I love the drinks coming from this coffee cabin, a big BUT would be that some of the ladies working here definitely need to work on their customer service. Also another thing noticed is they pretty consistently do not give the usual 24oz cups for redbull Italian sodas so it's replaced with a 20oz and I personally feel it should be discounted at least a little to accommodate the size difference, there are a couple ladies who will give you the right size but seems most times not.

I will add some stars because there are some awesome baristas who work here that work hard and do a super job and are always friendly or polite to you. I really am not one to complain or write negative reviews, however, after a couple frightening encounters I now feel the need to do so. On many occasions there’s an older brunette gal I believe her name is Kendra who is working who rarely says hi or even smiles…. she opens the window screen super hard and asks sternly “what do you want today?” Now there are a few occasions where she will be friendly and I will tip for the great service, but others and I have noticed if you don’t tip this certain barista she will huff and slam the window and not say anything to you after you pay. If you don’t catch her in a good mood she will literally shove the iPad at you which most of the time is covered in grime and sticky drops from other people’s drinks. There have also been times I’ve seen her stick her head out the window yelling at cars to pull up after the last one leaves including at me as I’m already doing so. I want to give this place more chances but the attitude from one of the older employees here is really saddening. We try to miss her if we can when we come here. To earn a tip from me you have to earn it with good customer service, not just expect a tip then get mad when I don’t tip you after shoving me with an iPad and glaring at me. The other girls are great and I would love to return to get drinks from them! They get my stars.

Customer service is lacking. Lately, none of the batista can smile, say hi or act like they even care that you're visiting their business. Filled up a punch card for a free drink and tried to use it only to be told I couldn't use it for a 32 oz. drink. Generally I get drinks here 1 to 3 times a week but I think it's time to find somewhere else to spend my money.

Great coffee drinks. I heard they have great breakfasts sandwiches as well, but didn't try them. The service was really fast.One side is for walk-ups and the other is the drive-thru.

The two that are working around 1130 today are so sweet & nice! They made my moms complicated order & made it a breeze for me! She said that it was one of the best iced cappuccinos she’s had! I’ve always had a great experience & great coffee every time I’ve come here.

My family lives in the area, so I make it a point to walk here and get an iced coffee and a smoothie for my niece. All the workers are extremely friendly and upbeat! Hailey is an exceptional worker, who always make the experience memorable while we wait for our orders. I live in Seattle and this is the only comparable coffee in the are, their iced mochas are A+!! :)P.S they offer punch cards yay!!!

Coffee cabin is one reason I look forward to vacation at Lake Chelan. It's SO GOOD. Unlike many coffee places, they seem to understand that there are people who like strong coffee AND sugary frou-frou beverages. The espresso shake is *mwah*, especially with an additional shot of espresso. Also love their white mocha stuff (they have it hot, iced and blended). My kids love the Italian sodas with cream + whipped cream on top.

I came here this summer and the coffee was great and I was looking forward to coming back. During the summer the staff was wearing masks and following COVID protocol. However, when I pulled up to the coffee shop today the worker was not wearing a mask. This was very unfortunate to see a business not caring for the safety and health of their customers during a global pandemic.

Drove over to Manson from the west side of the state. Seeing that the state of Washington was loosening up its travel restriction while the pandemic continues I walked up to The Coffee Cabin from Wapato Point to get a coffee to go. I had mask on and as I got to the order window the barista was finishing upwith a drive thru order. I was surprised to see that neither were wearing masks. Seeing no mask even visible I walked away disappointed. I understand how times are tough especially in the food and drink industry but this appears to be blatant disregard. I tried to contribute.

Great customer service. My blended drink had an ice chunk that kept plugging up my straw preventing me from drinking my drink until it finally melted.
