Great service and huge menu, including beer menu. Food was kind of pricey but probably because it’s expensive to get ingredients delivered to this remote area. The fries were delicious! My elk burger and my husband’s salmon burger were tasty too. My friends enjoyed the bulgogi. The salad was good. The carrot cake was decent, but nothing amazing. Would eat here again if in the area.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The friendly employees added an extra touch of warmth to the dining experience. Not to mention, the restaurant boasted a delightful ambiance and tasteful decor. A fantastic bonus is its convenient location on the route to North Cascade National Park, making it a perfect stop for anyone visiting the park.

One of the best burger places I’ve ever been! Run by a Korean lady (I think), so their burger does a great job fusing Korean meat and American bunsMondo burger 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟- the bun is unbelievable crispy- the meat is so well seasoned, especially teriyaki beef in the mondo burger- I like thicker fries. Their fries are thick, but crispy outside while soft and muddy insideThe only downside is the price, it’s definitely pricy in terms of the location of the restaurant.

We went at 10 am expecting there to be breakfast, however there wasn’t. We ended up ordering a club house sandwich and it was really good! I added eggs on mine and took the bacon off but it still had a lot of layers. They have a lot of items in their menu, so a good option when passing by. Would recommend! Nice people too.

Overpriced! We ordered egg rolls and this is what we got (2 small rolls). They charged us $11 for it and it looked & tasted like frozen egg roll fried in extremely reused oil. My throat started itching after. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We were hungry and left without ordering anything else.Parking: Maybe 6-8 spots available by the restaurant.

We stopped here for dinner after driving the Washington Cascade Loop 🔁. This restaurant is located in a small town called Marblemount just after exiting/ before entering Cascades National Park.Pros: They were open on Sunday evening 👍🏽.Restaurant is cozy, clean and well maintained. Staff who took our order was quick and welcoming.Food: was fresh and hot from kitchen.Chicken teriyaki was perfect 5/5, Spicy chicken griller was yum.Cons:Less options of food for fans of chicken, and vegetarians. They have lot of beef and pork varieties.The popcorn shrimp quantity is very less (9 shrimp pieces) with too many unwanted potatoe fries 🍟 😐, the chicken teriyaki burger was not worth for $18.99 absolutely not 👎🏽.All the dishes are overpriced, I understand this restaurant is located interiors, but still quantity and price offered for burgers and shrimp popcorn is just not acceptable .#Washington #NorthCascades #Dinner

September 2023Wow! The food is just getting better tonight. Paul was our cook and Tiffany our server and Sue was so gracious and made us feel very welcome. Couldn't keep my hands off of my husband's fish and chips. He had the halibut and the fries especially are so so good. Best. I've had. They're kind of temporary type fries and they are really really good, especially serve perfectly hotThe bulgogi was melt in your mouth, on sizzling platter. Lots of onions, lots and lots of beef served over rice and they recommended their house teriyaki sauce which I have to say. It doesn't taste like anything that common teriyaki sauce tastes like. Good service and FABULOUS food. Western burger, mushroom burger so big we could split. And nummy BLT.This is the place to come.MayYUM, we split the Western Burger with BBQ on the side. Hubby doesn't like BBQ but I wanted the perfect fried onion ring with all the fixings.They graciously split it on two plates, because we were splitting an entree salad. Which was loaded with chicken and goodies.The menu was varied and everything cooked deliciously.We will be back.Wheelchair accessibility: 88 parking close to the front door. Able to go over the low threshold and push wheelchair in two with able to change table configuration to help accommodate wheelchair. Very easy access

Stopped in after a backpack trip so we were famished. Food was tasty - everyone was happy with their burger. They could add a few more fries to the plate if that’s the standard side - I think there were 7 fries on my plate. Although it was terribly overpriced I would still eat there again. However - 1 star for service. Waitress was not able to make recommendations, food runners had no idea what food they were bringing to the table and im pretty sure they charged me for a different burger (couldn’t get an individualized receipt and they rushed me when I was adding my tip to the bill). Super chaotic so have patience when you visit here.

Loved it there when my husband was working at the restaurant the owners are so great and make amazing food wish we lived closer cause I miss their teriyaki and fries sooo much! The wife was so kind I would wait everyday in the car with my oldest and I was pregnant at the time she would bring out food and it was always yummy and delicious 😋 wish the husband still worked their! If we could afford to live up there he always says he'd instantly apply again.

