It was my dog Coco’s first visit yesterday, and her hair was styled exactly as we asked if not even better than expected! She also smelled amazing. We recommend JD as he did a great job cutting and styling her hair, and she seemed so happy after the appointment. We have never seen her happy after grooming at any other locations until this one! We have had bad experiences from other places but so grateful to have found this location with nice staff as well. I recommend this spot for something affordable but trustworthy to keep your dog in care with!

We've been going to Petco Grooming for several years. They do a great job handling our 12+ year old dog. He doesn't like being handled but he does ok for them. They treat him well!

I had a wonderful grooming experience with Jake (JD). I get my pup groomed regularly, but I am new to this Petco location. He’s the first groomer to have asked about my pup’s medications, if she had any skin conditions, etc. I could tell he really had my pup’s best interest in mind and safety was his priority.JD asked what type of cut/style I wanted and he asked for more details which I really appreciated. There have been a few times in the past where I didn’t get the look I was hoping for, so I appreciate he clarified so I could have the outcome I wanted :)I stayed for a little bit after handing my pup to JD for her full bath/groom and was able to see her through the grooming window. He was super sweet and gentle when handling my pup. I could tell she was relaxed during her grooming and that JD enjoyed being around my pup as well. Not only did he do a fantastic job with my pup’s groom, he also did exactly what I asked for. I’m happy to have met JD and am looking forward to bringing my pup here regularly, even though this location is a bit far for me. Thanks JD!

I have a Samoyed who desperately needed a groom but all of the groomers i checked in with did not have availibity until next month. I try to never bring him to Petco because of all the horror stories i've heard. But this location is amazing!Jake was our groomer and he did a thorough check of my dogs coat and said it was very compacted so there would be a little extra charge which i didnt mind. I'm always terrified that I will come to pick up a shaved dog but i told Jake that my dog might need to be shaved in some spots and his response was "you know what shaving does to them right ?" which i really liked and felt like i had less anxiety knowing they wouldnt be shaving him or using the furminator brush on him. Jake finished the grooming in only 2.5 hours, i was shocked because usually my dog takes 4 hours to groom. I picked him up and the price was very fair and my dog was very happy and clean. Will definitely be coming back! I was so pleasantly surprised~

Trisha is the ONE reason we love Petco grooming! She does a PHENOMINAL job, she cares about our Zelda and Zelda loves seeing Trisha! As long as Trisha is a Petco, we'll continue with baths/haircuts with Petco! :)

Stacy in Grooming is wonderful. She has the best service is very personable and professional. Definitely is an asset to your company and deserves a raise. She’s been wonderful with an issue. I had at a different store and took ownership and made it right. This is huge to me. I worked in customer service for 31 years now, and this is excellent and above and beyond to what I usually see.

I've brought my dog here several times and have had a wonderful experience. I bring him in today for the same service as usual - a bath and a shave - drop him off and get a call less than 5 minutes later that they won't shave him because of his age (11) and skin tags on his belly (which have been checked by his vet and were there last time). Last time we were there was less than a year ago. We drove out of our way to bring him back here because previously they were amazing. What a ridiculous waste of time.

Destiny did an amazing job on both of our girls. She listened to the haircut requests I had and did perfectly with those. Overall, our girls look amazing! And they were happy when we picked them up.

Highly recommend them. We have a fluffy corgi that tends to roll in anything he can find and JD has been the best groomer we could have asked for. We will move a couple of hours away but will make sure to make the drive to still use his services.

Really not sure what is going on with this store. We used to love bring our dogs here but lately they have been terrible. My pups loved the groomer they had but unfortunately for us he left a while back. Since then it has been completely hit and miss. They can not seem to keep anyone in this department. Getting an appointment has been rough to say the least. Then they continually cancel because someone dies not show up. My dogs are big boys and require more time and space but it really is upsetting that they keep pushing them off. I would love to be able to rate them higher fir past experiences but the past 2 years the service has gone down hill and even their grooming when they do go in has not been very good. My dogs have come home with wet undercoats, nails not trimmed, scrapes and cuts on paws from clippers. Hopefully they can find some competent groomers. I personally am looking for a more reliable and consistent groomer.

