I ordered a blue cake with green writing and birthday balloons. The cake was plain white with green writing, not even cursive or nice handwriting. The balloons where not on the cake and to fix it she added plastic balloons. Plastic balloons and frosting balloons look completely different.I also order a marble cake and received half white and half chocolate. To me that is completely different than a marbled in chocolate and white cake. The presentation matters to some of us and taste differently then what I was expecting.Over all I felt like the cakes on display where better than the cake I ordered. I was completely disappointed and will refuse to buy the cake if there ever is a next time.

Normally shop at Fredmeyers or Costco, wanted to try Albertsons out and I'm probably not coming back. Item selection was decent and the quality was okay. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service.Just went there at 11:45AM 2/11. I was using the self checkout and had to void an item. The screen said "Help is on the way" and the light on my stall was blinking. The lady that was at the self checkout was looking at her phone, didn't even look around. I was waiting solid 3-5 minutes and couldn't wait anymore. Walked up to her and asked her hey I need help. She pointed at the customer service department and said "she will come help you". Then she realized I'm at the self checkout, not at the customer service desk, she walked up to me and voided the item. Only took 7 minutes to void one item! Way to go Albertsons!She was walking away and I told her I also need to scan beers. I was with couple more people and she specifically pointed at me and say I need to see your ID; she's clearly irritated I was brave enough to bother her precious alone time with her phone. I pulled up my wallet and showed her my ID, it has a clear screen and everything is visible. She told me I have to pull out my ID. Everything was clearly visible, obviously she had to make it difficult for me in any way possible. I said you can see my ID and she turned around and said "what did you say?" She was ready to fight lol.One of the worst customer service I've received in any retail stores before. Very disappointed

Since moving to Marysville almost 2 years ago, this has been one of my go-to grocery stores. Always a great fresh selection of meats, fish and produce. No complaints

Taking a weekend trip by car from Vancouver BC Canada to Seattle WA. Passed through Albertsons to pick up snacks. I am giving 5 stars because I found the best thing ever in their bakery - forget the cupcakes just buy the icing (and, let us not forget the sprinkles). Of course I bought them. It's the only stuff I eat when I get cupcakes. Why not sell them without? Genius.

Normally I have a fairly decent experience when I come to this Albertsons, but this is twice now that I've sped to get to the store before it's closed and have gotten there at 12:50am (10 minutes before their posted closing time) and get told it's too late and they won't let me in to grab just a couple of items super quick.. Thus making me have to waste gas having to run clear to WinCo on 116th. Like, their hours say until 1.. Not 12:50.. Yeah sure, might be a silly reason to be upset, but when you rush to get there and then have to run clear to the other end of town cause you get there 10 minutes before closing when you live right there on Albertsons side of town, it's frustrating..

6pm, 8 people at the meat counter. No one behind the counter. Waited 5 minutes, still no one. Other staff people said it’s corporate office and showed no concern. Winco next time

Friendly staff. The salads in the deli are delicious. I like the huge selection of cheeses in the deli area. The bakery had a great selection of fresh cakes and cookies. The holidays area has a good selection of last minute gifts.

This place isn't too bad. As long as you go before nightfall you will be safe. After dark and you're on your own. The parking lot fills with those who have no life. Their vacant stares burning into nothingness. Shop carefully.

I really like this store. I hope the Kroger merger doesn't go through and this store stays open. This is a smaller store but most everything is easy to find, I don't have to search the store for shopping carts, and its usually easy to get through the checkout line.The produce is usually in pretty good shape and the meat is as well. The store is always clean and the aisles aren't a mess.The only complaint I have is the displays in the aisles obstruct egress, but this is a problem at every Safeway & Albertsons. Sometimes I'll go in to get Bran muffins, but the muffins aren't always fresh. The donuts don't appear to get restocked on a daily basis.

Staff here is super nice! Store is for the most part clean and safe, although there are usually sketchy folks floating around outside and just inside at the Starbucks, but can’t blame that on the store. Also, I love the nice big parking lot with many options for getting in and out.

