I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a waitress in my life.We stayed in Wapato Point with our kids and friends and decided to check out the restaurant since it was close.Before we entered the restaurant we asked if they could accompany our party and ‘warned’ them we had kids. One of the waitresses assured us it was a ‘kid friendly’ establishment and that they had a kids menu, so we decided to take the opportunity to try their food. After being seated our experience quickly took a turn for the worst. The waitress was extremely rude to our children, (who were well-behaved mind you) told them they were not allowed to walk out onto the patio, was seemingly frustrated at every order or request we made, and made passive aggressive comments about our existence within their establishment. She continued this behavior, glaring from the bar area, eye rolling, and dismissing us until our food came, at which point we no longer felt welcome asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very understanding and kind, and agreed that out treatment was egregious.Upon paying our bill our terrible waitress had the gall to circle the bottom of the check where it explained that “parties of 10 or more” were required to leave a 30% tip. It’s almost comical at how horrible of waitress/person we had to deal with. Will not only not return, but will be recommending that others that stay at Wapato Point do not waste their time or money on subjecting their families to this kind of treatment.

Delicious dinner and the chef was amazingly accommodating for a gluten allergy (the gf pizza is DELICIOUS). Wait staff was well versed in what my partner could order plus very funny. We can’t wait to come back.

Cool place, and right next to hotel we were staying at. Too bad the service and food was hardly desirable. Ever round of beer and there was three of us. Every pour was 75%. First issue. Food was sub par. One of our guest had to vomit in restroom. When the check came out server never asked if it was together or separate. And seemed to be a huge inconvenience when we asked to split it down middle so two of us could pay for meal for us and our guest. Server was all in a tizzy over it. I will never give that place money moving forward . And I never make reviews but the whole experience was trash; and wanted to share. At least the beer was cold and tasted fine. Even if you only got 75% of what you paid for. Good luck.

Cozy restaurant with live music. We arrived on time for our reservation at 7pm but still had to wait a bit. Wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while we waited. Live music gave nice atmosphere. Wedge salad was great. Seared Ahi was tasty and well presented, and really liked the spices on the blackened salmon. Wait staff super busy and it was a bit noisy inside but to be expected with it being a Saturday night in the summer. Salad and main dish was served at same time which left little space for eating on a 2 top. Service was prompt even though it was busy. Clearing of tables took a bit long and there were some flys visiting us. Server was super friendly.

This place was recommended to us. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience. One of our orders was placed incorrectly. Served indeed repeated our order to us but still one of them came out incorrectly. Instead of apologizing and fixing it immediately server insisted she processed the order correctly. We kept the order since it seemed like an inconvenience. We were charged full and server kept her unapologetic demeanor. Atmosphere was a little messy by the bathrooms. Food boxes everywhere. We did have one pleasant food runner. She was very sweet compared to the server we had.

Beer and cider was good. Food was just average and overpriced. Most food seemed like it was just store bought food that they heated. Also, there was only one server and he was handling so much on his own while the two women behind the bar just watched him struggle. We were never asked if we wanted to order more drinks. We ordered a side of tots in place on chips and were charged for a full side of tots, but what we got was definitely not a full side of the tots. Definitely not worth the prices.

Met my grown children for an afternoon get together. They had just ordered fresh fruit side for $ 10 and the server brought a small bunch of grapes. My daughter questioned the server and she agreed that the "seasonal fruit" was a rip off. I was hungry so i ordered. My food was tasty, if not a little expensive for pedestrian food. Since i had joined mid-meal, i asked to have the check split. I was told that could not happen. I asked "you can't split it or won't? " Answer "Won't!"Went back next day to order one item at a time and close the check on each order. Got distracted from my pettiness by entertaining my sister and brother. Food was consistent with the day before. My wife had salad and asked for rolls. The owner went to see if they had rolls and indeed they did. She brought out six rolls with seasoned butter, awesome. The graciousness softened the total experience until i looked at the bill and we were charged $18 for supermarket rolls. GREED? or desperation to servive? Either way, runaway as fast as you can.

Excellent selection of food that is exciting for both adults and children. My daughter tried their carb options (bread and pretzel), and I had the Ahi. I wish I had taken photos of the food, because the plating was lovely. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, and the patio space is TO DIE FOR! They had a summer concert series advertised, and I imagine this being a practically perfect space for live music. We will definitely be back!

So, so good! So good, in fact, that we ate dinner there twice in 3 day stay in Manson. The food is great. The service is even better. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If and when we are back in Manson, we'll definitely be eating here again.

Went in for dinner and drinks. We were left sitting for 20 minutes before having to ask two employees if we could at least order some drinks. It took almost another 10 minutes to get menu's. When our server came back over to take our order she kept saying how busy she was and it was just crazy. She was very adament about taking all of our drink orders first then our food order which made it even more confusing. Food order for the 5 of us was the Pretzel and the Dilly Dip. It took 30 minutes for us to get those two items, even though we saw 2 other tables with full on sandwiches and salads get their food before us, but had sat down well after we ordered. Food was brought out randomly instead of all together which was odd. I work in the industry and and it was almost embarrassing for y'alls name to have service that bad. It was busy but it was not busting at the seams with huge lines or a wait list for a table. After leaving, my friend received an email asking how my visit was, as she has frequented there before and she let all of this be known to the survey. She received an email stating they were sorry and staff would be spoken to and that she would be getting a refund. 3 days later, after not receiving a refund, she reached out and instead of being kind or gracious the owner who emailed her, let me know she did not send that email and how excellent her staff is. And furthermore, since she claims to not have sent that email herself, my friend will not get a refund just for "claiming to have bad service." This will not be a place we will venture out to again and will most definitely think twice about referring someone to dine there. No matter how busy your establishment/restaurant is - it is your duty as owner(s) to ensure your managers, waitstaff and other employees treat guests with respect and do their absolute best in order to provide your patrons with an enjoyable experience. It is also your duty as an owner, to rectify any issues at hand, regardless, if an email didn't come from you personally. You placed the authority with someone in your establishment to make an executive decision to provide a refund/discount as they see fit. Stand behind this. You're lucky there is only one of us asking for a refund - My tab was $48.00. This review could have been three or four stars, if the issue of the bill was handled in a positive way.
