I NEVER write reviews, please read!After over 20 years of going to this clinic, we took our 16 year old Lab to be euthanized last week. He knew the place.Sadly, what was already an emotional and painful day was only prolonged and made worse.We had a scheduled appointment, but the doctor made us wait, while he was dying on the floor, for 20 minutes. When she did come in, it took her 2 failed attempts to get a catheter in his front leg. She finally gave him a shot in his back leg …. and then we waited and waited and waited for him to go. She came in again asking “would you like me to give him more medicine”? This time, she put it in his front leg, where it should have been given 60 minutes earlier. He left immediately, and I wasn’t on the floor with him!This experience was cold and clinical and lacked all grace, dignity and empathy. For a grieving family, it was a horrible experience that we are trying to forget.They need to do better when it comes to ending an animal’s life. Please consider going somewhere else if you have to euthanize your precious animal

Today I took my 8 week old Shihtzu into see Dr. Maria Zayas and her team. I saw Dr. Smith at the same location with my other Shihtzu for 15 years. He was good but Dr. Zayas is great. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with confidence. She is so sweet, very interested in my puppy and he enjoyed her company, he was comfortable with Dr.Zayas. Anyone that has or knows dogs, they can sense if people like them.Her knowledge is above and beyond any Vet I have been to. I was taught a few things today that suprised me! If you are looking for a wonderful, smart and very clean and pleasant vet, you can't go wrong with Dr.Zayas. She will be my little Bently's Vet for his lifetime 🐾🐻Thank you to everyone atFour Corners Vet.🐾

Dr. Smith is horrible, callous, mercenary and incompetent. The rest of the staff is great, but unfortunately cannot make up for Dr. Smith’s inadequacies.We’ve been taking our dog and cat here for years. Last September we took our then 13-year-old dachshund in when she was extremely sick, was losing weight, drinking copious amounts of water and overall going downhill quickly. Dr. Smith determined (correctly) that she was suffering from diabetic ketoacidosis. He recommended that we put her down. We were heartbroken, but thought he must be right since she looked so poorly. Dr. Smith made sure to tell us that if we wanted to be in the room with her when she was put to sleep it would be an additional $80. Just to be there so our dog would be with her family in her last moments. It was extremely off-putting, particularly since we hadn’t even asked about those details at that point.Fortunately, we had the sense to take her to the Blue Pearl pet E.R. with a wonderful doctor who told us her prognosis was excellent with twice daily insulin shots and a carefully regulated diet. Because Blue Pearl doesn’t do regular care, we had to go back to 4 Corners to get her prescription diet and blood glucose testing to determine how much insulin she should be given.After a full day of testing I came in to pick her up and met with Dr. Smith for him to go over her test results. Despite our dog having been with the staff the entire day, and despite the fact that Dr. Smith was holding paperwork with all her information, he repeatedly referred to her as “he” and got her name wrong.Recently I brought her in for a checkup, and he had the gall to infer that because we declined further testing once her insulin levels were stabilized we were poor pet owners. This from the vet who recommended that we kill her a year ago. Again, he couldn’t even get her name or gender right. He even refused to give me the details of the checkup we paid for because we didn’t want the extra testing done.Long overdue, but we will no longer be taking our pets to this unprofessional, incompetent doctor.

Dr Smith is a very reflective vet whom you can tell so has genuine thoughts on caring for our critters. The staff are also very friendly. One thing I liked was Dr. Smith actually reviews for pets previous history and visits so he can be fresh on the course of treatment.

These people were the best when it came time for Angela to go to the rainbow bridge, and Amanda and Emily before her. The staff is very caring. Not cheap, but what are your best friends worth? All of my pets will go there as long as Dr. Smith decides to keep working

After trying a couple of clinics over 20 years ago I choose Dr. Jack Smith and his staff as my fur babies care giver. I have always been given the attention required and treatment needed. For me they are "THE BEST".

Dr, Smith (Dr. Jack!) and his team are by far the best in Animal AND Human Customer service. As someone who knows this team personally, and someone who is very familiar with this field.. I cannot express enough how much pride the Doctor here takes in his work, his business, and his clients and their fur babies. You can't find genuinely caring people. And this whole team is one big family. And that is where I want to invest my money into... Wouldn't you want that for your pets too? The best care possible?

My dog Thumper had an ear infection and my previous vet couldn't fit in my urgent care needs for 18 days. Totally unacceptable. For Corners got me in immediately. Dr. Smith and his team identified the problem, prescribed a solution, called my former vet and found out I was behind on a couple vaccinations and did that too on the same day. I'm a happy camper!

I took my cat sprocket there due to the fact that he had multiple wounds and we had no idea why. Dr. Smith said the cat had fleas and was itching severally due to the fleas thus causing wounds. He took my cat to a back room came back and told me what medicines he gave the cat. A flea treatment, anti- itch, and antibiotics. None of the treatments worked. My cat still has wounds and is still itching like crazy. I called the vet and they wanted to charge me to see my cat again and I said they should see him with no change to due not fixing the problem. I told them I would pay for more medicine though. The doctor would not even meet me halfway and said it was my fault that the cat was still itching and had fleas. I treated my other cat with flea treatment and he has been just fine. They told me over the phone that the cat was allergic to fleas. Not true as he has had fleas before and never had this issue. I am very displeased with this vet. I don't recommend them at all.

I took my dog here who was drastically losing weight and in pain. We took him in multiple time and they kept saying it was his teeth and precribing medicine and tooth work. He wasnt getting any better finally took him to another vet and they fixed the problem in just one visit. Won't be going back.

I called in with some questions and was trying to make an appointment to bring my dog in for a check up and to get a micro chip. I sat on hold for a couple minutes then woman on the phone was very rude and short with me and seemed like she was annoyed that I was asking questions...So I cancelled my appointment and made one with the very nice people at Wilderness clinic.
