What a wonderful place! My family has visited over Christmas break for the last 4 years. We love staying in our hillside cabin - the view of Chelan and the mountains is fantastic, especially from our private hot tub. We spend our days cross country skiing just a 10 minute drive up the hill - miles upon miles of breathtakingly beautiful nordic trails. We've also tried skiing at the cute little downhill ski area next to the cabins. It doesn't compare to the big ski areas, but it's a perfect size for my family.The cabins aren't fancy, but they're always clean and well stocked with blankets, dishes, and basic cooking stuff. John lovingly keeps this place running and is always so helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that prices have increased significantly with the new owners, but we love this place too much to stop coming!

The cabin we stayed in had a wonderful territorial view with the Enchantments mountains in the distance. There was air conditioning so very pleasant sleeping conditions. The nights are very quiet with a full sky of stars, shooting stars, and satellites. The hottub really makes it nice after a day of hiking. 15 minutes from Chelan.

My experience with this "resort", if you can call it that, is a poor one. First off, we paid for one of the two cabins with a hot tub. The hot tub did not work, when we called to have the "handyman" come look at the hot tub... nothing was done or said to us. No call backs and it was hard getting a hold of him. The door didn't lock, the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, and the shower was tiny. On top of it, place is a dirt bowl. If I threw a cabin in my horse pasture it would be nicer than this place. The service and the money are not worth the trip out here when a KOA is more functional than here.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom Cabin with my family and my dog. This Cabin was perfect for us. It had a kitchen , a nice fireplace, and a beautiful hot tub. I loved the fact that our Cabin wasn’t close to the other cabins and we enjoyed the beautiful views all around us. And we also liked that the Ski resort was just down the street from our cabin. We took the kids snow tubing they had a blast! We will definitely be back next Winter!

We have been coming here for years and we love the hot tubs. Recently aquired new ownership have made many updates, but kept their wonderful maintenance guy, John! Highly recommend for a weekend away from home close to lake chelan.

This February will be our 3rd visit to the cabins. We have had a pleasant stay both times, John took very good care of us. Looking forward to meeting the new owners and any changes. Love the snowmobiling. 1-23-23 Well unfortunately we won't be going back to Chelan Rentals Resort anymore. We have spent 1 weekend a year there for the past 5 years. It has now went through 3 owners and have continued to raise the prices but add no improvements. At least change out a shower head once inwhile add some new dishes Anything!!! Wonderful snowmobiling. Will continue to go but have found a new place to lay our heads.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we couldn't have been more pleased. The people were very friendly and easy to deal with. The cabins were Very clean and well equipped. The setting is peaceful and quiet in the woods yet still close enough to town. I would recommend these cabins to anyone, my husband and I have decided we won't stay anywhere else!

Amazing owner. Amazing views. Amazing cabins. This is our second summer we have spent here and we plan on coming back again next year! The cabin has everything you need to cook a meal, including a grill outside! If you're looking for a quiet place to get away, I highly recommend it!

John was really friendly, and the view from the cabin was great, even with the smoke. Location relative to recreation trails is unbeatable. Would be a 5 star review, but the dishes required washing, and the bed wasn't super comfortable. That said, we plan on coming back!

Cabins are nice and Cozy, From the f6 time we stayed until this last time, we could tell that there has been some work done on the cabins that made the stay more comfortable.Rooms: Rooms were well taken care of,Nearby activities: It's a little far out from activities, but a great place to stay to have peaceful night sleeps.Safety: Great quiet place to stay, but not a place to let young kids just run with the terrain.Walkability: If you like nature walks, it's a great place with all the trails. It's too far out to walk to any of the town's. Getting to the pool is also a hike, trail is pretty steep and the road is pretty busy with car traffic going up to upper trails to walk down.Food & drinks: If you want some snacks and some drinks they have them at the registration office, other than that you'll have a 30 minute drive. You do have a kitchen in the room, so you can cook and a barbecue outside.Noteworthy details: If you want a quiet little get away, it is a great place to stay. If you have active kids, this is probably not the place to stay, they will drive you crazy with them being bored.

We stayed one week in July. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The cabin is nice, clean, and have great views! We use the private hot hub almost every day. It’s also dog friendly!

Had an amazing time when I stayed here a few weeks ago! The folks that work here are some of the nicest people I've ever met and the locale is very easy to reach, just 20 or so minutes from Chelan. The cabins are very nice and clean and the price is excellent ($69 dollars per night for a 1 bed cabin perfect for two, $49 during the off season) It's got great hikes just a walk away and just about everything you need for a great vacation. I will be coming back during the Winter Season for some skiing!

This was such amazing place to stay! Stayed two nights in one bedroom cabin (no bathroom attached) and was very pleased with our stay. Arrived late at night, but John, the manager taking loving care of this place, guided us thru the night to our cabin. Cabins were spaced well from each other so you do have your privacy. There was electrical grill outside the cabin. The amenities were superb: mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, television with cable and dvd player, bottled water and coffee included, fan and AC, flash light. The office had a great supply of many DVD with new titles. Cabin was very clean, the mattress too soft for our backs, but got excellent sleep (was too smoky outside from summer fires so we ended up spending lots of time inside of the cabin). The bath house with a shower and toilet for our use was super clean and huge with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Excellent. John was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of hiking trails. This place is great for summer/winter vacation. Will definitely come back if in the area! Thank you for keeping this place clean and affordable!

Our family goes up to these beautiful cabins for our spring break for the last 3 years ( except this last one). No phones,little t.v.,play outside in the fresh air. We play games,have a bbq dinner, wash up then hit the hot tub right outside our door. The view is pretty amazing!!!

John has been a friendly custodian of this hidden gem since forever. I was a little troubled to hear under new management the cabins may go on Airbnb as that app adds no value for guest or host.

Love this place. We come every year for the cross country skiing. I plan to come in the summer one of these years. The cabins are not fancy, but are very nice. Beautiful mountain views.
