I would give 0 stars if possible. Walgreens lost our car title we had dropped off for FedEx to deliver. We have records that Walgreens received it but FedEx never scanned it. Upon no updates after sufficient time (over two weeks), went to the store and discussed with a female sales associate (Jessica). She confirmed our documentation and pulled the camera footage to confirm we dropped it off when we said we did (not sure why this was necessary as we had the receipt). We were asked to follow-up with the manager (James) who was extremely rude and disrespectful. He refused to be accountable. This cause an unnecessary delay in getting our insurance claim fullfilled and we had to pay $85 for a duplicate title. FedEx should use a different venue for drop-offs due to the incompetence that trickles down from leadership.

I was at Walgreens today to pick up my prescription (Drive Thru) and Tiffany who was behind the Drive Thru window was very rude, disrespectful and racist. Someone like her should not be employed by Walgreens, nor should be dealing with customers. Walgreens do better!

Easily the worst pharmacy ever. So I have an appointment for 2:45pm for vaccination. I reached early 1:00pm, requesting if I can get my vaccination. No one else waiting. The guy behind the counter says, no. They are going for lunch. Their lunch time is clearly marked 1:30-2:00pm. I requested, since I am waiting with my daughter, he was adamantly NO. He said they have to monitor me for 15 minutes. Sure, there is still 30 more minutes to your lunch break. Anyways he says they can try to get me at 2:00pm.I am like OK. I wait. Then I am like let me approach them again since I know there is paperwork to be done, maybe I can ask for the paperwork but now a lady behind the counter is like, 2:45pm appointment, we will not take you at 2:00pm. We can only see you at 2:45 pm.Extremely inconsiderate. I can understand if there are like people waiting. No one else waiting for vaccination.F$#% it. I can get vaccination anywhere else.Corporate should really consider about customer service and the Frontline places that have none.

I called w a few questions about my completely messed up photo order( heads cut off, low quality, awful). The girl answered and was trying to explain how I'd have to go back in and resubmit the photos, and I said ok I can do that, and the photo book ? )Which was totally crooked) she replied with the same response and very annoyed w me and told ME- there's nothing I can do about it here and I have a line forming so you'll have to go do it yourself. Wow. I guess I'll just take a loss on the $80 I spent on these pics because I DID IT ONLINE the 1st time and they are still horrible !! Go someplace else for pictures! Don't waste your money !!

Walgreens is always a last resort for me but after seeing dolls video and the clear racism I would never ever shop there! Eric is very unprofessional and in very disappointed in Walgreens staff as a whole as well as the customers of maple valley that were making gross comments towards Doll

Just left this place and finally decided after many experiences I should post a review in hopes their leadership would review and implement service goalsGrown men and woman that seem to hate their jobs?Every time I come here I deal with someone who is one of the following or all; rude, lazy and or not helpful. Photo is the worst. It’s always like pulling teeth no matter who comes to assist at that counter.I will avoid this place at all costsThey need to reevaluate their management team and or hire people that are more pleasant.It always starts from the top down

I miss this pharmacy! They were always so kind and helpful. They treated me like family. I saw them become steadily more and more overworked though and they must be exhausted. Take a breath and be kind to them. EVERY pharmacy I've tried is having the same issues. Very few staff who are stretched too thin. I wish them well. :)Dee

They called me to set up for automatic refill of prescriptions. I agreed to have them do it . They told me the pick up date is the 18th of January. When I went to pick them up they were not ready for 30 minutes… why bother to set this automatic refill… plus system was down and couldn’t get prescription.. I am going to look at a different pharmacy

I went there for passport photos and photo quality was very poor, they don't even have proper setup and background . Instead they were looking for white wall with some brightness. And top of that price for 4 photos were ridiculously high . I got 8 photos for 60+ dollars. Same quantity i got from Bartell Drugs for 26 dollars. They should shut their printing services for good. Pharmacy is no different then this . Poor service every dept.

Will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. VERY rude pharmacy technician on the phone. Would not help with a vacation override on my prescription. Hung up the phone without saying goodbye, thank you for calling or even just 'go to hell". I was also shorted 60 pills!!! on a 90-day supply. Their answer was to give me just enough pills to get me to the date that my insurance would cover my next refill. It's simple math, 90-30=60. They gave me 45!!!

One of the worst Walgreens store. Talked to a staff named Grace, we called in after a Doctor’s visit and they said it was getting ready. We reached at the store but she said it was out of stock. Well the staff should have well versed to check if they have stock before hand.