Convenient location and close to both the Quil Ceda Creek Casino & Tulalip Casino. It's an older store but they have it set up nicely and it's always clean. The staff is always friendly and their hours are longer than most grocery stores so they're open earlier and stay open later than normal. It's a busy area but there's lots of other shops around right in the heart of downtown Marysville. The roads could use a little work around this area but on that note every Road in the state of Washington can use a little work. Convenient grocery store in a great location and perfect for late night snacks or early morning pastries.

Albertsons is great. They have the best fried chicken in their deli department, it even tastes better on Cheap Chiken Monday's. They have recently updated and re-arranged the entire store to allow for an easier shopping experience and, the produce departments upgrade looks amazing and has the freshest quality produce. Also, the employees are all super kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend checking out this store.

This is normally my favorite grocery store in Marysville with employees I know and they are so friendly. Today I someone new and they would not bag my 3- 6 packs of ensure. I requested she bag them and she rolled her eyes and put them in one with total attitude. I get bags are 8 cents. That doesn't mean you are the bag police. When I went to complain at customer service they apologized but said this whole bag thing is hard on all of us. I said that is no excuse. I had no problem with the fee, but I was using food stamps. She proceeded to tell me if I brought my own bags I could avoid this. She missed my whole point. Cashiers are not environmental police!! Bags are 8 cents, FINE. Bag my groceries so I can carry them please!!

The staff at this store are rude and are of.no help what so ever, when looking for a certain item. They seem more worried about each others personal life then helping a customer. I for one will never be going back. It would probably do the company best to just fire everyone and start with a fresh new line up the people here are just to gone to try and retrain them.

I not only enjoy shopping here but they also have some products that I love and are hard to find at other grocers. This is a clean store with helpful employees and a great produce section. And you can get your coffee fix at the Starbucks counter inside.

It's a decent store. Can be high priced sometimes. Somebof the workers really like to stare at you as if you are going to steal something from the store.They aren't really helpful, none of the workers won't ever ask you if you need any help finding anything. Some are rude bit some are really nice.

I found most of the items I was looking for. But I bought cheese cake from the bakery and it tasted awful. A good thing about Albertsons is that I can get my vaccinations at their pharmacy. I walk past their often and when I have a vaccination due I can get it done there. No waiting and I don't have to pay for it. They bill my insurance. This makes getting them very convenient. I have been doing this for years. And they give me a coupon for a percentage off my grocery purchase. So I get vaccinated and then do my grocery shopping.

It's a good grocery store. The deli had good options. There is a Starbucks kiosk in the front. Many employees have been there a long time, so it's nice to see familiar faces at the checkout. The parking lot can get a little sketchy late at night.

Update: I was there and the Pharmacy had the barricade enclosure up but it was still open, but at first glance it appeared to be closed. It does close for lunch from 1-1:30 I think? ( Don't quote me on that.) I only saw one lady there working, must have been short staffed.Also, they have cheap bananas, bruised looking but great for bread! Right next to the regular bananas.My pharmacist is always kind. No matter who it is. No wait, which was very nice. The vegetable Department looked pristine, I was not going straight home, so I passed on everything but picking up my prescriptions. Aaaahhhhh. . . Air conditioning. . .The floral Department is very well stocked. I've never bought a plant from them that has died, and trust me, I have killed plenty of plants in my day. Mostly ones that came from Lowes or Walmart that are grafted or tiny starts that never had a chance to root properly, but anyway, Albertson's plants are beautiful and thrive. Even when I buy them!The ice was well stocked. . . as was the hard liquor and icecream. Meat cuts looked very good, someone was stocking them up. Floor was clean, bathrooms were clean as well. Carts were inside.They all do an AWESOME job at Albertson's. God bless the grocery store workers. I'd be sad if they weren't open when I needed flowers, medicine, booze and steak cuts!
