I recently visited Mud Bay Pet Store in Lynnwood with my dog Cocoa, and it was a delightful experience! The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making Cocoa feel right at home. Their selection of products is extensive, and the quality is top-notch. It's evident that they truly care about the well-being of pets. I highly recommend Mud Bay to all pet owners in the area!

I've been going here for years for my two dogs. The employees have always been so kind and accommodating and knowledgeable. Now, I am seeing one of my dogs through the end of his journey. The employees have been so kind and empathetic and helpful. I'm terrible with names otherwise, I would shout out to a few of them. But without exception, they've been wonderful. Here's my old guy, eating the food that they recommended. His appetite has been fickle but he got super excited for this Stella & Chewy's baked soaked in bone broth with added enzymes. Y'all are lifesavers, literally. Thank you so much for the recommendation and information! 🐕

I pulled into the parking lot of Mud Bay, Lynnwood Washington. I had a couple of quick things I needed to take care of on my phone so I thought I would see if Mud bay had a wifi connection(save on my data) which so many good businesses do,and I was pleasantly surprised to see "Mud bay guest"I clicked on it and it said enter password. I thought ok a bit strange but some businesses do have the wifi set up this way...so I proceeded to call into the store to get the wifi password. A young women answers and says sorry we don't have wifi,to which I said it appears that you do it says Mud bay guest,that would be me,yeah,I am a guest here at your lovely business(well it was really my first time(and last) ever going to that store but still,I was a guest.the girl insisted they did not have wifi. I asked to speak with a manager thinking maybe the girl was new or misinformed,but instead the manager lady was just rude about it. I expressed my reason for being perplexed and she just said we do not have wifi for customers and practically hung up on me. I was by this point a bit ticked off. Anyhow, I called the corporate office and left a message....Can you believe it,NOBODY called me back..lolI just think the manager could have offered up some type of explanation to appease me a little and keep me coming into the store instead of driving away like I did.I know,I am a critic,I will be the first to admit it. I am a strong believer in customer service...

Mud Bay is such a beautiful pet supply store, and it's even better because a lot of their products are local or small-business based! The general expectation is that a specialty shop like this costs more, but for the quality and exemplary customer service, it's actually comparable. The space is more welcoming than an LED-lit big box store, anyway -- it's genuinely nice to shop here. Consider choosing Mud Bay!

I've only been to one other Mud bay location(Mill Creek) but this one wins hands down. Got my new fur baby a week ago from Seattle Humane and he is a 10month old Blue Heeler. I had two doxie/black mixes for 14.5 and almost 15 years. Colby died in sept and Snoopy died one month ago. Anyway this location is a 4 minute walk from my apartment. Less than 24hours after getting him we went to the Lynndale Dog Park and stopped here on the way home not sure what to buy him as far as toys and food but did a little research. He was on his best new behavior and we got dry and can dog food, treats and a chew bone and Jolly Pets Romp and Roll Dog Toy and Starmark Treat Dispensing Bob-a-Lot.He loved everything but the Treat Bog-a-Lot in fact I used a whole bag of treats trying to get him interested. Decided to return it and forgot to bring in the next when I ran in to get more canned dog food and try out some freeze dried dog food (Pure Performance Salmon) which made him very on Friday night it was a mess. Anyway on Thursday at the Dog Beach my backpack was stolen (along with the Jolly Pets Ball) when he ran off the beach and up the rocks to on leash parking lot and by the time I caught up to him he was back on the beach fighting with 2 large dogs stealing his toy. I put myself in the middle of it my face got nipped and eventually after 15mins we got up. Needless to say one of the receipts was in the backpack. I went in to Mud Bay and relayed my story and the manage spent 25 minutes looking up the two orders by entering the items I bought. Since I used cash I needed cash back due to my wallet being in my backpack. She issued me the refunds for two items and was kind and empathetic and top notch customer service that I have not seen in years. She gets my vote for best CS out of 300-400 I've had to deal with in retail situations. Thank you and they have my business from now on.