Cortney was our groomer, and this was my first time bringing my (newly adopted older) dog into Petco for grooming services, and the first time adopting a long haired dog. He is a shepherd/collie/cow mix and Cortney took the time to discuss and go over all our options for what kind of cut to give him that would also protect his double layers. She was so thorough AND FAST! He was ready in 2 hours, and Cortney gave us his report card and told us how he did and how much she enjoyed working with him. It was such an added special personal touch that we greatly appreciated. I felt like Dakota was in excellent hands and was truly happy with his experience too.

JD gave the best haircut our little Jack has ever had! He looks fantastic. Our Maltipoo is 10 lb and looking sharp. We paid for the premium service so that we didn't have to have any kennel drawing, and it made everything feel great for us. I highly recommend Petco grooming.. and their shampoo smells fantastic!

I do not recommend Petco. Last appointment of my fur baby didn't go very well. When I picked her up my maltipoo was terrified, shaking.Something happened while my baby was at Petco grooming. To any parent out there please keep eye on your babies. They not supposed to have window blinds. But, they make sure no one can't see inside. Also they changed your favoriteg groomer for a new beginner groomer. I wonder why my baby had different hair cuts.

I like the online scheduling and reminders. The groomer was very friendly and did a nice job with my dog. And my dog liked her too. I appreciated the text to let me know she was almost ready for pickup. This was the first time I used Petco grooming and it was very smooth and easy. The pricing is very affordable too. Thanks!

Sage and I took a tumble in the parking lot drainage ditch which was full of mud and water and leaves. We were on our way to Petco for Sage's spa treatment. Well, she really needed it by the time we reached the front door. I didn't see signs, and I thought the landscaping plants were resting on land, not floating on water. Your staff was sweet and helped me with extra towels as they took Sage in for her grooming. Thanks!

C.J. (my groomer) was absolutely amazing. She bonded with my puppy (Sadie) and made her first grooming experience totally stress free! She really listened to how I wanted her haircut to look, and I was thrilled with the result. I will definitely be back to Petco and C.J.!!

I went to the Lynnwood Petco last week pretty confident that my appointment was at that particular location being that I'm like five to ten minutes away but they told me my baby Buddy wasn't on their schedule - wasn't sure what happened if I actually called elsewhere or it might've been human error on their part.Anyways, they were pretty cool about it and this young lady by the name of Esperanza was nice enough to volunteer to groom my baby. I was impressed with the fact that she came over, introduced herself and started to ask questions about what I wanted her to do. She was listening very attentively and paid attention to all the details we discussed and my baby came out of there looking more handsome than he usually is with about ten pounds less of hair ~ his winter fur...🐕 I was very pleased with his hair cut, she did a great job ~ Thank you!P S: I was also wondering if they're able to do a medical grooming? If not, how about just the clipping of the nails for an older Shih-Tzu with a medical condition?

We usually go to Bothell location with our dog but they were closed due to Covid. I scheduled an appointment at this location and had my dog drop off the dog. My husband accidentally went to Bothell location as that’s where we have always gone, he was told they are closed and that’s when he realized he was suppose to go to Lynnwood. I called and explained the situation and told them he is on his way. He arrived and was told they have 15 min late policy and he was few min past that. They didn’t take our dog. I totally understand policy is a policy and I respect that but we have never been late for our grooming appointment , also we called us soon as we learned we went to wrong location but were still turned away because of few minutes past the policy mark.I called and talked to supervisor Tiffany and he explained that they have a busy day and offered to reschedule...She was aware of the situation and honestly could care less.I realize this is our mistake but I wish they looked at the whole situation and tried to be more understanding. Will not be coming to this location ever again.

Abby is wonderful. She is such a delight. Very knowledgeable and wonderful with our border collie puppy as it was her first time getting groomed. She smell and looked great.
