We bought our first Regal (LS4 Surf) last September after falling in love with one we saw on Lake Chelan. We were recently boating on the lake and noticed something a bit off about the boat and called Reed’s Marina - they squeezed us in (we were on vacation with my sister’s family visiting from Texas!) to fix our boat. Within a few days we were back out on the water enjoying our dream boat! HUGE shout out for the outstanding customer service at the front desk with Abby and the incredibly knowledgeable service tech Danny for fixing our boat! AND … Randy Reed for providing top notch Regal leadership and support!! I’m over the moon impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING about Reed’s Marine!

There is nothing these folks won't do to keep a customer happy. I was new to boating and Randy helped me pick a boat that was perfect for me. After delivery, the team put it in the water and then came out and showed me how everything worked. Whenever I had a question or an issue, they were always responsive and helpful. Most importantly, all the service staff at Reed's are highly trained, courteous, reliable and professional. That is very hard to find around here. If you are boating Lake Chelan or anywhere within 100 miles, you would be making a mistake not to buy your boat from Reed's Marine.

Taylor made buying the boat an awesome experience! We are new to boating and decided on a pontoon boat. Taylor went above and beyond even after hours. He was also very patient with us after asking so many questions. Holly was fun and very patient while doing the paperwork and answered our phone calls every time . Then the owner Randy was also there to help with whatever we needed. Taylor also made us feel more confident with the boat when he took us out on the lake and showed us everything we needed to know . We will be going back to Reed's Marine these guys are awesome!

Abby was amazing!!!!! Even though she was all alone in the shop, on 4th of July weekend. She answered all of our questions, and really took the time to sell us a great boat. We will be back! Thanks Abby, we appreciate all you did for us

After getting my boat serviced by three other cos. there's no doubt Reed's is the best. Nice people, great service, and dependable workmanship. The only problem I ever had was their inspection of the boat I was trying to sell.....they came up with an estimated $3800 in repairs and It hurt our relationship.

I searched and search Washington State for the best price on my new boat. As it turned out, Reed Marine had a very competitive price, but what made the difference is that their sales tax is a lot less than in the Seattle area. I got to save money on tax and I got to play with my new purchase on the best lake in the NW. These guys know their stuff!

If you want to get hosed, go to Reed's Marine. A carburetor for $1,100?! After complaining to the owner he dropped the price $100.00 but then jacked up the price for other work such as installing the carburetor for $200! There are much better dealers in the Chelan area that are reputable. Stay away from this guy if you want anything left in your wallet.