The pharmacy staff is rude and the opposite of customer service. Besides preparing the wrong prescription on more than one occasion. When returning merchandise the supervisor treats unlike you committing a crime or something bad.

Went to the pharmacy the pick up medication that was called on Thursday night for a refill. Got to the pharmacy on Saturday and they said they didn’t have any medicinal for me. When I said it was called for refill Thursday and the system said it would be ready for pick up Friday at noon. The person at the counter said if you did not talk to a real person the perception will not be filled.So why even have a phone number to call in for refill and have it tell you you perception would be ready the next day.Seem like they do not care about the customer and prefer to waist peoples time.I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. They just wait your time.

I guess the employee stocking shelves assumed that I was a thief? She walked up behind me, stood there, then stepped back into me forcefully. She said sorry, but I could've sworn that I saw her smirk. I also thought it was odd that she only wanted to be right behind me in the aisle and nowhere else—wasn't she stocking shelves? I was taking time to read an ingredients label. She stood there for several minutes, very close to me, as she seemingly did little to nothing. Plus, why only stand behind me, then walk off? But, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, and kept shopping. Afterward, she was again right beside me when I went elsewhere. Then it happened a 3rd time. It didn't seem random by that point, especially since I wasn't in the store long. She also kept looking over while seemingly (badly) trying to be discreet. I checked reviews to see if such rudeness was common for customers here, and it seems to be. I don't plan on returning.

If you need CoVID tests for your family, consider finding another location. The woman at the window was vulgar and petty. Not to mention, they do not send tests out on the weekend (or at least she is refusing to have our test processed until the weekdays). A very different experience from the past test at this site. What a disappointment. This used to be a neighborhood pharmacy that cared about its community.

I just had my wisdom teeth pulled and am in a lot of pain, the kid (young man) working at the pharmacy window was quite rude and wouldn’t take my insurance card until the script was ready. I wanted him to check if my insurance would cover the expensive medication. He made me wait over an hour and then only checked my insurance after making me wait in excruciating pain to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover the meds and I need to goto Kaiser to get them. He could have been more polite and understanding and not wasted my time and put me through more unnecessary pain.I won’t come here again, and don’t expect any sort of remorse or care from these people

I know this is a case of judging a book by its cover, but I think this Walgreens has some pretty weird architecture and decor going on, both outside and inside. I much prefer the outside look of the store in Kent on 132nd, and to me, the Maple Valley store seems a little cold and "warehousey" inside - perhaps due to the use of so many cool blue and grey colors.Moving on though, the store staff here is usually on the ball. One of the pharmacists, Thang, is sharp as a tack, and remembers everything, which is a great quality to have when you're handing out potentially dangerous medication to people. He and the other pharmacy staff are always friendly whenever I've been by to pickup medications or other items.I've had very good interactions with managerial and other clerical and customer service folks here too, and it seems like the store has a good selection of everything. I was able to exchange an item without a receipt within the last few months - no questions asked.I've been to both the Covington and Kent (132nd Ave) stores, but this one has better customer service than those two stores - I recommend coming here instead.

EDIT: You're lucky if you can get there when they're open and have a pharmacist to dispense meds. Then after being closed for days they call and remind you they have meds for you. That's a slap in the face. I guess I'm shopping for a different pharmacy.The pharmacy doesn't know how to dispense medications correctly, leaves out necessary life saving medications and then doesn't tell you or even offer pharmacist counseling as required by law. My husband almost died after being discharged from the hospital after a heart attack because they left a medication completely out and now we're finding they didn't dispense the right amount of pills for the ones they did give us.

this is the worst walgreens in the entire US i have been to, the staff is so rude including the manager, it feels like they are here not to provide health and pharmacy services but to look down on people. The pharmacist was the most rudest person who has no courtesy for people and I would recommend people to just stay away from this location, not visiting it again

I used their 30 mins curbside pick up service. 12 hours later and my order is still not ready. It’s cold medicine for my sick children. I didn’t want to bring all of them inside the store. I called the store after 3 hours and the man answered was very condescending. Won’t ever shop here again.

I am not a fan of Walgreens in general but this is one the cleanest and friendliest stores in town. I enjoy shopping at this pharmacy and the drive in a huge plus. After dealing with Safeway pharmacy for 10 years these folks are a welcome relief.

The Asian male pharmacist at this location is the most incompetent and rude pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Switching pharmacies immediately. Wouldn’t trust him to sell me over the counter bandaids.
