Chloe is very attentive to my little furry babies and tries to take time out to give constructive feedback. We often receive pawsome and pawgress reports which are so adorable! We've been seeing her for a while now and she always remembers us and makes us feel so special.

I scheduled my fur baby’s groom on app. They called and asked if I could come earlier, but I could not. So kept original time later in the day. LSS - I ended up running late by about 20 minutes, so I called and apologized & asked if I should reschedule or come ahead. She said come ahead. (I did tell her I was about 10 mins out. Unfortunately got stuck in traffic, so ended up about 15 minutes before I got there. The girl was very rude and had the audacity to reprimand me over and over for being late. I just left - and will never go back to this location. You do not treat customers like children. Life happens. I was already having a horrible day and did not appreciate a young lady giving me a lecture on punctuality. This location lost a regular customer.

A good pet store. It has cat adoption and a pet hospital attached. There is just about anything pet related you might need here.

Came in a little before 8, asked the associate that was working if she could help me with getting a fish, told me don’t sell fish after 8, I went down one of the aisles and overhead someone asking if they can get some fish, the associate said sure what can I get you. I came back out of the aisle and looked at her and said, I thought you couldn’t sell fish after 8, she tells me my manager said I can help with fish now since we’re slow, she then asked me what size my tank was cause she didn’t wanna sell me the pleco, told her I have a 40 gallon, I know how big they get, she finally got me my fish. No where does it say anything about not selling fish after 8.

I got at least 3 times last minute cancellation from this pet smart grooming. Definitely not recommend if you don’t want to break your plan.

I have been to two different PetSmart grooming salons in the area and this one is already my favorite after my first visit. Kurrisa did a great job de-shedding my pug and was very kind and easy to work with. we will be back! 🐶

I went in to get a small angelfish and was asked about the size of my tank. Ive had angelfish for years and recently lost an old one. It's a 40 gallon tank. The associate said she couldn't sell me the fish unless the tank was at least 50 gal. I'll not only be never returning, but I'm letting every single pet owner I know that PetSmart has rules that aren't POSTED ANYWHERE VISIBLE IN THE STORE!

Alisha in the grooming department is amazing! She is passionate about her job and making our fur babies look their best! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for many years for all our pets and everyone that works at the store is really knowledgeable and welcoming. We love it here.
