Jen, Melo (our pup) and I had the great pleasure of spending five nights at Mountain View. From the first person who greeted us, and throughout the stay, we had only friendly and informative interactions. The rooms are incredibly clean and as well appointed as I have ever experienced. All the little touches, like ample sockets, USB receptacles, well functioning appliances were there for our use; lots of little touches that you might not even notice unless they were not at your fingertips. The guest use area with pool, hot tub, and an incredibly well equipped barbeque and picnic area were inviting and accessible. If you hover around anything looking quizzical, a staff member is at your side ready to assist. There are restaurants and coffee shops right across the street and a grocery store on the other side as well as convenience items at the front desk and breakfast room. Our dog loved the very large grassy lot directly adjacent to the lodge. We also took advantage of the several great trails within a short drive and the easy access to downtown Chelan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon to the Mountain View family.

Good for location, but the shuttle they recommended & gave us hand written number. Left us at casino & got no answer from shuttle or hotel. Was left asking strangers for a ride with my finance. Very embarrassing and unfortunate. Called to speak with owner to inform of situation….

Our room was clean and the beds are comfortable. Although I understand why the maids don't come on the rooms when they are rented, I feel they should come in to at least bring more towels and empty the trash. Covid is over now and for the price we paid for the room, we should of had at least standard service. Please do something about the the toilets!! The seats are so small that most senior behinds cannot sit on them let lone do the things that must be done. They are misurable!! Other than these things, we enjoyed our stay here.

We started our stay here and we’re met with terrible upstairs residents who were loud and making noise through the night- when we went to ask them to quiet down they threatened to kill us in the middle of the night. We spoke to management and left at 11:30 at night and requested a refund - they did not refund us and stated that we stayed that night so they would not. Worst experience ever in Chelan. Will NEVER stay here again! Avoid at all cost!!! Not worth the $400+ for terrible service and a clientele that feels it’s okay to threaten other customers. Would give zero stars if I could. So disappointed.

Kim ( Owner ) along with Maria and Becca were fantastic!The amenities of the place, general overall comfort and close proximity to the Lake as well as their pool temperature on 97 degree days was perfect.Great location as it's right across the street from Restaurants and Coffee Shops, food, fuel and Live Entertainment!Even my Prison ID worked !Thanks Kim. 😂 😜

We've stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! Very welcoming, and consistent, customer service. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. We've stayed at a few other dog-friendly hotels/motels in the area (which are also great), but for the price this one takes the cake!Breakfast isn't anything fancy, but it's nice to go back to your childhood and use the waffle maker and eat buttery, syrupy waffles. The hot tub is clean and perfect way to relax. Easy parking (and they have an EV charger too if you have an EV).Truthfully - not much I'd recommend they change.

This is our 3rd year traveling to Chelan and staying at Mountain View. The outside cook area is amazing, with several sinks, mini-fridges, and gas BBQs. I'm not impressed with a lot of the food choices for a family in Chelan or Manson so we cook at the lodge in their outdoor BBQ area. The heated pool is always a plus as well for my small kids. Rooms are well kept and clean.

In town visiting family and this place was great! My brother rented my sister and I one of the pet friendly rooms and not only was it wonderfully clean it also smelled good too! They gave us a welcome pack for my furbaby that had a nice "paw towel" for her use (very handy for keeping things clean), some poo pick up bags, treats and even a fetch ball! The grounds are very well kept and absolutely beautiful. They also had a nice, clean and soft pet blanket that was greatly appreciated by all of us! The beds were comfortable and we all really enjoyed our stay! I definitely recommend staying here!

Best experience I've had in a long time at a motel! We stayed there 4 nights. The room was well maintained, very clean and tidy! The pool and hot tub were clean and quite nice. We used the grills that they had there for us to use. They worked flawlessly. The motel grounds make for a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff, (maybe owners?), that were running it were very kind and helpful. They went out of there way to make it the good time that it was!

Amazing gem of a find! The family came together for an almost last minute planned trip, so we didn’t know what to expect. They have a great set up. The rooms are roomy enough with what you need for a weekend. The facilities are great with toys for adults and kids plus a decent breakfast selection and warm cookies in the evening. The s’mores around the fire is always a hit. The pool and hot tub were in great shape. Most importantly, the management was outstanding with the nice touch of have our name on the door with a welcome message, they were accommodating to a couple of things we asked for and everyone was super friendly. We will be back!