Cozy ambiance with welcoming staff make this spot an excellent option to grab a bite on the drive through the mountains. Their burger and egg rolls were decent. The coffee left a bad taste but wasn't a deal-breaker for an overall good experience.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to try their several vegan burgers and teriyaki sauce. We came too early for lunch, around breakfast time, but they were very accommodating! We got the Simply Burger and the Impossible Burger. The burgers were delicious, and I loved the teriyaki sauce (I can get very picky about this)

Nothing special here. Me and my husband were hungry on our drive back home and we stopped by this place to get some lunch . He got teriyaki and gyoza and I got halibut and chips. I am pretty sure his plate was supposed to come with salad, they gave him the dressing and the salad never showed up. No one ever came by to check on us. Mediocre place with strange service. My fish and chips was eh.

Stopped by after a day of hiking. First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised by the menu selections. Restaurant is asian owned so there were some Asian dishes on the menu. The beef bulgogi on rice was pretty good. We also had the teriyaki chicken on rice which also was good. It was a nice change of pace from American cuisine. They also have a nice selection of beers!

We were returning from North Cascades after catching sunset and were pretty late, very close to their closing time. They were nice enough to order us food.Nice clean place with elaborate menu for a place in small town. Food was decent. I ordered pork ribs which were ok. Sides were really great. My friend ordered tofu burger and he really liked it.

Stopped here after a day of hiking and sightseeing around North Cascades. Staff was friendly and service was quick. I usually take photos of all my meals but I ate this too quickly, lol! I got hot tea to drink which they bring out a selection of bags and your own tiny pot so you can either make one entire pot or have several different flavors. I got the black bean burger and then for dessert my friend and I shared a slice of the carrot cake for my birthday. Was great!

Really good food. Cooked well. Hot. Well seasoned. Good portion. A little pricey. 15 dollars for a burger. But that's mostly average now days. The only food for a while on the road so probably the best place to stop and eat! Clean and friendly staff too.

Interesting…Not what I expected. Mondo…maybe Italian or Mexican…nope…Asian. Odd restaurant in that they basically have a low key bottle shop on the back wall and you can stop in for a 6 pack. The manager/owner seemed to have no concept of managing a table. She hovered. A lot. Even while I tried to sign the check. (We were there in off peak hours and there were two other tables sat so she wasn’t trying to get us out the door). It was super awkward at many points. The server was a bit different but I can forgive that. My food was a bummer and my wife’s was great. I think if you steer towards Asian you are a winner. I had the halibut and chips. I would never recommend it from here. Sad. The beer selection was good but zero IIPAs or similar. Lots of local stuff to try though. Prices were high…but it’s a tourist town doing their thing.

Great place to eat after a long hike. The food tastes amazing and the service is fast. Plus, there is a store inside the restaurant so you can buy medicine and/or alcohol. This is very helpful in a very small town.

We had the PNW burger. It came med rare so tell them if you want it cooked more. Friendly service and good fries. Definitely will be back to try some of the other stuff.

Breakfast TooWe came for breakfast and were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the wait staff and chef. Fluffy blueberry pancakes. Hammy ham and cheese omelet. Fresh mushrooms in Swiss omelet. Organic coffee. We ate breakfast so intensely we didn't get pictures.The owners are Korean so steak, hamburgers and teriyaki are offered.

Group of us (10 guests) came in and service was top notch from beginning to end. I got the salmon and chips and wish I tried the bulgoogi! It came out sizzling and smelled wonderfully. Hidden gem ! Also random items such as personal care items (medicine and other items in travel size for sale).

The owner is soooooo kind!!!! For many times when we arrive last minutes around the closure, after long day of climbing at Washington Pass, they are still happy to serve us. And the burger, the fried rice, is impeccable!

We rolled in here not expecting much more than a burger place and we were pleasantly surprised! In addition to tasty burgers they had chicken teriyaki and gyoza. It was better than many of the teriyaki places in Seattle I've been too (which are known for their teriyaki). And the lady running the place runs a tight ship so the service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

If you’re visiting the Cascades, there aren’t too many restaurants around. This is a good one. Several good options and good beers. I got the PNW burger. It was cooked medium and was tasty.

When you travelling from North cascade nation park to Seattle the only Restaurant available to sit and dine is this Mondo Restaurent. This is the first time I visit and we love the food. There is a bar couter also available to the customers. ( keeping it in mind that drink and drive is illigal)

Beautiful the mini golf course was beautiful you didn't have to play on it there is a little waterfall that you could get beautiful pictures from the dog barked at the wooden sculpture I thought it was funny the ice cream is delicious and they even had a little scoop for my dog the homemade brownies and cookies were delicious and the chocolate shoppe omg I think I gained £900 just smelling itKid-friendliness: The kids will love it there's as little saddle seats that they can sit in and a little miniature golfWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get to write off the street right in easy for wheelchair at anytime they have outdoor seating to where you can sit and relax and enjoy
