The new manager is awful. All of the good staff left because of his disrespect. The store is now a mess every time I go in since he started, long waits for the register because his new staff are untrained. Sounds like the district manager and store manager are to blame. The old manager, Andrew, and the staff who recently quit were great and kept the store up well.

Huge safety risks!! There is boxes everywhere the shelves look like they haven't been stocked. I saw 3 worker outside just laughing and not helping customers!! Dangerous and under stocked store, I will not be coming back!!

I hate going here the workers are rude and if something rings up the wrong they don't honor the price that is on the shelf normally they do but today the lady wanted to argue with me about it. The only reason I go here is because it's cheap. I do not recommend coming here

The other day store was not open at 8 am. I left and went elsewhere. Drove back by around 9 am and still not open.Shopped earlier today and overheard a few girls.talking about how.poorly the manager was and that no one wanted to work for thesstore. Very.unproffesional. store was a mess with crates everywhere. I will continue to shop elsewhere.

It was absolutely terrible. Boxes everywhere, prices not matched up, and the manager was terrible to the girls who worked there. I overheard nasty things and will never go back to this location whilst he works there.

Rarely do I give 5 stars in a review. There is always something a business needs to or can do to improve.At Dollar General in Loon Lake I was hard pressed to find anything that needed improvement.If I had any complaint at all it is that they are taking a long time getting the shelves stocked and they do not (yet) have Bagged Ice; although, they are newly opened and I can understand startup delays.The store has been clean and neat inside and out.I have shopped there about 10x now and I have not met a single employee that was not courteous, helpful, and friendly. I would give special notice to Henry who is the 'Most helpful and patient employee' I have seen.He was knowledgeable for the most part, when I had a issue he could not fix he handled my immediate problem to my benefit so I could go on with my day, then found out how to fix that particular issue should it happen again.Just one more thing; they have hired local people to work in the store. Providing OJT for those who need it.Jobs are in short supply since the event of Covid, even more so in the out-lying areas of Spokane like Loon lake. They could have brought in a team of employees already trained to open the new store. They didn't. Dollar General is a welcome and much needed addition to this small burg.

Beware prices are different on shelves then when you check out this has happened to me numerous times here. Check your receipts. They force you to self checkout because theirs no employees on site EVER then prices aren't matching and your stuck paying higher prices then it says !!!!! Ridiculous