I am so impressed by MVL. The staff (I believe Michael? Helped get me set up for an early checking and Maria was who I mostly dealt with) were absolutely amazing. Each morning Maria had a huge smile when I came in for breakfast. The continental breakfast was perfect, those helping with the food were super sweet too (I didn’t get their names). The room was great, it’s nice to have a microwave mini fridge these days. I didn’t get to use the pool, BBQ area nor any of the outdoor toys as I was traveling with an infant but I will definitely be back and use them next time. One of the most pleasant stays I’ve had!

This was the absolute perfect place for our much needed break from the city! I think it's the first hotel we've stayed that I wasn't woken up in the middle of the night from trains, freeway noise, drunks, or elevators. There were families staying, but everyone was very respectful and quiet. There was a group that arrived on our last day that was inconsiderate at the pool, but management quickly came and told them they had to leave. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

If you are looking for a family friendly place with great rooms, amazing out door area, and exceptional service than this is the place I recommend. We were forced out of our rental house due to the 25 mile fire and Matt was so helpful in getting us set up with rooms at the very last minute for a family of 6. Maria the next day helped us secure rooms for my parents who were due to show up that day and also make sure our family could also stay on site for the rest of our trip. They were so helpful and so accommodating at a time when we thought we would have to cut our kids trip short! And it actually ended up working out better in the long run with the rest of our plans. The outdoor BBQ area is the nicest I have ever seen and we cooked on it every night we were there. You don't even need your own grill kit! They have them for you! Thank you to Maria and Matt who were our literal life savers from the moment we checked in and the moment we realized we forgot some things in the room and were almost home! We will most definitely be staying here when we come back to Lake Chelan.

Modest accommodations, but very clean and staff is outstanding! Although fully booked during our stay, it was fairly quiet. They have a large covered pavilion with fire pit and grills that can be reserved for cookouts. Unlike most other lodging during this crazy pandemic, reserving pool time was easy; however, I did not notice staff sanitizing pool chairs or floats between pool slots.

Such an incredible place! My boyfriend and I came here for our 7 year anniversary over New Years weekend. We booked kinda late for such a place so we didn’t do any of the extra packages. We were still greeted with a custom greeting at the door, a card and some chocolates, we were even able to snag some private time in the hot tub where the gentleman working brought us drinks. Now the view was beautiful! Perfect view of the mountains from the window of the room, along with nice lights hung around the Lodge to celebrate the season. Staying at this lodge in Manson was the best get away from ‘city’ life with the perfect mix of views, things to do, romance and wine. Can’t wait to go back again!

My daughter's and I came here to get a night away and had a wonderful time! The hosts were very accommodating and made great recommendations for things to do in the area. We loved the heated pool, hottub and fire pit, plus the beautifully decorated rooms with views. We will definitely be back!

So, the other day I went to take my boat out of Lake Chelan, and after backing down the ramp and loading the boat, my truck wouldn't move! Oh no, there I was, blocking the launch and no idea what to do or what was wrong. I figured it had something to do with the brakes since it would run and go into gear, but was glued in place. Called David (my husband), he had some ideas but nothing I could do where I was. Called the people at Mountain View Lodge in Manson where I was staying, and Kim offered to send her husband over to help. Whew, help is on the way! After I called Kim, a gentleman came into the launch in his boat. He suggested I unplug my trailer electric plug from the truck. Voila!!! It worked!!!! I was free, and it didn't involve tow trucks and mechanics like I had feared. I can't thank Timothy R Sullivan enough - he's my hero. I tried to call Kim and cancel my distress call, but I couldn't get through and her husband showed up anyway. He too was happy it was an easy fix.I just want to say, there's a reason I love the Chelan/Manson area. Not only do the have the very best eggs benny at Blueberry Hills Farm, great fishing, beautiful views and weather, but they have THE VERY BEST PEOPLE!!! ❤️❤️❤️Nearby activities: Many opportunities for fun close by.Walkability: Within walking distance of great restaurants and even a well stocked market. Downtown Manson is right there also.

Came up for my wife’s bday and had an add on of wine and chocolates ready for her. She absolutely loved the added touch of the message outside our door wishing her a happy birthday. We stay here for fishing trips and personal relaxation trips. Top notch facility with clean, comfortable rooms! Plus walking distance to food and beverages.

This is a great place to stop for the night! They are nice people, always wanting to help. The rooms are clean, the grounds are beautiful with an outdoor cooking/eating area that far surpasses most anyplace else I've stayed. They allow pets and ask that the pet owners are responsible! They include a sack of goodies for the pet to enjoy their stay. It would be a good spot for families traveling in a group as there is plenty of places to hang out together outdoors...and covered if it is raining. The pool and hot tub are open all year round and I love the hot tub on a cold morning!
