I will never order from this Company again. I paid for FedEx 2nd day air, was sent UPS 2nd day, received on third day. Customer service was very rude telling me it's not their problem. Hung up on me. According to UPS DogSport can contact them, the shipping will be refunded and they can refund me...so they lied to me too! Never, never, never again!