Shockingly rude staff. I felt like I was bothering the staff and not welcomed in the store. Two White staff kicked me out when I asked for a couple minutes to pay for the dog toy. I entered 5 minute before 7pm, and I would understand if they casually say no, but they didn't have to be rude.I wonder if they were extra rude because I am a person of color and didn't think that I deserved their basic kindness? I'm so shocked and disappointed.I've used Mud Bay in multiple locations, and I loved them all except this one. The level of rudeness from the two White staff was unbelievable.

My pup and I love this store! They have everything you could ever need! Bulk treats 3.50lb and such a huge all natural selection to choose from and your pup can sample them before you buy to make sure He likes them. Great toys for cats and dogs. Memory foam beds for the fur babies and friendly welcoming staff! I like to shop here at least once a week with my fur baby..

A beautiful, organized store. The staff is so helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eager to help. After hearing about my dog's diarrhea issues due to his medication, they offered me a particular can of food to try to see if it helps, free of charge. I was very grateful for their help. The young man who rang up my order was very willing to carry my heavy raw kibble bag out to the truck for me as well. Love these guys! Will definitely return for their outstanding service.

I love this store ❤ they have great products and the people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. The return policy is awesome for picky cats, if the cats try something and don't like it Mud Bay will take it back. They frequently give samples so the cats can try it before I buy it. Their products aren't cheap but they are high quality, like real meat in the wet food and no grain in the dry food.I also think their response to COVID-19 has been pretty good, they have a hand washing station when you first come in and I think they were masking before it was a law

Great staff!We just got a dog yesterday and stopped by Mud Bay on the way home to get a few things. They were SOOO friendly and helpful in getting us set up with our new family member! I was very impressed by their customer service, store cleanliness, and selection. Their prices weren't bad either!We will be using this store as our go to pet store from now on.

Mud bay has consistently gone down hill and that’s exactly why I go to bridges pet store in Snohomish now! But I happened to be in the area so I stopped in to get my dog some beef bones and treats. I purchased $81 worth the stuff. I literally only had a $100 bill on me and a $1 bill. No card. They refused to take my $100 bill. And apparently this policy just went into effect 18 days ago. How hard is it to give $19 in change? This marked the end of my money being spent at Mudbay! I will cash in my free bag of dog food you guys owe me and give you a middle finger on my way out :)

We just got a puppy, and checked out EVERY store in the area. For some reason, i always assumed these guys were more expensive than most.but they are not! they have the best products available, and most of the pricing is lower than the big chains.These stores are amazing, and we don't go anywhere else, for any reason, because we just want to support Mud Bay.

I just adopted my first cat last week and visited Mud Bay for the first time yesterday! When I got up to the register, Sammy took the time to ask if my purchases were for a new kitty. I said, “yes, I just adopted my first cat!” She then took the time to give me a new kitty welcome package plus some sample treats and some great brochures!! She took extra time with me even though there was another person behind me. It made me feel really special and I loved that she was just excited about my new kitty as I was. Thanks Sammy!

I really love this place! I buy my cat food here all the time. I was excited to see they also sell small animal food too! So now I shop for the Guinea pigs and cats. The prices are reasonable and they were able to special order hay for me! The staff is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I really appreciate the help I get here!

Came in at 1 pm today and were not greeted or even acknowledged. We each had a couple of questions and they were answered abruptly. It felt like we were bothering the employees. We usually go to the Shoreline location and are greeted warmly and also our pets are greeted. Today when one of our dogs pawed an employee's ankle she looked down in annoyance and said nothing. Our dogs look so forward to coming here and we like them to have a fun experience. We won't be back to this location again. We will continue driving farther to Shoreline to have a better experience.

Before we lost our first family member, this was a regular spot for us. The staff is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Mud Bay carries a great mix of products for your non-human friends and the quality is top notch. Ready place to pickup specialty items to (restrictive diets/allergies).

Never had a bad experience here. Knowledgeable employees that love dogs and are friendly and helpful have been here each time I've gone. Great store with quality products.
