It amazes me that Dr. Kathy doesn't have TOTAL Five Star listings. she and her staff are kind and knowledgeable. We have had four pets in their care and Dr. Kathy was so compassionate when we had to send our beloved Boston Terrier over the rainbow.Ethel, our rescue kitty got amazing care as does our second rescue kitty Peggy Sue! Our adorable mischievous Mini Daschund, Apple, is lucky to have such patient and caring staff! We all love them all!

I can't say enough good things about the staff! They showed so much love and kindness towards my little Pomeranian when he had dental surgery. They called me several times to check on him. I ride the bus and to make things better for us, one of the nurses/assistants named Courtney, gave us a ride home and I live in Entiat!The doctor herself called to check on him, ask questions, and give further instructions. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!

I have not yet met Dr. Kraemer, but she is an amazing vet! Our small, old dog was possibly grazed be a car on Monday morning when he decided to take a 10hour adventure on his own. I won’t go through the whole story but on Thursday as he was showing more symptoms of possible trauma she took us in after business hours, while she was working with another pet in need, so that we didn’t have to go through the weekend Not knowing what was wrong with our guy! She treated him and sent us home with some meds to help with his injuries.We’ve had some ER vet visits where we’ve waited hours in parking lots in hopes our pet would be seen, in this case we did wait but at home keeping our guy comfortable until she had a moment in her busy day to take a look. She’s amazing!

Everything about my experience was so above the 5 stars. They not only took excellent care of my dog during his surgery but they called me several times to check up on him. And their prices are beyond reasonable. They truly love and pamper your babies just like they would their own. Now, if only I could find a doctor for myself who was so thourough and caring!

My name is Debbie Davidson and Kathy was my vet for years. She continues to be my families vet still to this day. Dan and I have moved away out of state but to this date, I have never found no one like her in the state of WA or the state I am in now. She has a magic about her...she is gifted is why. We have rescued many and sill do. Once use to bred...will never again since so many need homes. But Kathy had taught me so much. It helped in saving animals. She will always have a special place in my heart as well as Susan and Carol who I knew well back in the day. My friendship with Kathy has never been forgotten. We rescued a horse and latered found out she was once hers. She helped me saved a cleft palette puppy. I brought research to her as I felt mama wasn't giving up and I didn't want to either. She took it home and read it, called me the next day and said let's do it. We saved that puppy! No surgery! My will and her skill! I will love her always. Anyone who wants to become a vet should learn from her. She seen a lot from many vets she didn't agree with. Went with her trained skilled mind and heart and she is amazing! I had arranged with Kathy to drop off our 2 dogs for boarding (both of which she has been treating for years). I was quoted a price of $22 per dog per day. To her credit she arranged for one of her workers to meet me on a Sunday morning as she was there to walk other boarding dogs. I dropped the dogs off at 9:00 am and picked them up the next day at 2:00 pm. expecting a bill for $44. to my shock I was presented a bill for $203.50 I discovered that one of the dogs was given 79.50 worth of various treatments that we were never contacted about or consented to plus a boarding fee that somehow increased to $31 per dog per day. The final boarding charges were $124. since the dogs were there for 29 hours apparently they considered the extra 5 hours a full day. so what started out as $22 per dog became $62. per dog. I find this type of deceptive billing outrageous and unethical. I will have nothing further to do with this business and can only say BUYER BEWARE.

Couldn't be more pleased with this vet! Dr. Kraemer dropped everything to help our dog during off hours, had excellent compassion, knowledge and follow through. Very grateful for this vet and would highly recommend to anyone.
