around and was not placed in a cage to wait for me. This meant the world to me. Bows and Biscuits loves their clients and they know what they are doing. We found our groomer!FYI- they accept cash, check, and Venmo.

Update;Ever since my dog had a seizure in there care they raised the price for our standard poodle by $35. Its not as if they have to do anything while hes having a seizure all we have ever asked is to not pat in on the but side and have him continue to jump up and down cause that has a tendency to put him into a seizure. Its unfortunate that they did this and yes we were told that it was cause our dog has a seizure while he was there getting a cut that they were uping the price they also raised out little dog from $40 to $65 and this was before everything went up in price.They are a wonderful pet salon. My standard poodle has seizures. Their very open to taking my dog. Some Places when you tell them that your dog has seizures, there are less likely to want to take your pet cause they are scared or what I don't know It's unfortunate, but it's there, los. They do a wonderful job. we also have a Chinese crest powderpuff and and our mom and dad take their dog there, and they always make all of our dogs look great. Thanks guys

The ladies that took car of our sensitive dog did an outstanding job along with the haircut they gave her. The place from the outside looks very old and ran down, but the customer service makes it easy to overlook the outside. Thank you guys for booking our dog when our schedules were difficult to work with. Her sister is very happy to see her face again.

The groomers are amazing! They are always so positive and kind and my dogs always end up looking like a million bucks. I wouldn’t take my dogs anymore else! One of my dogs can be a bit a of a handful but they are always so patient and understanding with him. I recommend this place to anyone and everybody!

I love them. They always fit our dogs in in a timely manner and their prices are excellent. I have had other people want to charge me double for what bows and bisquits does just because I have a medium size dog. Their staff is always friendly and they always deal with my dog very well considering she is a big baby. Very impressed.

My pups Always come home happy! I wish they had better pricing and also if it was posted would be nice, along with all the services they offer. Build a package deal. Also i get your dealing with dog hair but it could DEFINITELY use a good cleaning! Its starting to look run down and dirty on the inside.
